They…read morefixed my hood which was beautiful work besides ordering the wrong color letters and actually putting them on the vehicle without giving me a call first to confirm (he said he was confused why they didn't match the letters on the back of the vehicle when I complained I wanted them changed). They tried to half ass the bumper and paint over my scratches thinking I wouldn't notice but I did. So they needed to keep my vehicle longer for this. They replaced my windshield that was caused by an accident and while replacing it they ripped my leather on the inside that hold the windshield and touched my suede ceiling with glue on their hands. All things that could have been avoided if they didn't do half ass jobs or more attention to detail. They claim to call you back but never do with updates. They shove tools in places they don't belong to get the job done quicker! I could not recommend more to avoid this body shop! Everytime I returned my vehicle to get refixed I left with another problem. Still have issues till this day but I refuse to return. Go there if you want original pieces destroyed and to return atleast once a week.

After the job was complete, the owner asks me the price we agreed on and I told him $30. He goes into a crazy tantrum saying how he would never accept the job for so low and tried to charge me $80. I argued back saying how he told me twice $30 and we settled on $40 cash only. There was faulty airbag sensor found during the dent job, but after this experience, I decided to not continue with their services. The mechanic did a good job, but I would not come back.

It was a rough winter for my car. Two separate accidents, neither of which I was actually in the…read morecar for. State Farm had Tony's Auto Collision on their list of pre-approved repair facilities so I figured I'd give this place a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough the inspector was in reviewing the damage to my car. He also noticed a not so perfect job by the previous owner to clean up damage around another part of the car. Good eyes! I dropped my car off on another day when the parts came in (about a week later) to the shop. Now here's where the fun began. It took three weeks and multiple phone calls on my part to figure out when my car would be finished. Why do I have to call every week to figure out what's going on with my car? The damage to my car was not as severe (fender benders), so the lack of communication really bothered me. Thankfully I had another car, but if I had to pay for a rental car for that long, I would have been pissed off. In the end, I finally got my car back in tip top shape, and I guess that's what ultimately matters. I just wish I didn't have to harass the folks here to get a straight answer and a status update.
