RACIST OWNER My car has been sitting at this mans auto shop for 3 weeks, i have still not heard back with an estimate, i have left several messages and tried calling multiple times, no messages back, nobody answers the phone, I arrived with a AAA driver who tried to park on his lot and the owner and his son were rude to the black AAA worker, for trying to do his job. The owners made getting the car into the lot harder. The RACIST owner called the AAA driver a 'spook' I never should've left my car at that place, Im not sure what the deal is over there but it's completely unprofessional. Took my green 1996 Chevy S10 in here for brakes to be serviced. Althought this is an auto body shop, they did a great job. I think I paid $100 total for new front pads, and the rear brakes to be adjusted. I have not verified the work was done, but the brakes were much better after the service. I might have to go back for rotors, eek! My only slight complaint was I had to pump the brakes to increase firmness in the pedal after I got the truck back-- but this eas easy to do and a non-issue. Phil and his guys are very nice and this is a family-owned establishment. No frills shop which translates to money saving. I was able to get my fender replaced and painted for about $300 less than the other places quoted me for. I had a great experience taking my car to Phil's. I was dreading the fact that I knew I had to take my car into the shop to get my muffler repaired. I was prepared to leave my car in the shop for at least a couple of hours. Phil fixed me up in less than 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Phil has done work on my Audi fender and bumper repair and paint looked amazing after and an excellent price. He has also resurfaced wheels for a different car that turned out great and that not even something he regularly does. He's also repainted bumpers on my Nissan again looked awesome after and a very good price for that. From the outside his place doesn't look like anything impressive and if you didnt know what kind of magic these guys pull off you probably might not be too comfortable leaving your car there but looks can be deceiving. But also keep in mind those shops with beautiful waiting rooms and air conditioned offices have to have someone pay for that and you will. These guys know what they're doing because Phil does and if they worked out of an alley I'm confident saying they'd still turn out great work. These guys knock it out of the park.
