So my word against theirs, but my wife and I are absolutely certain that we didn't have a hole in the before. It only takes a few minutes for the average body shop to give you an estimate. I went there a couple of times and was given various excuses and the runaround. I finally asked him to let me have my car back. I had to go into his yard to drive it out. There was dog poop everywhere (I hate dog poop), but I was just glad to get it out of there. I took it to another jack-leg shop and they did a horrible job. However, I was paying out of pocket so I was trying to save money. I have heard that Trinos does excellent work and that their paint work looks like a factory finish. The problem is actually getting that work done. For some it's no problem, but for other like me.....and Rose, (shrug).

However, I was in a hurry to get my vehicle fixed and they could not fit it in their facility; with a reference from CarMax, I thought it would be okay. I will never doubt my first impression of a busness ever again! This is the worst repair shop I have ever encountered and I am considering sueing them! They ran out the gas in my vehicle and I truly believed they did not replace the transmission like they said! The car was dirty when it was returned also. I will be reporting them to the states attorney's office for comsumer protection. Again, "Do Not Do Business with B and G Auto Repair in Harvey, IL! Ashly and Chris at Germer's South Holland location, were professional and told me what I needed to know and everything worked out fine. By the time things were completed, my car looked much better than BEFORE the accident. Even though the damage was in the rear on the left of my car, the whole car was detailed and tiny scrapes I had elsewhere were removed. Thanks for the excellent work. Now if only Gerber could apply a repellent all around my car so bad drivers won't hit it again.
