When the work is done they give you a sheet of prices for parts and labor. We have checked prices online with the price they charge for parts and parts are average prices. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been a nightmare since day one. Despite having a 3-month/3,000-mile service contract, the vehicle has persistent engine issues that independent shops have identified as 'patchwork repairs' needing a full cylinder head replacement. We contacted the warranty company and the warranty company confirmed that there was no claim by Adam's to replace the heads. They only kept the car for 3 weeks to make it look like it was being repaired given the length of time. Beyond the mechanical failures, the business ethics are highly questionable. We left the car with them for repairs, and it was returned to us with 600+ additional miles on the odometer and an empty gas tank. They also failed to fix a mirror that was promised to be repaired at the time of sale. If you choose to ignore this feedback please do your due diligence and bring a mechanic with you. Something I now regret not doing. We have officially issued a demand letter for a full rescission of the sale ($10,134) due to their inability to provide a safe, reliable vehicle. Well I bought my items direct from toyotapart.com for $189 plus shipping (side body trim and spoiler) and I came here because they work on Toyota dealership cars. For those of you who don't know, not all toyota dealerships have body shops and places like these get contracted and you get charged more. Well, I brought my stuff here and they charged me $150 to install everything. Great service and friendly staff to assist you. They did a pro-tastic job on the little work they did on my car but it seems like they will do an outstanding job on your car should you choose to wrap it around a pole.

I took my Buick Lucerne in for an oil change and told the receptionist to make sure the tires were…read moreinflated to 35 psi per Discount Tire where I purchased the newer Michelin tires ($700 purchase). They need 35 psi in the winter because the rims are aluminum and cause the tires to lose air in the extreme cold. Within two and half weeks, I received a warning from Onstar that my tires were at 28 psi with one at 27 psi. They did not lose all that air in that amount of time but were not inflated properly per my request. I took in my older Chevy Malibu which had dashboard lights going on including check engine light and service engine soon light. The tachometer was also not working. Auto Zone read the codes for FREE and I took that printout in with the car. They kept the car for three days. All they did was clear the codes, did not fix the tachometer and by the time I went a mile away from VIP toward Rt. 30, the check engine light was on! This car is older but always well taken care of and garage kept. No attention to detail plus I was charge $99 for nothing vs. Auto Zone putting the car on their computer to test for codes for free. I will not be back to VIP ever.

I declined and offered to push it out with my brother. The driver instead pushed it out himself and later demanded payment, which I again refused. He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.
