I have been to this location a few times for minor tire issues and always received great service, which is what prompted me to return for the purchase of a new set of tires. I've been to this place several times for tints before the guy junior started working there. He is the only tiny person there so be ware. I got my truck tinted and it was visible bubbles in the front window all across the window. They were small but very visible inside and outside of the window and also on the the passenger side window as well. junior attempted to minimize it and became rude so I asked him to remove the tint and refund me. He then got upset and again he became rude and laughed saying he got paid either way. lol that's great And the goal. I wanted to have it fixed but due to his nasty attitude and poor cu service I didn't want him touching my car. Whole time he mad about $20 he quoted me more than I was charged by the manager so at this point it was intentional. as long as he's tinting DO NOT GO THERE For tints. Over taxing for items.. I bought a compustar remote control and they charged me twice the price online or in any other store.. I also bought used tires from them and 20 mins down the road my wheel came off and they told me it's nothing they can do about it.... Do no recommend anyone in their right mind to shop with them... Scum bag shop. They agreed to install a new radio with 2 new speakers in my truck for $350. About a week later I notice one of the speakers isn't working so I take the truck back and they said they never agreed to install new speakers. The $350 was just for the radio which I would have never agreed to in the first place. They wanted another $150 to install the speakers after all this. DONT EVER SHOP HERE!!! Do not do business here. Last Thursday Oct. 28 we had one tire replaced by them. They tried to sell us on all tires but we declined because we had already ordered our new ones that were arriving by Nov. 1st. By Saturday morning Oct. 29 the tire was flat. I had to inflate to move the car in my driveway. Then again on Sunday Oct. 30th it was flat. Once again I filled it and took my car in to get the new tires and rims that arrived early. At the shop they were able to replace the 3 other tires that Tire R Us didn't work on. They were not able to take off the tire because the lug nuts had been tighten to much. As they attempted to take them off one lug nut broke. They called and decided not to continue because they could cause further damage. So we took our car back to Tires R Us on Monday Oct. 31st and they did not want to make themselves responsible for what they had cause. They are unskilled at the one job they have. Not only did they sell us a tire that did not hold air but they declined to repair the damage. While there on Monday they broke another lug nut trying to take it off. Then they sent us 12miles away to have the broken lug nuts melted out. That cause damage to the rim itself now and more work as they had to now replace three studs. They told my wife that she did not know anything about tires and that to me seems that they think they can just take advantage of women. But what I know is that how come the only tire that had that problem was the one they did work on. None of my other tires gave the other ship any trouble taking them off. They have zero accountability and respect. There is a lot more that happened but I rather leave it out and just leave my thoughts on there character of zero sense of responsibility. read more
