Monday morning I got the car wash and showed up at 9:50. No one was there. I waited for 25 minutes and still nothing. I tried calling 4 times and couldn't even leave a voicemail because it wasn't set up. Ridiculous. If you're closed, don't volunteer to make an appointment that day. I don't care how cheap this place is. I'll pay the extra $100 and go to a professional business. Stay away from this place, it's not worth it. Within just three months, the tint faded so badly that it could no longer block out the sun. I tried to get them to fix it, and it took a grueling two years of back-and-forth arguments before they finally agreed to redo the job. When I finally got my car back, they claimed they redid the driver-side window. It looks exactly the same as before. It is completely obvious that they did not change anything at all. They lied straight to my face and scammed me out of $550.
