Tesla Y Ownership Experience and Tint Service Review Positive Tint Service Experience I had my 2024 Tesla Y driver and passenger doors tinted this summer and they did an excellent job. I had a 3/4 inch of something that I just touched and it fell off so I stopped in to see if there was a touch up to match the tint. They quoted me we can just replace it it was under warranty and would only 30 minutes to replace and they could do it right then. Bought it back in May of 24 when Tesla had the Zero percent deal going on and the 7500 government EV deal. Looking at trading it in on the new Y juniper when they hit the showrooms. Tesla Y Ownership Impressions and Future Plans I LOVE my Y, but the only thing it needed was better suspension for a softer ride I came from being a Mercedes, BMW owner. But there EVs are overpriced. Will see what happens later will probably lose the 7500 shortly knowing you know who. So doing a ppf and or ceramic coating is still in my future. Just returned from an appointment for window tint for Tamara's Jetta. I started the trip by going to Schmaltz Deli in Lisle. I had pre-ordered a Pastrami on Rye, which comes with a pickle. Then off to Premier Tint for tinting. I picked the 35% tint because that's the lowest percentage legally allowed in Illinois. Originally, scheduled for 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, they finished early. I received services from this location on October 22nd and 24th. I originally went to this location to get my remote start installed since winter was approaching and it installed quicker than the 3 hours, that was estimated, which was awesome. I planned to get my tints later on, before summer came back around, but they offered me a steal to tint all of my windows, which I couldn't resist, and I came back that Friday to get them installed. The tinting process was faster than the remote start installation and they look and have been amazing for this past month. I really appreciate Izzy who helped answer any questions I had. All of their locations seem awesome, but I will for sure recommend the Oswego location. I had a very pleasant experience with the location in Oswego. My car looks fantastic, and I didn't feel out of place, like at many body shops. The staff was friendly and it was done quickly - roughly 2 hours. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I noticed on my back window, there is like a piece of paper towel or tape wrapper stuck inside the car at a spot that's unreachable, and is still there to this day.
