Awesome professionalism. Unfortunately a moron hit my vehicle and took off. My insurance company recommended two body shops. I asked around and heard this was a very great place for bdy work. Received permission from my Insurance company and told them what I heard. The adjuster agreed that GOVERT was the place to go, but stated she had to give me at least two places. So I went there. From the time I spoke with Molly the receptionist, to the adjuster on site, there was nothing but pure professionalism They did an absolutely FANTASTIC job in repairing my Chevrolet. I did some damage to my beautiful new Subaru Forester, just a silly bump into a concrete bumper at about 1 m.p.h. but it did about 2K worth of damage. I bumped firmly enough to damage a clamp that held the front right fender in place and the headlight was cracked on the inside. The dealer couldn't repair it so they recommended Govert. Each and every step of the way, the service there was excellent. I called for an appointment to have an estimate. Vivian was friendly and efficient. When I showed up for the appointment, they were right on time. Dave did my estimate and handled my experience the rest of the way. He worked with my insurance company, he kept in touch with the various steps of the process. He helped me know what to do/ what to expect with the rental car situation. Once the car was in the shop for the actual work, he made sure everything went smoothly. Matt worked on my car and had a question and called, and was likewise friendly and professional. The car was fixed in the time they told me it would be, and the price came in just under the original estimate. They washed my car and cleaned the interior as well. The work that they did was perfect and looks great. I must say that it is rare these days to have such a good experience. It is so appreciated that I wanted to come to Yelp and leave this review. never take your vehicle to this place ever. the gm matt is very unprofessional and doesn't take responsibility for the damage they cause while having you car. they had my car didnt reconnect a option on my car mercedes had to do it and when i went up there to explain matt the gm said the dealer was lying they are shady and said he wasnt paying me my $239 i paid for labor. they are ripping off the insurance companies and then hiding behind the counter saying they did not damage your car but clearly they had it last and i didnt have the problem becore going to them stay away if you love or like or need your vehicle read more

I was caught amongst gunfire and by back side panel had 3 bullet holes plus they shot out my back window. A harrowing experience! A friend recommended a Subaru Certified Collision Center. I looked and found Govert. They did an absolutely incredible job and now my car looks like new! They even finished earlier then I was told, which made me very happy. We chose Goverts to fix my daughters car after an accident, they did excellent work!! The car looks great. It took time for them to find parts to her car because they do not make that model anymore, but they did everything to make sure they found them. I also like that you can go to their website til check on the progress of you vehicle. Would not recommend this repair shop. Brought my car back 3 times and they still have yet to fix the reoccurring problem. The first time i brought it in, i realized they had rigged the under tray and Matt told me over the phone that his workers would never do such a thing, the next day after inspection he admitted that it was the workers that rigged it. Second and third time was for the bumper clips that they were supposed to replace the first time and never correctly fixed it, so now the brand new painted bumper is already down to the bare plastic because it's rubbing against the fender, which is now damaged too thanks to them. Should've went with my gut instinct and let my insurance figure it out. read more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND -went to get an estimate from Matt to have my some scuffs buffed out and touch up some paint chips. I also asked how much was it to wax the car. Got a quote for $75.00. That sounded great. When I went to pick up my car when it was finished, I noticed that they had waxed over the bug marks on my car. I still found chip marks,that he didn't buff out like he said he would. I showed Matt and he said, " yup. What do you expect for $75.00." THEN QUOTE THE RIGHT PRICE TO DO THE JOB RIGHT!!! Very very disappointed with the service. Was referred there by insurance as an approved shop. My car was hit from behind while parked and since that day stalled every time I came to a stop.Driving home that day was oh so much fun. I explained this when I dropped my car off. I was told it was "unlikely" that the 2 were linked. I always took great care of my car , it may have been a 2003 but has just recently hit 100,000 miles. They refused to even look into if that was the cause. If I was wrong , ok I can accept that. But to say it is "unlikely" over and over treating me like a liar. Then calls and wants me to authorize the work. Why would I want a car that looked good but did not run???? Will NEVER refer anyone there. read more

I cannot begin to say how great this place is .. I had just brought a new 2017 car , three weeks later got in a front end collision .. very upset went straight to dealer who recommended GOVERTS .. went straight over there. Matt and Janet went up and above what was needed to do . Matt gave me a brief estimate just so I can see how much I was looking at , gave me a loaner car with out charging me .. Went back the next day and Matt took me and my husband back in the shop and showed exactly what was damaged and the parts that needed to be replaced .. made me feel so at ease .. Matt even went online to investigate a computer problem that occurred due to the accident .again something that put me at ease ..the car was ready before the initial date which was great ..Wasn't sure where the insurance check was getting mailed to , Matt let my husband pick up the car with just the deductible being paid til we figured out who received the check ..This place is Honest , willing to work with the customer , clean place , will definitely be my go to place , but hope I don't need it .. 10 stars read more
