There's a few things that I need repaired however the ignition coil was at the top of the list. The car just recently started shaking and stalling. I came there and asked for a diagnostics and I wanted them to fix that problem first. They diagnosed everything gave a quote and the mechanic basically said that HE WANTED TO WORK BACKWARDS ON THE LIST OF PROBLEMS. Not addressing the most severe issues FIRST. Then told me they would need to keep it a full day! This is to ensure that I PAY THEM TO DO ALL OF THE WORK! I can't afford to do it all at once or be without my car a full day! Address the more severe issues first then I can come back and get the minor stuff done! It's their way or the highway and as I customer, I despise that! Listen to the customer! They are some bullies! I was told there were 15 cars ahead of mine but it would be taken care of and I would receive a call back. I needed my window raised thats it. I called back at 4PM no answer. I called at 5:45PM no answer. They close at 6PM. The next day I call from a different number only to find out my car hadn't been touched. I take another uber back to F- Auto and ask for my car. Its 10:30AM they open at 8AM. I speak with Louis and he tells me he is sorry for the miscommunication. My statement was... there was no miscommunication, I was clear and so were you... you guys suck. My disgust was apparent. I took my car down the street to Bellaroma Auto repair where I had excellent speedy service.

The first mechanic told me it was my rims, the second mechanic told me it was my rims and two tires so I caved and figured I needed the rims done only to find my car still had the shaking issue and it almost felt worse. Finally I took it to Cars for a third opinion and they could not have done a better job. They took their time with it and made sure they weren't doing any unnecessary work. It ended up being something with my driving axles(?) not sure if that's the right term, but regardless I feel like I am driving a brand new car. No shaking at all! The problem I had is that after they finished, I had what appeared to be dirt all around my leather steering wheel, which when I used plain wet (water only) paper towels to wipe off, whatever the substance was, stripped all my leather off my steering wheel! I suspect the substance was probably brake fluid? Just be warned that they don't care about the inside of your vehicle as far as making sure they're not leaving your interior filthy! I don't know how they could turn over your vehicle back to you with the steering wheel being so filthy, with a corrosive substance so strong to remove all the leather off! No issues with their mechanical qualifications though. You might want to put covers on your seats and cover the steering wheel somehow if you get brake work done!

Paid that and still had to get it towed to them. Car often sat in their shop about 2 to 3 weeks before they got back with me with another quote. Again I paid for a new battery because they said this was one of my problems. Replaced the battery and the car had to be towed back to them. Finally they said if I was to give them $500 they could fix the problem. This went on for over a year. Finally I had to sell the car for a little of nothing and purchase another car because they took all my money and never fixed my car. I'm doing a BBB complaint against them.
