After the initial drop off he messaged me a few days later saying if he can take the car to his house because his shop is dirty. Now this is where I should've picked my car up and left. But supposedly this guy is a painter so I was like he will know what he's doing. He takes the car home and tells me it'll be ready Sunday. On Sunday he doesn't respond to me at all. He finally responds the next day saying I can come Tuesday. On Tuesday he doesn't respond again and Tuesday night I text him I'm gonna come either way tomorrow. So on Wednesday I go to his house to pick up my car. He left it outside for me to grab. I walk up to the car and instantly I saw a horrible job the wheels and calipers weren't even touched. They still had dirt all over them. The paint on the car didn't look shiny or coated correctly and to top it off he drove the car around and got a massive chip on the mirror. That's not the end of it he didn't even fill in the chips on the bumper like he said he would with the paint pens I bought for him to use. Which weren't even in the car when I picked up I called him and he said I'll ship them to you. Which now I'm waiting for him to respond again because he just isn't true to his word. I have myself washed my car with better results then what dan did with my car. He basically charged me 1200 for absolutely no reason and gave my car a wash and buff I could've got from anyone for 200 bucks. He didn't clean the engine bay or the interior, he did absolutely nothing. I will tell you as a car guy please don't take your car here thinking it's any kind of quality work. Let me be the one who learned the hard way and you save your self the money. He lied about everything from the beginning to end. He is the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in sometime now. I literally have never felt a cheated out of my money. When I asked dan what kind of coating he used on my car he told me he used c quartz which Is literally the most entry level coating you can buy to coat vehicles. They are available on eBay and Amazon to purchase for 30 bucks. You would think a paint shop would know atleast a little better. But nope. He doesn't even have a quality microfiber towels i saw him using a Walmart one. I don't think dan expected me to know about this stuff. Most of his customers are insurance customer who can't tell a nickel from a dime. So I see why. When I got home I texted dan all the issues I saw he ignored me till I kept messaging him and he said sorry and gave me a excuse that it was hard for him to do it correctly lol his hands were cut up lol. And that I should bring it back and let him try again. Heck No. I could've done a better job on this car in 2-3 hours then did in 10 days. Stay as far possible form this place. Since it's raining I put the car in storage since the ceramic he applied isn't going to protect nothing haven't had the chance to take pictures of his work lol because their is literally nothing done. Take a look at the engine bay he never even touched it thatll explain everything. I'll add more pictures if it allows me to later when I take them. This car doesn't even look clean forget coated. It literally looks like what I dropped off with a car wash. He did nothing but joy ride this car and he has no idea how to detail, paint correct, and coat correctly. Autozone tools is not it. I don't want to keep going on the things he did wrong because yes their is way more unprofessional Stuff that took place but I've said enough for you to see this and run away from this place. LESSON LEARNED.

Tony recommended at the time that they could also install led lighting on the bottom side of the doors for better lighting and added highlight. The after effect was beautiful as you can see from the photos attached. Over the last couple weeks the doors stopped functioning smoothly so I called Shockwave this morning to see about realigning the hinges. Ten minutes later, I received a message back to bring the car back anytime before 6pm closing. I stopped in during lunch break unannounced today. Their service technician stopped his current project and immediately grabbed the correct tools and readjusted both doors. 15 minutes later I was back on the road - No Charge. Because the repainting of my minivan was under warranty, I had no choice but to bring my minivan to…read moreCollision Revision. They are the "official" body shop of Community Honda. If I had my choice, I would have never entrusted this shop with my van. I would have been over at Visser's in a heartbeat. Due to miscommunication and poor scheduling, I was without my van for 25 days. All they were doing was painting the top half of my van. I think 25 days is more than enough time for that. When I FINALLY got it back, my van was a mess. The windshield was not sealed properly, my driver's side mirror was covered in clear coat overspray (making it useless), there was blue paint dust inside my vehicle, and all my windows were FILTHY. I know I have young children that put their hands all over the inside of the windows, but I would expect that if the shop was going to be handling my windows (they had to be removed to complete the repainting) then they would at least clean them before they returned my vehicle to me but NO! In addition, the remnants of waxing compound could be found in most seams and along most edges. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy! The service manager at Community Honda has been bending over backwards to take care of me. But the reality is, if the staff at Collision Revision would be doing their job, he wouldn't have to do that. It's a shame that the poor workmanship at Collision Revision reflects poorly on the dealership. Yesterday, I brought my minivan back in to get a final polish and get some of my issues addressed. I picked it up today. What did I find? Windows still filthy and MORE overspray! More compound in the seams. Now I have to bring my van back a THIRD time because someone did a sloppy job. There is obviously no attention to detail and no desire to do excellent work at Collision Revision. If I have a Honda under warranty that needs body work in the future, I will fight with Honda corporate to be able to take my vehicle to Vissers instead. There is no way I will trust Collision Revision with another vehicle in my lifetime.

I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism from a business owner. Also, I haven't purchased anything from this business so the only way they would have my information is if they went out of their way too look me up online which is frankly quite disturbing. Brought my Volvo in on Saturday to see if a remote start can be installed in my car. The guy said he had to check to see if my cars compatible so he pulled it into the back of the shop and brought it back like 5 minutes later said sorry he couldn't do it. No problem I said and left but as I'm driving I hear a weird thumping noise coming from the front of my car. i pull over and check and part of my bumper is loose. I pop the hood and all but 1 of the 6 fasteners are gone so front bumper was basically hanging on by a thread. Thankfully I noticed it before I got on the highway where I'm 99% certain my bumper would have fallen off and caused an accident. Also the rubber molding on the driver side was not properly pushed back in but that's not nearly as much of a concern. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here at all but if you do remember to take pictures of EVERYTHING before they touch your car.
