I was treated like an unwanted, piece of garbage and Robert basically, kicked me to the curb, due to HER influence! Bad decision on his part, but THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME!! I am so happy to no longer be a part of their toxicity!! I am the one that played a HUGE roll in what Alpha is today. Guess what! That is all gone because he decided I was no longer needed! I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again!! A few weeks before I was "wrongfully terminated", he repaired my exhaust manifold. The repair I received for my exhaust manifold, with "wire" holding it on, instead of a bolt, is unacceptable! My advice, STAY AWAY! He's a liar and I will no longer trust him to do any repairs! If he is using wire on my car and doesn't even tell me about it, what is he doing to other customers' vehicle's?? I mean, I understand my repairs were no longer of importance to him, but this wire should've never been used!!

Collin, the Accessories Manager, was extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy from start to finish. He offered a very competitive price, registered my warranty, and even helped me with the manufacturer rebate, something you don't see everywhere. Noah did a fantastic job with the installation. He took his time explaining all the features and made sure everything was working perfectly. I also had the chance to meet the owner, Tom Nemec, who was very welcoming. He shared more about their other services like ceramic coating and undercarriage protection, and mentioned that CarSmart has been in business for over 60 years, which says a lot about their reputation and quality. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product, the installation, and the customer service. I would highly recommend Car Smart to anyone looking to upgrade or protect their vehicle.

Yesterday I was told to bring my Car in for repairs today [Thursday~12/21/23]. ALLSTATE arranged a loaner. When we arrived from Manhattan (Will County, IL) the Bldg was empty. I called the number to VISSER'S and was told it is a different Company and now located on Harlem Ave. I was told that I could not leave my Car there for repairs; come back after two (2) Months. Why didn't Emily tell me that a day before when we communicated via telephone? Great Inconvenience and I'm stuck with a $55 a day Loaner that ALLSTATE is not going to pay for. I wasn't going to leave my Mercedes there anyway that was bought new (and Customized in West Germany) that I only have 8,000 miles on today. I don't know these people or Facility. So when my car was damaged in a hit-and-run, I decided to take it to Phil's for repairs. Phil met with me on a Wednesday and gave me an estimate, asking for a few days to finish the repair. The repairs were done quickly and professionally, and my overall experience with this hit-and-run was improved greatly by my experience here, thanks Phil!

While they couldn't put the truck up on the rack that day, they gave me an appointment for a couple days later and did so then. Long story short, steering gear is probably just fine ... don't need to repair/replace now but just keep an eye on fluid levels. The charge for looking at the steering gear - $0.00. Now as background, a steering gear job is around $1,000 ... so I was also pleased with the diagnosis. But what I liked the most was that they didn't try to sell me anything. They said the gear could wait and that was it - they were not trying to sell me a part I did not need, so I start out feeling these guys are very honest - that's tops in anyone's book. They followed up later with a call to let me know the exact price if and when I did decide to replace the steering gear - so they also get credit for excellent follow up. Their operation is very clean and it is a nice large fully-equipped car shop. This is a Dad and Sons kind of organization - and I think Dad cut his teeth racing stock cars in his youth - so they know their business and it is a family business. Once your car is out of warranty and you don't have to go to the dealer, if you have need for a good car mechanic do give these guys a try. Very pleased and will be back.
