It may look like Fuller's, it may smell like Fuller's, it may feel like Fuller's but I assure you they are nothing like Fuller's. Let me kick this off by saying I was taught at a youthful age if you're not going to do something right the first time, you shouldn't even bother at all. I should not have bothered going here and that would wrap up my review but that's just not the Yelp way; allow me to clarify why.... As soon as I pulled in, I asked the young man who strolled out to greet me if they do both the inside and out and he said verbatim "oh yes, we will clean the dashboard, the doors and (pointed to the center console) this area, we will clean all the windows inside and give it a full car wash" so I had confirmed that I ordered the right service before making my way inside to pay and wait. I was so excited to get my car cleaned up prior to our recent vacation since I was the driver to the airport, I wanted to make sure my girl was sparkle-y clean so I thought I might try this spot conveniently located amongst many car dealerships and on my daily route. Alas, the money & time spent here was a complete waste. I don't even want to relive my experience because I was so frustrated I actually yelled as I drove off their lot. (To be clear the yelling was not at anyone, but just to myself in the car.) This was a bunch of high school or college kids that picked up a summer job and I'm guessing this might have been all of their first day. I could not believe it, but I think it's possible the interior of my car was more dirty when I left than when I arrived. I almost turned back around to go back in and talk with a manager but I didn't have time to waste having a job redone which should have been done properly in the first place. If I had to guess, and I'm not kidding in the least, I don't think any of the young gents working here were properly trained so I do not hold them directly accountable except I was so mad at myself for throwing a $5 in their tip box inside the lobby after discovering what atrocious my vehicle was after they worked on it. This is why you tip after receiving service and not before. Stupid me...shame on you Catherine. Maybe I am spoiled but I haven't moved too far from home and the automotive service in this area is mediocre at best. I have been disappointed time and time again since we moved. I don't even want to think about the years ahead. The dashboard was completely untouched, nearly all the windows were left streaked, there was dirt on the base boards, the door jams were grazed if I had to come up with a word for it, there was one small area about one to two inches in diameter above the radio that needed to be washed down with something to clean it and it was covered in lint after I left. The rear of my vehicle was not vacuumed at all. I waited for about 15-20 minutes total (no more) so that part wasn't bad but for so many young men to be all working on my car and my car alone and find dirt and bits of straw wrappers still in the door along with some other crumple receipts when I returned to the vehicle, I was pretty put off. But wait....there's more! I have never had any problems in the past at any other car detailing place, but this experience was the absolute worse because of one simple thing, clean car or not: there was cash up in my sunglasses compartment when I arrived and when I left, it was gone. I could not believe I not only paid for a crappy job on my car, I tipped the fellas that performed said crappy job but to top it off, someone stole money from my vehicle. I have to take some responsibility for having left the money in there but I was so focused on gathering my other personal belongings, I didn't think about removing so that is 100% my fault. We're all human and understand temptation more than most, but taking something that is not yours is wrong. Period. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
