The wash is pathetic first off, However today my membership got terminated halfway through a wash cycle because some manager said i didnt come to a complete stop before entering. The last 3 days so far i popped it in neutral and went through it successfully and was waved on. Today the manager said i wasnt allowed to do that and terminated me on the spot. I was never informed that i have to come to a complete stop first. No warning, No Refund, Right in the middle of my wash, left my car covered in soap. Highly recommend anywhere else besides this shithole. side note, they forgot to give me a sticker on the first day i got a membership, that was probably a sign not to come here.

Fine here a few times for some services on my car that I can't easily do at home or at my work, Trans flushes and things like that or when I'm just lazy and don't wanna change my oil my self. Service has always been pretty damn great. Fast and while they do try to up-sell, they won't push things on you. If there's something they think you DO need they'll let you know though. The auto wash is awesome, it'll getcha all cleaned up in a jiffy. Opt for the more expensive packages and you'll be extra spiffy. Pull into the detail bays after a full service oil change n comped wash and they'll hit your windows and carpets with a good vac and window cleaning too. Their other equipment hardly works. It didn't work five years ago and it doesn't work now. If you put quarters in, they are generally lost. Two out of three car wash bays MIGHT work. The mat hangers don't hold mats when you wash them. The vacuum by the entrance is terrible. A guy that was washing his car next to me said that the self-service car wash bay hasn't worked next to the manager's office for quite some time (Guess what bay I was in) and the owner continues to let people put quarters in it. (There isn't even a way to get your quarters back if you start to put them in because there is no coin return.) There is a sign on the door that says that you can request a refund if you fill out a coupon with your information and the equipment doesn't work. A lady was standing there getting quarters and said not to bother because she has never seen coupons on that door and she never got a refund. Like an idiot, I tried to put money in the vending machine for window wipes. Guess what else didn't work? My wipes were stuck in the 1970's vending machine.
