That is my problem as well. I bought a platinum package as soon as they open their Coldwater location. No problems at first because it was still cold outside. The company claims the indoor vacuums would be a comfortable climate well I disagree. Went into the location on some of the 90 degrees days and I was a little confused on why the doors were open, and found out they only have heat in the winter months no Air. I believed that I was paying for that? Help me there? Second, I was also told that at the price I paid I'd be grandfathered in, then came my last and it had increased. They womens review that I read said they were playing the switch and bait game. That what I feel like too. They get you in and things change.

Not only are they very good at their job they are also environmentally conscious. These guys are hard working and very sweet. They always do a great job every time. The location is right off of the main road easy entry and they have 2 lanes for easier access. They truly care. I can't stand the blue fragrance, and they remember that. It's the little things that matter the most. They have all kinds of better smelling scents to hide in your car to make it sooo great. They also have a monthly plan which is a lot cheaper than going once a week each month. I would definitely recommend this place for you and your cars. Some other Luke locations charge $10 for a car wash. It can sometimes be difficult to leave if you are heading west on route 30, since you have to cut across a few lanes of traffic to get to the turning lane when heading north on Cline Ave.

It is a car wash/ oil change place however it also has a…read moreenclosed dog washing station. it is clean warm and perfect if you have big dogs or dogs who shed and dont want to get the hair into your drains. just like washing your car. you put money into machine and water comes out. you can choose flee dip to come out and oatmeal rinse. ends up being anywhere from $5-$10. depending on how much the pup cooperates. there is a short chain that you hook the collar to so the dog wont go running. there is also a space heater inside and a shampoo & treat vending machine also there. you have to bring your own towels.
