Paid $27 for wash and it ripped my mirror off the truck. Not tow mirror but regular mirror. But being chrome z71 package 200+ for new mirror. Wonder if they will fix it. Truck not even clean at that. Very disappointing. read more

100% aggervated this car wash has been closed for the last 5 days But they are still charging my credit card for the monthly pass. I call them and they tell me to go to a different location to get my car washed. Horrible customer service! read more

Zero , zero ,zero stars!!!! I can't say anything good about this car wash because every time I go there......... they are closed!!!! 4 pm, 230 pm,, 9 am. Unlimited car washes are not a very good deal if you can't even be open during business hours. Cancelling the 3 car wash plans we have tomorrow!!!!!! If anyone shows up to open the place....... read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! I loved this car wash when it was birdies before the new ownership took it over. Now the equipment is horrible the staff is rude and they jacked the prices way up... They never have drying towels available and try to limit you to 2 which for a large truck is ridiculous. My last visit the guy directing me in told me to go to far over to the right. Which ended up skewing my whole truck in the wash. It rammed me into the metal frames and damaged my $80k truck. Now the rude manager just called and claimed it was my fault for listening to her employee. No safety rails or anything in there but it's my fault and my claim won't be covered. Again DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! read more

Maybe 1.5 Stars Closed for maintenance. Vacuums out of service Regularly No towels. It's like they don't care since there isn't another one close. read more

Went through the auto car wash and my passenger side mirror was damaged. Made a report and filed a claim to have it repaired but the company claims there was prior damage and is refusing to honor the claim. There was no prior damage. There was not even a scratch on my vehicle. They refused to show me the evidence that my mirror had prior damage. Manager was a real bitch and refused to do anything about my damage. read more

I do not recommend this place 40.00 one car wash. Unbelievable. Oh yes two washes because the first one didnt clean my car. Very unprofessional cooperate seen I used this pass one time and charged me two months without reimbursement. Do not use this corporation. read more

Sadly, it was a bad experience all around. The washers don't wash the jeep well. The dryers leave me having to hand dry every time. And the cancellation process is wicked. That is the worst part. The people were nice but the machines just don't work. read more

Incredibly friendly staff and who can deny the experience of having a clean vehicle especially after the foul weather. The one appealing feature here is the option to have a rust inhibitor applied. Signed up today for the unlimited wash program read more

STAY AWAY. I just took my vehicle here and got the $21 wash, truck wasn't even that dirty. The wash not only didn't clean my vehicle fully, it left a large amount of soap. I did not want to run my vehicle through here again because the same thing would happen, not to mention the brushes were extremely rough on the vehicle, it jerked side to side as I was going through the brushes. They declined to refund me so I could go elsewhere and properly wash the soap off. Now I will have to go through the tedious process of removing dried soap scum by hand. read more

Very nice car wash. Well organized. I've only gotten the cheapest wash which is $3 - I'm cheap. They have many different wash selections in addition to monthly plans. Vacuums are free and very sucky LOL. I accidentally vacuumed my boys lighting mcqueen. read more

I have aways had excellent service for many years! Take 5 car wash has friendly attentive attendants. When I was not there for a month because of a broken foot. Many of the employees came and asked me why I had not been there , because they were concerned. I would not go anywhere else! The car wash is excellent and the monthly membership is an fanastic deal. read more

7 car pile up in the wash bay on 6-14-2024 at CP location and conveyor did not stop, lots of damage at no fault of the customers in the bay. Corporate will not reimburse for damages and gives you a posted note scribbled with a plate number of a person they say did not exit fast enough. What the hell am I supposed to do to track this plate number and then what...Knock on their door???? They are a bad company and will likely get pushed out of our community through people sharing. read more

Unfortunately lately, this location is always closed. I'm looking forward to the Drive N Shine opening soon. I have the monthly subscription for two cars and the last three times I drove by it was closed and they offer no rebates to their monthly subscribers. read more

This by far the best Car Wash in area!! The time you are in & out is amazing leaves your car clean. They offer different car wash options for multiple prices, the monthly membership I love because you know having dirty car is just a drive away from being taken care of. The free vacuums & towels to use are great just incase you have nothing to wipe the car down with. read more

The Take 5 Carwash on Broadway is way over priced. $16 got me a dirty windshield and dirty back window. The equipment inside the car wash is being replaced but is down- sized so you have this large tunnel with little equipment. No tire shine, no under the vehicle. Just soap, brush, little sprinkle of water and dryers. The vacuum is horrible. You can't say 'it sucks' because it doesn't. I tried various hoses and all were the same, no suction. No towels. Please do not waste your money or time. read more

Beware previous Birdie's Car Wash gift card holders. The purchase of Birdie's by Take 5 included honoring previously held gift cards according to the previous owner. In reality the cards will not function at the kiosks and the Take 5 staff will tell you that they're no good due to the ownership change. Contacting Take 5 corporate may get you some sympathy gift cards but they don't seem to have any interest in resolving the underlying issue of people being lied to. read more

Person working the wash paused the cars DURING the wash 3 separate times for various cars simply to communicate with them. She probably just needs more training but you can't allow someone like that to run the actual wash. read more

I just paid $26 for a car wash as I was going through I can see part of the wash not working. Afterwards I went to the attendant who told me that they know it wasn't working because they ran out of cleaner but still charge for it. He told me to go to office no one was in there then he gave me a number to call and it was a recording to sell wash passes. I will never use this place what a disgrace! read more

Absolutely horrible business! Damages cars and does not take responsibility for damage, even after it's been extensively proven! Unfortunately I've spoken with so many people who have the same situation as me after this happened as well. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! read more

Don't waste your time, 3/5/23, A beautiful Saturday afternoon and of course closed: 1-Tire cleaner rarely woks, and when it does they don't re fill the tire shine. so the machine just spins. 2-the triple soap stopped working, months ago, I assume they stopped filling the dispensers. 3-they don't offered a private entrance for monthly users, I said hey the 3rd bay has been closed for some time, wby don't you fix it and make for monthly users, he laughed 4-vacuums are NASTY and don't work 5-I heard the crew is looking to move into CP, CANT WAIT! read more

paid $20 for the ultimate wash and wouldn't take off any of the dirt on the back of f-150 truck looked like i ran it through a 3.99 wash. Manager mike wouldn't let me run the truck through again and said it's my fault the truck is still dirty for not washing the truck for 7 days lol ..Best part is he took his finger and rubbed the dirt into my clear coat. What kind of professional car-wash would do something like that?? Even my toddler knows not to touch the dirty truck with her finger..smh read more

We've been using this car wash since it open as Birdie's with the two car membership. For some reason our membership was cancelled. They told me that someone came in and cancelled it that had the same vehicle. WHAT? When I tried to continue the membership they wouldn't honor the old price. I find it ironic that this happened right after 10 vehicles were damaged a few weeks ago. Horrible customer service. I will be taking my business to Crew Car Wash. read more

Strike 1 - they changed the ultimate wash quality. Wash is average at best. Strike 2 - vacuums are horrible Strike 3 - called to voice concerns 5 times. All 5 times never answered and eventually call was disconnected. Physically drove to location and cancelled our two vehicles. Started using Crew a couple weeks back. A little further drive but worth it. read more

This place has always given me good service. I have the monthly membership for my work vehicle. I am constantly impressed with the quality of the wash, and they're always seeming to add more features and benefits. Such as the new bug blaster and the fact that they keep clean towels available for you to finish drying your vehicle off with. read more

took my car through a premium wash, which I thought it was, still bugs and other things on my car. worst part of all wiping my car down after the wash and there was still dust on my tires. you would think a $25 premium wash would get dust off your tires. New ownership is bad. They don't have any promotions or deals anymore. Last couple times I have went I have had bad experiences. Great wash! Great service! Highly recommend this wash, best in town. Not disappointed

Jeep GC still soapy after drying and attendants are just rude. Its OK if you need a quick wash but I won't pay for the higher cost washes.

Took my car in for a quick $3 wash only to have experienced the damage the cloth did to my antenna as well as the paint.Which will now cost upwards of $300!! The antenna was bent ( which can be fixed) however the worst part of it is being pulled up completely out of the body which cracked the paint job!! The employees were nice enough to explain my responsibility regarding the antenna however it said zero about the body of the vehicle. The manager was extremely rude. Will never go there ever again! read more

Good customer service. The premium wash does a great job. The monthly membership is well worth it. Best car wash in the area

This place is great. The attendant that helped me today was so nice, made my day. Highly recommend!

Luxurious car wash, amazing customer service, I usually hate washing my car but this place made me love it.. it's totally worth every penny.

I am a regular customer and i take my dogs with me through the car wash. Last week a attendant decided to come up to my truck window and start teasing my dogs. They went crazy and tried to break the window and scratched my door. All this was caught on their security tapes that the manager showed me. First th manager tried to lie and said he couldnt find the video then when i went it he magically found it. Once we found it he said that it wasnt that bad! I also spoke with the owner and he said he said it was my fault for bringing them. Totally unprofessional even with the video footage to back it up. I would not recommend this car wash to my worst enemy. read more
