I'd rather go to my normal gas station where it's six and then I wanted the undercarriage which would have taken the price up to $15. I went for the first time on a busier day and the associate Grace took her time to fully explain the washes to me as well as the membership. I also had a lot of bugs on my windshield from a roadtrip we took, so she reassured me the wash would get them off, but if they didn't, I could rewash for free and she'd mop the bugs off! Luckily the wash got them off the first time, but I felt appreciated and reassured! Crew does a great job in training as everyone there had big smiles and friendly demeanors. read more

Great wash after three attempts and the employee coming out with a cleaner to get the stains off the hood. After two tries the entire drivers side was still dirty. Only after the guy at the front wrote on the windshield to use mops on the sides to get it clean. One good thing they will rewash you car until it's clean. After my wife got out and did some cleaning and touch up the Toyota Venza looks beautiful. It's very pricey but it does a decent job. They try to upsell you at the start but I don't like the fact that if you forget to cancel the $29.99 subscription it goes up automatically to $$49.99. I take my car here maybe once every few months so the monthly membership is not worth it for me. I've never had any issues. Usually there is no line or a very short line and the car wash does a pretty good job of cleaning your car. It's around $10 for the basic wash. They have vacuums available that you can purchase minutes for. They only take credit cards so you don't have to worry about coins. I can't remember by the cost but it wasn't expensive and I believe you got 6 minutes. There was also a detailer blower which is great to get the dust out of your cup holders. I think this is a good car wash to go to if you want a basic wash with no bells and whistles. If you wash your car a lot the monthly membership might be worth it for you. read more

The customer service is either really great or really bad! Today was my last straw I'm cancelling my member because it's so frustrating when you're pulling up and the guy that's supposed to be directing you in is texting and waving you in without paying any attention. It's been multiple times I was not in line with the wash and he still waved me in I'm through. Not going to wait for something to happen. I'm just going to choose a car wash that cares about their customer's cars. read more

I watched a total of 26 cars go through the unlimited lane before I got through in the cashier lane. It appears they allow like four to one ratio of cars to go through the unlimited lane compared to the cashier lane. And now there was not a back up because the cashiers were taking money. I have been in the car wash now for 14 minutes. I will definitely not be coming back to this car wash. read more

Got a brand new windshield and I came in on 5/12 for a simple wash. I left with a full crack down my windshield, obscuring my driver side view. I filed a reported and send over the invoice from when I got my windshield replaced only for them to tell me the crack was a pre existing, despite proof that it was not pre-existing. How is it pre existing when I just sent you my invoice from when I got a brand new windshield? "We understand that the crack may have formed during the wash" was apart of the report incident I filed and this is what they said, but they're not going to fix the crack? They have made zero attempt to alleviate the situation and have made zero effort to review possible footage and speak to the attendant at the time. Do not go unless you want the hassle of a damage car and an uncooperative company that lacks the bare minimum customer service. Update: They told me to contact them only for them to tell me the same thing. What's the purpose of having me email you guys if you're not trying to help in the situation? Good wash at over twice the cost of competitors. I used them and liked it when using the Unlimited Package for $19.99/month. When it increased to $39.99/month (with no notice, other than seeing a higher charge on my recurring credit card payment) I was finished. $40/mo for washing my car. Nope! Unless you have a company car that can be expensed, there's no reason to not go less than 5 minutes down the road for a $19.99 unlimited package elsewhere. Sorry guys, but that's reality. read more

We absolutely love Crew car wash in St. John. My two-year-old daughter is obsessed with going to the car wash. The staff is always so friendly. They draw pictures on the back windows for her. The last two times that I've been to crew car wash I have had damage to my car. The first time I got rear ended by another car in the middle of the car wash. It was through no fault of my own. Of course the car washed claim no fault and I had to turn it into my insurance company which paid for my repair of over $1500. The second time I went through when I got to the end of the car wash I heard some thing that didn't sound good. When I got out my rear driver side bumper was hanging down. So no I would not recommend this car wash and I don't even want to go through it myself anymore even though it's very convenient to where I live. Total Nightmare...I took my $47,000 Mazda CX-9 into this Place for its First Brush Car Wash(I normally do High Pressure Wash ONLY)this Car Wash Destroyed my Car...Dark Grey Color and Scratch's were everywhere...And also Damaged my Black Plastic Molding around my Vehicle...Not to mention it Ripped my Rear Windshield Wiper Blade completely off in which they Paid for...Don't get me wrong,it's a great Wash but be prepared for Damage...ALL Brush Car Wash's Scratch Cars...Especially Dark Colored Cars...Take my word for it...So if your Anal and don't like Scratching DO NOT GO HERE...The People are Great and Super Nice...Too bad with Todays Technology that can't Invent a Wash that doesn't Scratch...Good Luck read more
