I agreed to this arrangement. I was also told that paying the balance in cash would qualify me for a discount. However, as soon as I provided my credit card information, communication completely stopped. Instead of charging only the agreed deposit, Montway charged my credit card for more than the full agreed amount without my authorization. As a result, my credit card exceeded its limit. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Montway by phone and email, but I have received no meaningful response. The only emails I continue to receive are automated messages demanding that I approve my credit card payment. To be fair, the carrier that Montway assigned was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job transporting my vehicle. They are not responsible for this issue. My complaint is entirely about Montway's billing practices and customer service. It is also concerning that the transportation proceeded normally while the payment dispute remained completely unresolved. At this point, I genuinely don't know how to resolve the situation. I expected clear communication and honest billing, but instead I was left with an overcharged credit card and no way to get answers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Montway.

When we told them we were standing in front of it, they said it was for sale and was going to the auction. This was late October. It is now January and the jeep is still on their lot. There is a sign that says you get $0.10 off each gallon of gas. Well I filled up and then went for the car wash. Then when I went inside to pay for a car wash I asked which one has the underbody flush. The person told me the most expensive one. Well it did not have an underbody flush. That was just a lie. Then when I looked at my car it did a horrible job of cleaning. My friend even questioned if I got it washed. The whole thing just seems like I was taken advantage of - from the gas discount to the quality. Then the crazy amount of time it took to even get the car wash. Would not recommend at all!
