We took our newly acquired car to see about a wash and a wax, since we have to park outside under trees. I wanted some form of protection against bird poop, tree sap dirt and dust from living on a major street, basically to to protect against the elements. The gentleman who greeted us informed us of the handwash and wax service whose price seemed reasonable. The owner then came out and greeted us to answer my questions about a more long lasting form of protection so I would not need a wax every few months. We were told about a superior ceramic/acrylic hybrid coating that can last for 1-5 years (depending on the product chosen. Since the 5 year product required more time and we had just acquired the car after a long (months) wait, we decided to try the coating guaranteed for 1 year or up to 100-125 washes. The service was done in several steps, they handwashed the car, disinfected, used clay and iron to further remove impurities, they buffed the car to remove any surface scratches and swirls and then commenced application of the hybrid protectant. Several applications were done with some curing time. We were told it would take 6 hours or more for a perfect application and we were fine with that. We learned that it was forecasted to rain and we were recommended to leave the car there as it needed to cure for 24 hours without getting wet. We did not want to compromise the hard work so we left it over the weekend. The owner and employees were extremely helpful, proficient and patient. They went above and beyond the service I expected. It is clear the owner takes pride in his reputation and business and that is reflected in this review. Our car has been back with us for 2 weeks now as we have had a lot of rain and I wanted to test the finish. Water beads up and leaves no water marks. the windows were treated as well. We have had some dust and tree sap collect on the car and the rain has rinsed most of it off. A simple handwash will suffice and we will not need to apply wax. The car has a mirror like finish. My only regret is I did not take a pic when the car came out to add to this brilliant service. read more

This place is under new management and there services have changed in a better way. They really clean the cars. They are still trying to get it right and if they accidentally don't or the customer is not happy they make sure to make it right. They give coupons they have a monthly package they go out of their way to make sure the customer leaves happy cars are always shining they vacuum they do full service they make sure you have air in your tires they clean them windows really well! they have the best and longest lasting tire wet entrance is a little hard but it's actually behind the Marathon gas station right next to Cicero they have a five day guarantee I highly recommend them to everybody. They offer free vacuums they have a five dollar car wash they have a $12 they have a $15 and they have a $20 car wash they have a package for every customer they do detailing spray wax they do hand wax they do buffing. Something is always free when you go in there is there from the three from wax to a free air freshener to a free vacuum. If you buy five car washes your sixth car wash is free.
