The last two time I've taken my car through the car wash I have had to come home and clean my windows. Its like they have a soap film on them.. I have had my oil changed here several times and have never had a problem. One of the bonuses about getting your oil changed. Here was always a free car wash afterwards. This time after I get my oil changed and some extra fluids put in my car they let me know that I will have to download their app in order to get my car wash. While the fact about that is, it's my phone. I don't need any extra apps on my phone, the girl that changed my oil states that they can't just give us a code. We have to get that off of the app which makes absolutely no sense. Give these people a code. Everybody doesn't need access to your phone it is your own personal property and you're the one that pays the bill. read more

They changed my plan without my knowledge (and increased my price). They said I got an email about it but I could not find it. Their web site says to call the car wash directly however when you do that, you get a recording saying to log into your account to manage it. It seems that they don't think enough of their customs to actually speak with them. read more

Good car wash service. The interior vacuum building is great. They were great helping my wife when our car battery needed a jump after she finished detailing. Overpriced car wash that does not do a very good job. Just went through and two of the brushes didn't even spin or touch my vehicle.

They are a little pushy on their brochures with different membership plans and prices. Other than that the team their work's excellently.

Without any prior warning, they just started charging an extra $10/month. I called the first day to cancel as soon as this charge was noticed (the day the money was withdraw) and the manager here gave me the too bad so sad response. I have been a regular customer for the car wash at Drive & Shine. No more. Why? Well, I spent $25 hard earned dollars on having the interior of my vehicle cleaned. While this was not a full detail, at the very least I would expect a good vacuuming job and a good wipe down of the dash, doors etc. What will you get for $25 at this location? Excuses. Excuses why they did not vacuum the cupholders. Excuses why they did not clean or wipe down the interior of the doors. In fact, the owner/manager suggested that I read their sign to show me what they don't do for the $25. No thanks. I already know how to read. Perhaps you should learn how to clean the interior of a car. $25 and a $10 tip wasted. There are probably 10 auto detailing businesses within 5 miles of this location. My suggestion: Go to one of the other detail centers and get your money's worth. If you are looking for a good value, do not patronize this location. read more

Fine here a few times for some services on my car that I can't easily do at home or at my work, Trans flushes and things like that or when I'm just lazy and don't wanna change my oil my self. Service has always been pretty damn great. Fast and while they do try to up-sell, they won't push things on you. If there's something they think you DO need they'll let you know though. The auto wash is awesome, it'll getcha all cleaned up in a jiffy. Opt for the more expensive packages and you'll be extra spiffy. Pull into the detail bays after a full service oil change n comped wash and they'll hit your windows and carpets with a good vac and window cleaning too. I really like this place. I went for an oil change and I did pay a little more for mine. (It was like $60 or $70) I liked that everything was explained to me, even things that I needed done to my car, like a transmission flush. They were fast and efficient and with the oil change, I got a free top of the line car wash. I will definitely be back to them for oil changes with my free car wash. This place has false advertising!!!! I went in to get an oil change for $30 as advertised. Before they started they want $96 dollars.

Everyone was great during the change, but they forgot to put the oil drain plug back. My car ran without oil until my check engine light went on. When I took it into the mechanic, they explained what happened and that I needed a new engine. Their manager has been very helpful, but they are now ghosting me on what can be done since I especially need a new car due to their mistake. read more

Long story short, the engine of my car is shot and I'm stuck 500 miles away from home because of Drive and Shine. I've tried contacting the store manager Dylan who had the district manager Michael Hillman reach out to me who did NOT help at all. After about 5 emails back and forth he simply quit responding. I've attached photos of the issue, the last time I came in for an oil change the lube tech simply shoved a new oil filter up into the top of a previous oil filter. After a certified mechanic checked it out, he said it was shoved in there so tight it created a seal strong enough to allow me to drive away but eventually keep the oil from reaching the engine and causing the engine to seize meaning Drive and Shine is the SOLE reason my vehicle is undrivable. I offered a peaceful solution to Michael before turning to litigation and posting about my experience yet he has chosen not to respond. That being said I HIGHLY recommend NO ONE uses Drive and Shine for their oil change needs. read more

Brought my 2017 Honda Accord 2dr V6 Coupe to have it serviced for an oil change. Price for the job is a little high but it does come with a free car wash. Service at the lube was middle of the road, nothing special but nothing bad also. Car wash, if you spend the $$ for a good 1, is worth the price. The interior detailers/cleaners were very good. Now to the problem for the reason I am here. Got home from the oil change and found out that the credit card I used to pay for the oil change was charged 3 times. Not once, not twice, but 3 TIMES. In excess of $250. Come to find out (through communication with other employees) that this has happened before. Spent 20 mins on the phone with the lube manager with the result of having to come back in to the service center after the charges were no longer pending. Went in to fix the overcharge and ending up waiting over an hour with still no result. Left, and gave Frank, the manager, my credit card info and my number and he said he would call me back. Frank did call me back and I returned once again and now my account was finally credited. If it was not for Frank and his great customer service, I would not return and take my business elsewhere. read more

I paid $25 to have the interior of my Tahoe cleaned. This is the result. They rushed the vacuum over parts of the interior and left a lot of dirt. The windows are all smeared inside and the dashboard is still dirty and smudged. I would go back and have them redo it except I'm not willing to wait in line again. read more

Don't bother going here. Almost every individual here is arrogant and unhelpful. I went in for a carpet shampoo due to a spill and smell coming from the carpet. I went back twice to get a touch up cleaning since the smell was not improved one bit. The last time I visited, the best the employee had to offer me was baking soda. I don't believe soap was even used for the "shampoo" as the carpet wasn't even lightly damp when done. $40 for a cleaning that cleaned nothing. I purchased a shampoo machine myself, did the job myself once and the smell is gone. This business is over priced and underqualified and the employees have no customer service. You're better off doing their offerings at home. Avoid at all costs. read more

The detail I got was good, but had issues with my car afterwards. Rear lights not working, trunk wouldn't pop open etc etc. The site tried getting it working, but I had to take over to BMW. They noted they would reimburse me. BMW was able to fix the issue the next day, but then the site didn't want to reimburse the cost (150), saying they could not be sure they caused the issue (although there was not a problem with the car when I dropped it off). Then wanted me to come back the next day to negotiate cost with BMW and give me a gift card or something. Keep in mind I had at that point been without my car for two days. I opted to leave at this point and while the site did call, I was at that point no longer interested in a gift card for a site I wouldn't be going back to and didn't feel I should have to go negotiate with bmw on a lower repair price. Spend a lot of money and usually have been satisfied with the service. After one of the washes, when I pulled away I noticed scratches. I pulled into the detail area to address the situation .. and nothing was done. After years for being a customer with multiple VIP accounts.. how doesn't this situation get rectified?
