He was careful not to admit responsibility, but didn't want to answer my question if any other customer had any windshield damage (thinking their newly implemented equipment struck our windshield, or the extreme heat in the dryer area (they have several signs posted) was too much. Outcome from their claims dept on June 2: they denied any responsibility and said their posted signs state "we aren't responsible for any damage to your vehicle." I urge anyone to be cautious about using this location and to report any windshield damage.

There's no notice of a price increase, they did not have the trash cans out, and the vacuum pressure is extremely poor when they actually turn the vacuums on. Very disappointing.
