I tried calling the customer service number to see what was going on with the vacuum cleaners and of course there was no response. I haven't gone here in a while because the vacuum pressure usually is very poor compared to other car washes in the area, but I thought I would give them another chance. There's no notice of a price increase, they did not have the trash cans out, and the vacuum pressure is extremely poor when they actually turn the vacuums on. Very disappointing. They've lost my business for good.

I purchased a new high-end Suburban in 2016 that has only been cleaned at this car wash place. The paint job looks like the day it came out of the showroom new! I also ended up purchasing their 52 pass card which meaningfully discounts each visit. You do pay in advance for the card, but if you can afford it, it is well worth the investment. All the staff are professional, have always done a good job, and have always made it right the very few times something isn't as I expect it to be.
