They are unique in it is a hand wash method of cleaning the vehicle. No machines that rotate and leave swirls in the paint. I purchased a new high-end Suburban in 2016 that has only been cleaned at this car wash place. The paint job looks like the day it came out of the showroom new! I also ended up purchasing their 52 pass card which meaningfully discounts each visit. You do pay in advance for the card, but if you can afford it, it is well worth the investment. All the staff are professional, have always done a good job, and have always made it right the very few times something isn't as I expect it to be.

I paid $28 to open my side door and see a dirty mat. The guy was still standing there...I said you guys don't do mat?? He said that's extra. Then I got in my car an immediately saw the cup holder. This place is a rip off. Update- my aunt who had an ok experience and would have returned there just got a pretty shocking text from the owner. Extremely unprofessional, I can see why the turnover is high. She will never go back.

Soon a car pulled into the bay beside me, and turned music up as loud as he could. I ignored the deliberate rudeness, but soon the person jumped in front of the bay I was in, yelled 'hey', and joked about how he loved loud music. I ignored him again, finished, and left as quickly as I could. Since he could have used a bay further away to play his really bad music, I took this behavior to be a deliberate attempt to intimidate me. This is not the first time I've been uncomfortable at this facility, and will not chance going there again. The 'new' owners have allowed this place to become a hangout for loud, rude individuals. Their contact number has a 'full' mail box. Stay away.
