He is, as his company's name implies, a perfectionist! My second visit was to have the front driver and passenger side windows tinted - no surprises, just another excellent job. My new vehicle was supposed to come with a strip of PPF on the rear bumper sill - it did not. THe dealer order the film and "attempted" to install it. THe results - nothing less than a disaster with bubbles, wrinkles, and finger smudges!!! I asked the dealer to order another strip which I took to Mohammad to install. Since it was a product he was not immediately familiar with he took his time to carefully inspect the application process. He proceeded to apply the film and the result...yes, P E R F E C T. They were working on two cars prior to us. When it was our turn they had us get out and wait in the waiting area. There are windows so you can see them working on your vehicle. I must say the staff here really are hard workers. There were two men working on our car. We got the hand wash that includes inside and outside cleaning for $35. The outcome is definitely worth the price as the car was gleaming and I told them so. They saw we were satisfied and said they think we'll be back. We know we'll be back. Thank you Jewels Auto Spa!

I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were in checking on it for me. I highly recommend them for their great work and excellent customer service. The convenience and quality is great!

These guys are acting like thieves. We received gift certificates from my daughter a few years ago…read morefor two services from Tistacar. We got them during Covid and we didn't want to use them while we were locked down. In the meantime, we lost the gift certificates. We recently found them and when to use them. The expiration dates on the certificates look like they are good until 2027. In the state of Illinois, where we live, it is illegal for someone to sell gift certificates and then declare them expired and then keep for money for doing nothing. Our cards are worth about $200. Despite the intent of the law, Tistacar declared them expired and pocketed the money - for doing nothing! They claimed that they expired in 2021 (expiration date was hand written by them - looks like 2027 to us, but they say it was 2021). I offered to pay the difference between the original cost and the current cost, but they refused. This is a prime example of a small company that doesn't care about customer service. Don't patronize them.
