There was a small issue when Infiniti of Naperville took my car to ZTech of Naperville for window tints--they didn't provide the correct tint shade for my request (ZTech of Naperville was not at fault). Thankfully, the fantastic team at ZTech of Countryside stepped in, fixed the issue, and even hooked me up with a discount to make it right. Their level of customer service is second to none! Since the guy who hit my car was driving an "uninsured" rental, I decided to go through my insurance and get it fixed immediately. I wanted to get a few local estimates. Paint Solutions was my first choice. Jeff gave me a prompt, reasonably priced estimate, without an appointment . He also gave me a hard copy of the estimate.....Jeff assured me that I would only need to be painted and buffed.......No parts replacement needed.....Great......The other shops I was considering either wanted an appointment to get an estimate or they were overcharging and therefore didn't want to give you a hard copy of the estimate to shop........I won't name the shops.......So it was an easy choice......Paint Solutions it is and I'm so glad I decided to go with them.... I dropped my car off with the printed estimate from my insurance company and I asked how long it would take.......Thursday, so approximately 4 days.... The drop off process was seemless and although Jeff wasn't there, his counterpart was expecting me. Thursday has arrived and Jeff gives me a call stating the car is ready and he add that I would love the work......I pick the car up on Friday and before I could say anything, my wife said....Oh wow, it looks brand new. She was correct. I was absolutely floored by the work the did! Going forward, this is my goto body shop. Thanks Jeff, for the excellent work and customer service.

My experience with #1 Auto Detailing was defined less by the quality of the work and more by the owner's behavior, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. The owner frequently shifted from discussing the service to venting about personal issues, which not only derailed the conversation but also made it difficult to get clear answers about the work being done. His attitude throughout was defensive and dismissive, especially when I asked for clarification on the services he promised. Several commitments he made -- regarding the timeline, level of detail, and specific corrections -- were not fulfilled. When I asked about the discrepancies, he responded with frustration rather than accountability. The gap between what he promised and what he delivered was significant, and the constant injection of personal problems into the interaction made the experience feel chaotic and unreliable. I left with the impression that the business is struggling under the weight of the owner's personal distractions and inflated confidence. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

The car didn't have a single scratch, all spots taken care of, and the interior was also cleaned which I expressed was not a priority when I dropped off but they went the extra mile and probably cleaned it better than it has ever been cleaned. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back! Really appreciate the good, hard work.
