The pictures attached where the car shows damage are right after the accident, the pictures where the car looks great is after I got it back. The turnaround time for repairs was quick. I have a 2013 Highlander that looks like new! The team actually arrived early, which was a nice surprise! Shortly after they left, I couldn't find my garage door opener. When I reached out, customer service responded very quickly and immediately checked with the cleaning team to help me look for it. It turned out I had just taken it inside myself and forgot! I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were in checking on it for me. I highly recommend them for their great work and excellent customer service. The convenience and quality is great!

These guys are acting like thieves. We received gift certificates from my daughter a few years ago…read morefor two services from Tistacar. We got them during Covid and we didn't want to use them while we were locked down. In the meantime, we lost the gift certificates. We recently found them and when to use them. The expiration dates on the certificates look like they are good until 2027. In the state of Illinois, where we live, it is illegal for someone to sell gift certificates and then declare them expired and then keep for money for doing nothing. Our cards are worth about $200. Despite the intent of the law, Tistacar declared them expired and pocketed the money - for doing nothing! They claimed that they expired in 2021 (expiration date was hand written by them - looks like 2027 to us, but they say it was 2021). I offered to pay the difference between the original cost and the current cost, but they refused. This is a prime example of a small company that doesn't care about customer service. Don't patronize them.

The vehicle wasn't that dirty it only had 23k on it but I like the paint to it's best. Needless to say but they had a petty good base to start with. I dropped it off the night before and was called the next morning around 9:30 to say my vehicle was done. I'm like did you start on it yesterday seems awful fast to do all that. He replies back yeah we start at 5am. So I pick the vehicle up after work it looks good so I pay the $230 and pull the vehicle out into the sun to have another look. They missed some surface scratches so I pull it back in and they take care of them. I find it hard to believe the scratches didn't come out if they did all three sets of polishing as listed in description but also could be due to the inadequate lighting in the place. So I get home and upon further inspection I notice they didn't even clean rocker panels and most definitely didn't polish them. They are a painted panel which I would think would be included in a full detail. Then I notice they didn't polish the roof the paint is rough and some of the adhesive is still on paint from the wrap the previous owner had on it. They didn't even clean the tires they left all the grime on there and just covered it with more tire shine. They also left wax everywhere see before and after photo of weather stripping. If I can clean it why can't they? I then contact the owner and he dismisses all of it. I ask for a partial refund and he says no they cleaned it to best of their ability. Do yourself a favor and find another shop they didn't do everything I paid for and took advantage of me.
