He ordered the part and painted it in advance of me bringing in my vehicle. Total down time - 3 hours! I was so excited when I picked up Maxx today. The paint job on the part was "spot on." They buffed out some scratches also. It looks just like it did when I brought it home from the dealership. Did I mention it looked like an expensive detailing had been performed? This was a vastly better experience than my last accident where I took my car to a " prefferd car repair center " with my insurance company ( ie the dealer I got it at ).
