Love my new car wash! At first, couldn't find the place. Finally I called, and this nice gentleman came to my rescue. He said we are right off of York rd. But the entrance is in the back. I told him I don't know how to get to the back?? So he told me to tell him the make and model number of my car and he would stand there and wave and direct me. What a nice man! They did a great job, two guys spray and soap down your car. You go thru and 4 guys wipe it dry. This is my go place from now on. We purchased the exterior only. wash. They rinse the car thoroughly and apply a quick release soap to loosen the dirt and grime and then send you through the automated portion of the wash. The process ends with 2 gentlemen hand towel drying the vehicle. Great job and well pleased. read more

Came here on a recommendation from a friend who said this is the ONLY place he comes to get his car washed... 11.50 for the "special", 13.00 for "plus" and 16.00 for the elite "poly protection". Add another $2 if you don't drive anything bigger than a Taurus. They do take credit cards (incl. AMEX) so thats a plus. They also offer booklets of 10 that get you 2 free washes. The service is a two man team that operates this show: one that preps and another that sends you off with a nice wipe down. read more

My husband stopped by for a wash today to de-gunk from all the salt. His car does look clean but it also dented the roof. It's a Civic in immaculate condition because he only drives it a short way to the train every day. I live a few blocks away and have been coming here for years. Basic wash is $10 but the touchless machinery really does the job and appears to be well-maintained. The four guys who wipe it down at the end do a very thorough job (which I gladly tip $4 for). I haven't had my car detailed there but my friends who have give them high marks. Excellent detailing service! I was very impressed with how thorough and detailed my car, inside and out turned out! There wasn't, a lot of communication with the(Spanish) employee, but don't let that detour you. He is a nice guy and definitely knows his trade! I dropped my car off on a Sunday night, put my keys threw the drop box and got a call the next day at noon saying it was done! The prices were reasonable too...I was thinking about replacing my rims because they looked kind of rusted and worn, but after the service they looked brand new! Very Impressed! read more

I was there a few days back while my wife was at the mall (I'm glad they are close to oakbrook mall). My car was covered in dust and splattered with bug goo all over. I wanted it to be washed down a bit (just get rid of the dust and some of the dirt while I clean the bug and do a proper wash later at home). I got the basic wash done ($11) and was glad that it truly was a touchless wash. After the wash was done, there were two guys waiting to dry my car but I asked them not to dry it (I'm OCD about swirl marks and even though they used a new set of microfibres for each car, I didn't want to take the risk). I drove out with some water droplets still on the car which disappeared as I drove away. The best part was that the water had managed to get rid of almost all the bug goo present (the bug goo was more than two weeks old and hard). I'm happy to note that my car was clean and zero swirls on the paint. I'd gladly visit their establishment again. read more

I literally just got back from the car wash. I felt as though I was doing some sort of illegal transaction because they take your money right outside your car window before you even enter the car wash. I paid $17 for the "best package", which means a powerful, "untouchable", wash to your car, followed by a 1-2 minute hand towel dry by these two guys, all the while your car is still in the port. I asked the guy to please dry off my back window again because water was leaking from the roof to the back window. They were very rushed to get me out of the port so they can dry the car behind me.... $21 ($4 tip) later. I have gone to places where for $20 you get the interior of your car sprayed and wiped down, the mats, trunk and seats are vacuumed, plus the exterior of your car is washed, thoroughly dried and your tires armored all. I will go back to that place and save me the feeling of being ripped off at "Undesirable" Auto Wash! read more

I have been bringing my cars here for over 15 years! The seasoned staff is always friendly even on bitter cold days. My cars come out clean every time. I buy the 12 washes coupon book for $100. A good deal! Their Detail Service is fantastic. I will bring my wife's Equinox there next week for it's twice yearly waxing. It looks brand new when they are done.
