Beware of this place, first red flag was that they couldn't figure out how to shift my electric mustang into neutral. They must have been trying for a while before they found me and asked me to do it, I immediately went over and did it in a matter of 5 seconds, but the problem had just begun at this point. Once my car was finished with the wash my child immediately said "wow what is that crack on the glass roof?" I was literally shocked and went right back to the car wash where I spoke with the most unprofessional staff who of course refused to take any blame whatsoever for the incident. One of the employees also insulted my intelligence and said I should read my manual so I learn how to shift my car into neutral. I looked at him and said "are you serious, I just did it after you almost damaged my transmission system?" I cannot believe their are shady places like this that are still allowed to operate. They are negligent and don't maintain their automatic car wash thus I now have a cracked roof on what was once a near perfect vehicle. I have showed numerous car professionals the crack and they said this looks like damage from a machine or like something rolled on it. The wife said I need my car washed so we took a ride to Kings. The cost $25.00 and that was no wax. The car came out and was dried in lest than three minutes and we were done. I noted at a stop at a store that there were numerous spots that were not clean, so we decided to go back. My first visit was disappointing with regard to the quality. I spent 27.00. The people who clean the inside of the car were very hurried ( due to very busy day). However, since it is their business they should be trained to handle it. I expect a good quality wash regardless of how busy they are. Here's what went wrong: The mats were cleaned but then they saturated in that chemical used on the tires. They were really wet from it. The smell was overwhelming, plus toxic. I had to open all the windows and dry the mats with paper towels to reduce the smell. They used towels on my windows that were cross contaminated with other cleaning solvents. When the daylight ended, i could see all the haziness on the windows and that they did not wipe to clean the whole window. They just wiped the middle parts. A rear passenger window hadn't even been done. While i was still there, i had checked the vehicle and they hadn't even cleaned the inside windows in the back my SUV. I pointed it out and it was done just as sloppy as the rest. I was going to go back to have them redo my windows but have decided its not worth the hassle. I will not return. read more

I brought my truck in for detailing.Had a 6 pm drop off but had to rush because they were closing early due to weather I spoke with George and we discussed the cleaning , asking for my visors to be cleaned. I was told they would be cleaned but they could not touch the headliners. received a phone call the next day prior to them cleaning with a list of things they found wrong with the vehicle (IE a small tear in the seat, loose door handle etc) After paying ahead( because they were closing early again due to weather ) I went to pick up my vehicle which they left in their lot . car looked pretty good, however, the following was not kosher 1. minor but they never cleaned the visors 2. HUGE CRACK in my dash that was NOT there prior to leaving it with them ! I called several times throughout the week and no answer . (closed due to weather). I left a VM on his cell. No response I finally got through almost a week later and spoke with Manger he basically told me this was not caused them and in a round about way told me too bad, they are not responsible!!! I gave these guys a second chance after the first garbage wash because they were so busy the second time. They charge extra for Mini vans paid $25 for an alleged interior clean incl vacuum and center console. my rental car interior was pretty nasty after a 2 month use by a family member King Car Wash did a wonderful job cleaning all the interior including shampoo rugs and seats. Chose the Royal service. 2 stars is for the exterior wash that the machine handles. Did not do even a mediocre job vacuuming or wiping down the interior. They put wet partially cleaned floor mats back in my car. They left loose debris on the seats and in the doors. They did not wipe away the salt and snow marks on all 4 doors. When I asked them if they could complete the job the guy told me it wasn't included with my service then he ran back inside and left me standing there. So only wiping 2 of the 4 doors is included? My car takes around two kids and it looked like it. The seats dented and stained by car seats and dirt everywhere. Took it in for detailing and shampooing and it looks like new!
