Always a solid place for a wash. Needed a quick inside vacuum wipe down, window cleaning and outside wash/cleaning with tire dressing with a 5-day rewash- with a coupon it was $32 Took 15 minutes. Workers are efficient and really hustle. My Jeep looks great again. Can't beat it read more

I was surprised to learn that if you want more than the basic interior wipe-down, your only option is a service with a 2 1/2-hour wait. There doesn't seem to be any middle-ground option for customers who just want a thorough interior cleaning with the floor mats washed but don't need a full detail. I arrived at 8:30 a.m., and there were multiple employees working but virtually no customers. Even so, I was told the wait would still be 2 1/2 hours because that's the standard for this service. I left and went to Fuller's instead. Every service bay there was full, yet they had multiple employees working on my vehicle at the same time and completed the job in just 35 minutes. The quality was excellent. I wish this business offered a faster option for customers who want something more than a basic wipe-down but less than a full detail. A 2 1/2-hour wait for a complete interior wipe-down and clean floor mats just isn't competitive. read more

Best car wash in town for $8. The only catch was you have to leave your car for someone else to drive it thru the wash. The good part is that they do a decent job to vacuum the carpets and quick wipe down inside the car and 3 people drying the car outside. Highly recommend for a clean car. Tip is optional. read more

I really appreciate the team at King Carwash. The guys work hard and always do a good job, no matter the weather. I know no one can be perfect all the time, but what matters is they truly care and are always willing to fix anything if you're not completely satisfied. That kind of effort and customer service deserves recognition. Keep up the great work! read more

The customer service is great, the guys are helpful and do a fantastic job. Rolando should run for Mayor.

Getting through the wash process has typically happened in 20 minutes or less. You can monitor the process to ensure the automated wash process applies the desired applications such as underbody wash, application of ceramic or other coatings occur happen as expected. My car has never been lhandled with care by the staff needing to move the car through the process. The results of getting the my choice of the "Castle" wash have been great. read more

Beware of this place, first red flag was that they couldn't figure out how to shift my electric mustang into neutral. They must have been trying for a while before they found me and asked me to do it, I immediately went over and did it in a matter of 5 seconds, but the problem had just begun at this point. Once my car was finished with the wash my child immediately said "wow what is that crack on the glass roof?" I was literally shocked and went right back to the car wash where I spoke with the most unprofessional staff who of course refused to take any blame whatsoever for the incident. One of the employees also insulted my intelligence and said I should read my manual so I learn how to shift my car into neutral. I looked at him and said "are you serious, I just did it after you almost damaged my transmission system?" I cannot believe their are shady places like this that are still allowed to operate. They are negligent and don't maintain their automatic car wash thus I now have a cracked roof on what was once a near perfect vehicle. I have showed numerous car professionals the crack and they said this looks like damage from a machine or like something rolled on it. Stay away from this shop, bunch of unprofessional individuals who have no car knowledge but blame the customer. The way they also treated me in front of my child was absolutely disgraceful on their part. read more

Overpriced, subpar cleaning. My bet is that this place makes it only because of 1) a lack of competition, and 2) an excellent selection of greeting cards. read more

Went today to get my car washed, bought the Royal Treatment Wash which cost $32 I could not believe it when I said you guys did not dress the tires, they said the package I bought does not include tire dressing. The wife said I need my car washed so we took a ride to Kings. The cost $25.00 and that was no wax. The car came out and was dried in lest than three minutes and we were done. I noted at a stop at a store that there were numerous spots that were not clean, so we decided to go back. The second trip I inspected prior to leaving and noted an untouched area, pointed this out to an employee and he took care of it. I / we will go else ware. read more

How about another round for King Car Wash. So I decided to surprise my parents and have their new Caravan completely detailed and scotchgard protected. Since the new vehicle was not going to be in use with my folks. I figured perfect timing to drop off the vehicle for an entire day of pampering. Most people would assume if you buy a brand new car, the dealership would detail it for you. Well I knew King was the way to go with their impressive track record with me. From top to bottom wax and shine the caravan looked fantastic. My folks were super excited to see the results and even the grandkids too. Thanks again for always taking care of my entire family. read more

Me and my family have always been going to King car wash and always leave satisfied no matter what. Rolando is one of the best manager ever, they have great customer service. Due to dogs and kids, my car was filthy. I had the "ceramic castle" wash and it was, in my opinion, just short of detailing the car. The staff was great and the car was unbelievably clean in 20 minutes. Not a cheap wash but well worth the price. read more

I have a messy son that will manage to mess things up without trying. That being said, my car was trashed. Stained upholstery, crumbs everywhere, pop/milk/juice stains on the plastic. Finally, had time to stop by to get a total package cleaning. Ran errands for an hour or so and came back to a semi-new car. Impressed at all the dirty water I could see from the shampooing. Disgusted and oddly satisfying. The price was reason and the service great. Check in on yelp to get saving. read more

Visited again today 1-2-2018. Service is good. I was offended by the negative President Trump card on counter by cashier. My first visit was disappointing with regard to the quality. I spent 27.00. The people who clean the inside of the car were very hurried ( due to very busy day). However, since it is their business they should be trained to handle it. I expect a good quality wash regardless of how busy they are. Here's what went wrong: The mats were cleaned but then they saturated in that chemical used on the tires. They were really wet from it. The smell was overwhelming, plus toxic. I had to open all the windows and dry the mats with paper towels to reduce the smell. They used towels on my windows that were cross contaminated with other cleaning solvents. When the daylight ended, i could see all the haziness on the windows and that they did not wipe to clean the whole window. They just wiped the middle parts. A rear passenger window hadn't even been done. While i was still there, i had checked the vehicle and they hadn't even cleaned the inside windows in the back my SUV. I pointed it out and it was done just as sloppy as the rest. I was going to go back to have them redo my windows but have decided its not worth the hassle. I will not return. read more

I brought my truck in for detailing.Had a 6 pm drop off but had to rush because they were closing early due to weather I spoke with George and we discussed the cleaning , asking for my visors to be cleaned. I was told they would be cleaned but they could not touch the headliners. received a phone call the next day prior to them cleaning with a list of things they found wrong with the vehicle (IE a small tear in the seat, loose door handle etc) After paying ahead( because they were closing early again due to weather ) I went to pick up my vehicle which they left in their lot . car looked pretty good, however, the following was not kosher 1. minor but they never cleaned the visors 2. HUGE CRACK in my dash that was NOT there prior to leaving it with them ! I called several times throughout the week and no answer . (closed due to weather). I left a VM on his cell. No response I finally got through almost a week later and spoke with Manger he basically told me this was not caused them and in a round about way told me too bad, they are not responsible!!! Here's a story of how I got myself into a pickle and was saved by King Car Wash. I was visiting (used to live there) family with my girlfriend and had been at Six Flags up in Gurnee... evidently the last ride I was on (Dark Knight) was dirty as I unknowingly picked up a piece of chewing gum on my upper ass area of my pants. Being the last ride we were on, we left and went out to the car... my girlfriend's moms car mind you. Got in the passenger seat and we drove 45min or so south to Downers Grove where we were staying. Upon getting out of the car I noticed a minty blue smear on the seat where I was sitting... F*ck!!! I consulted Google, tried the freezing it with ice and scraping it thing... freezing with a can of air thing... the goo-gone thing... nothing worked. Pulled up my Yelp iphone app and typed "car wash" and King Car wash was the closest to me with good reviews. I called and talked to the chick and she asked a manager how much it would cost and he told me to come in so he could look at it. Honestly I didn't think they'd want to touch it but I was hoping so as they have all the cool comercial vacuums and steamers / shampooers. I double-timed over there, walked in and talk to Rolando (the manager). Had a worker come over look at it and said he'd take care of it. When I asked how much he said nothing cause it would only take him 5 min. I ran next door to the drug store to get cash anyways. His guy took his time with it inside the garage and about 8 min later he drives the car out and what do ya know... the seat looks as good as frickin new and smells awesome!!! Hell yeah!! Disaster averted! I thanked him and he was very nice throughout the whole thing and told me to have a nice day... I gave him a $20 spot and he said "I'll give this to the guy who worked on your car". Gave it right to his guy, all of it, without question. That's a 'Good Fella' there! Stand up guy. I saw him walk back and give it to his guy and that dude was stoked! I don't live there but I'd recommend King Car Wash to anybody to bring their business there any day. Thanks again guys! Aloha from Arizona. read more

Not only do they do a terrific job, but they are very honest. I made the mistake of asking my wife to hold my wedding band after a BBQ on the 4th and wouldn't you know...she lost it. I took her car in for a wash this afternoon and there was my band, right in the coin holder. Any number of the gentlemen cleaning her car could have slipped it in their pocket and scrapped it for a few hundred bucks but there it was. KUDOS King Carwash and their wonderful staff. This place washes pretty well - at a price. I'd never been to that neighborhood so it took me a bit longer to find it. It's on the northeast corner of 63rd and Cass, a busy junction, right next to a Shell station. I was there last Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy, tho' I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Pretty efficient I'd say. I think this place hires half the population of Westmont. You pull into the driveway and before you have time to turn off the stereo, an army of people come and take your car away from you. If you order the Full Service or above, they'll vacuum and wipe the inside, and send your car through the usual soft-brush conveyor where you can stand behind the glass and watch if that pleases you. When it re-emerges a second unit takes over and wipes it all down. They operate like they're at war. They did a good job washing, including removing brake dust from the wheels, but the drying could use a little more detail. They missed the bottom-edge of the doors and underneath the side mirrors, but overall they dried it pretty good - much better than Delta Sonic, for example. I had the Kings Choice and according to their website it's $17, but it actually costs $18. The website does offer a $3-off coupon so that helps. On top of that, they've added the undercarriage spray to all levels of wash - which may explain the price increase. I asked the service manager about their use of water. They use reclaimed water for the initial body and tire spray cycles, and fresh water for the final rinse. They use a three-stage system to purify the recycled water, removing salt, bacteria and so on. Good enough for me. I'd definitely come back but I'd probably just get the basic ($6), especially if they continued to include undercarriage spray - a must in winter. read more

I was long overdue for a wash and visited King Car Wash in Westmont. We had received a "Welcome Neighbor" coupon and thought it would be a good time to use it. The coupon was good for a free Royal Treatment and I paid an extra $5 to upgrade to the next level of service -- it was well worth it in my opinion. These guys were fast, efficient, and friendly. I'll probably visit sometime soon. read more

We went to Six Flags and after driving the hour home, we realized that Chuck had gum on his butt from the last ride we went on, which smeared and stuck all over the seat of our brand new car. We tried freezing it and peeling it off and Goo-Gone (both recommended by folks on google), but nothing worked. So, we took the car over to King's and talked to Rolando. He drove the car into the shop and had the gum out in less than 10 minutes. We can't even tell that it was ever there! Amazing customer service - we highly recommend the team at King's! read more
