I paid for their top cleaning. It's like my car never got touched. Carpets are dirty with crumbs all over. The front was not wiped down. They also ruined my front license plate. I didn't think a car can look worse after the cleaning, but alas, I was wrong. Don't recommend. You'd be better off spraying your car with a hose. read more

Great experience here. They spent a full day meticulously cleaning off spray paint from a can that I had run over on accident. My car looked brand new and the cost was pretty minimal compared to the amount of work. They also did an amazing job cleaning the interior. I highly recommend them. read more

This place does a TERRIBLE job - flat out bad. I try to support local business and I know "My Car Wash" over-charges and is not great, but I forgot how bad of a job they do and tried them again!?! So disappointed in the interior cleaning! I guess I just didn't realize that maybe that's not really what they do?? I stopped in just for an interior cleaning. They have a full car wash (inside and out) for $27. Asked if I could just do the inside... Okay, no problem...$10. Let me preface this by saying I am pretty pregnant. I can not breathe and bend over at the same time. So to lean across the dash or bend down and vacuum floor mats, it's hard! I was hoping to just drop in and conveniently have that taken care of. So, I waited 40 MINUTES and my car was returned with large boot prints on my driver side floor mat and a light vacuum. (See photos) There was still crumbs in the cup holder, no dash wipe down and no floor mats being run through a wet wash. This was such a waste of 40 minutes and not worth the money either. I came home and spent 20 additional minutes cleaning and vacuuming in the car. On a positive note, while I was waiting the owner gave a young boy a quarter so that he could get a gumball from the machine. Nice gesture. read more

Highly recommend Hosie and his crew. He told me to bring in a touch up pen from car dealer and they even touched up the door edges and spots that paint had chipped. Can't even see where they filled in! I am allergic to fragrances and, as Hosie assured me, there was not fragrance in the car. Only place I'll go for detailing. read more

Gave me the wrong wash the first time, I made them aware, got the speed version of the wash I paid for. Interior and exterior still visibly dirty. Even with the owner being super responsive, it was not corrected. Got a better wash at a gas station. Gave you two tries, there will not be a third. Stinks when you try to support a local businesss and they blatantly let you down. read more

This place is so understaffed that unless you're looking for a simple exterior wash, it's useless. A few weeks ago, it took over a 1/2 hour for a basic exterior/vacuum. I went yesterday afternoon for the $45 Elite (exterior plus thorough interior) and they said they could not assure me it would be finished within 3 hours, but I should come back first thing today. Always pleasant at My Carwash. I've had the same gripe about these washes for decades about the vacuum hoses! They don't get in every little place. Like next to seats, in door pockets. They should make them slimmer and add bristles. Because all the hoses are worth right now is sucking up big items and falling off. I notice though when it rains the rain just rolls off my windows. And if I get out with a towel after, you can rub in the little spots of dry wax all over your windows and side mirrors. I expect after paying $20 for their best wash that the bugs come off my front end but nope never happens. read more

I have been coming in for six years and it consistently gives me the best car wash that I've had at any place I've been to. Much more personal service from the owner who has been here for years. Reasonable prices given what they do for the different wash levels. Lately I've signed up for monthly rate which is a great deal if you wash your car often like I do. I wish I could give this place zero stars, because it was the worst carwash experience I have ever had. The car wash was ok, the management is horrible! I take impeccable care of my vehicles, so I like to keep them clean and in good shape. I took my car here for a quick outside wash and the brushes bent a trim piece on the side of my car. I was a bit annoyed by this and told the owner, he came outside to see the damage and told me that I must have brought the car in like that. This was not the case. He claimed that the carwash could not have done that. Told him that it just did and asked him what he was going to do about and he told me...NOTHING!!! I said his car wash just damaged my car and he did not care in the least. I will never go to this car wash again! If you like your car, go somewhere else! They own the repair shop next door as well, so I would be cautious about going there too. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place! read more

Great place to get your car cleaned or details. The staff is very nice and helpful and prices are reasonable. I had an elderly parent get sick in my car. I was embarrassed and felt bad to bring it in under it's condition, but they couldn't have been nicer. Extremely understanding and did a fabulous job cleaning everything up. read more

I had the worst experience! I paid the $37 for the elite carwash and detail, they told me it would take 45-60mins and 90mins later it was finally done. They scratched my car and when I told the manager he told me there was no way they could have scratched it and didn't even apologize! I will never go back! Car comes out clean which is nice but also with scratches which is not nice. I have scratches that have a circular pattern on the truck which appear to have occurred when drying the vehicle. I also have a few annoying scratches on the windshield which I now have the pleasure of looking at everyday. Even with the free second wash I wouldn't go back. The place seems a bit dated and old as well. I will stick to getting my car cleaned in Chicago. read more

I was actually quite disappointed from the get-go. I go there and the person who was vacuuming was very rude. It was my first time, and I clearly stated it to him that it was. I asked which was better etc... basically which I should get to get certain things cleaned and the time it would take since I was on my lunch break. But then he gave me the ticket to pay with a huge attitude, as if he didn't even want to be there. Then I went through the ugly, dirty hallway, and paid the older gentleman up front who was super nice and even provided my daughter with a quarter to get a gumball. By the way, I did get the $27 car wash full whatever it was. Since it was my lunch break, and I was with my daughter I asked what was walking distance to grab something real quick to eat. He recommended Roberto's which was good! But anyways back to the wash, so no one notified me the car was done, so I walked out and asked and they just YA! so I went into the vehicle, the exterior was nice and clean, the dash and where the cup holder is located, the top of that was not clean at all. I thought that the wash included wipe down of the seats. For $27 I thought they would of done a better job because I could of done it myself for less or gone somewhere else for better at $20 plus more, I didn't even get an air freshener. The only thing I liked was the older gentleman who was super nice. But that's all, I was quite disappointed. read more
