They were running a special for the interior, exterior & waxing for$199. I also had the engine cleaned for an additional $50. I have never had any of my cars detailed. I have priced out a complete auto detail before but this SPECIAL PRICE was too good to pass up. Jair & his partner/assistant showed up at my house around 10:30am & worked cleaning my car until around 2:30pm to detail my car. That's right they came to my house so I could work from home while they were cleaning my car When they finished I couldn't be happier as my car & engine looked like it was brand spanking new. The car detail inside & out was (SPECIAL PRICE) for $199, $50 for the cleaning the engine & $50 tip for a job well done. When it was all said and done the cost was $300. The vehicle wasn't that dirty it only had 23k on it but I like the paint to it's best. Needless to say but they had a petty good base to start with. I dropped it off the night before and was called the next morning around 9:30 to say my vehicle was done. I'm like did you start on it yesterday seems awful fast to do all that. He replies back yeah we start at 5am. So I pick the vehicle up after work it looks good so I pay the $230 and pull the vehicle out into the sun to have another look. They missed some surface scratches so I pull it back in and they take care of them. I find it hard to believe the scratches didn't come out if they did all three sets of polishing as listed in description but also could be due to the inadequate lighting in the place. So I get home and upon further inspection I notice they didn't even clean rocker panels and most definitely didn't polish them. They are a painted panel which I would think would be included in a full detail. Then I notice they didn't polish the roof the paint is rough and some of the adhesive is still on paint from the wrap the previous owner had on it. They didn't even clean the tires they left all the grime on there and just covered it with more tire shine. They also left wax everywhere see before and after photo of weather stripping. If I can clean it why can't they? I then contact the owner and he dismisses all of it. I ask for a partial refund and he says no they cleaned it to best of their ability. Do yourself a favor and find another shop they didn't do everything I paid for and took advantage of me.

When i originally talked to the crew they told me they'd use a 4-5 year ceramic coating, and that they'd use the proper amount of steps on the paint correction to get rid of scratches. They told me they'd had worse than my car, which only had spider scratches. I had the hood painted, and dents pulled by Perillo's auto body shop, and the car sat in my garage alone before it went in. I would have paid more i i felt like these guys were terrible, but the limited reviews were good. There were no dents at all on my car and Perillo has pictures of the completed job. I asked the gentleman who i dropped it off with to have the guy working on my car to call me before they started work. They never called. I picked it up on a cloudy day, and was really excited as I've wanted this done for a while. It looked shiny, but i couldn't see the paint well for scratches. They also told me upon pick up they used a 2-3 year coating. I saw the dents a day later, and I have a camera in the car that records non stop through the cloud. No one came close to my car. I saw three dents in a cluster on the drivers side door. No car door can do this where they were positioned. I can see the moment where they are hovering over the damaged part of the vehicle on my camera. Went to location to talk to owner about it and he denied it, said he does quality control. Obviously not as it has dents that weren't there, and scratches weren't removed through paint correction. The only good thing they did was wrap the hood. I asked him to get his guy to PDR the car, they said they don't have a guy in house. Owner said he'd pull the video to confirm that his guys weren't responsible, a week later no contact. They do high end cars, it's a shame they don't treat everyone's car the same as they do their contract with Chicago Motor Cars. Next time I'll pay more, and go with a crew with more reviews. My loss your gain with a review.

When my daughter asked me about her car, I took it to this place. Remember to keep the windows closed once the job is finished and avoid washing the car for 3-5 days. (We actually waited 7 days.) Great work! The only reason I waited this long to leave a review was that I wanted the car to be washed several times. After a few storms and multiple hand and car washes, the final result is outstanding. No bubbles or streaks, fading or peeling o Most people think it came with the tint directly from the factory. The car doesn't get too hot anymore; I opted for 35%/50% tint, which helps the A/C do its job more efficiently. It's worth what you pay. Highly recommend this company.
