Since the guy who hit my car was driving an "uninsured" rental, I decided to go through my insurance and get it fixed immediately. I wanted to get a few local estimates. Paint Solutions was my first choice. Jeff gave me a prompt, reasonably priced estimate, without an appointment . He also gave me a hard copy of the estimate.....Jeff assured me that I would only need to be painted and buffed.......No parts replacement needed.....Great......The other shops I was considering either wanted an appointment to get an estimate or they were overcharging and therefore didn't want to give you a hard copy of the estimate to shop........I won't name the shops.......So it was an easy choice......Paint Solutions it is and I'm so glad I decided to go with them.... I dropped my car off with the printed estimate from my insurance company and I asked how long it would take.......Thursday, so approximately 4 days.... The drop off process was seemless and although Jeff wasn't there, his counterpart was expecting me. Thursday has arrived and Jeff gives me a call stating the car is ready and he add that I would love the work......I pick the car up on Friday and before I could say anything, my wife said....Oh wow, it looks brand new. After filling out their form, the guy brusquely informed my that they do not do that kind of work and "sent it out" to a paintless dent repair place. How long does that take, I asked? "Two weeks" was the answer. So they can act as a middleman and collect a commission, massively inconveniencing customers. The guy did not suggest a shop who would do the work directly.

This business owner operated his detailing business out of my residential property without my…read morepermission and continued doing so despite repeated requests to remove his business from my garage. I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.
