Before even making the appointment, I appreciated how they laid out the whole detailing process which ended up being FAR superior to other options offering similar services. When I dropped off the car, I explained all my concerns and was on my way. When I came back, I was very pleasantly surprised. The car didn't have a single scratch, all spots taken care of, and the interior was also cleaned which I expressed was not a priority when I dropped off but they went the extra mile and probably cleaned it better than it has ever been cleaned. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back! Really appreciate the good, hard work.

Detailing Done Right - Best detail in the Chicago area right now…read moreDropped my 2020 BMW M340i off last Saturday at Zenki's and honestly - it's the cleanest it's been since it left the dealership. What stood out: The paint correction was legit two-stage (they actually showed me before/after pictures under different lighting - huge difference on the gray paint) Ceramic coating looks glassy and the water behavior is insane (beading like crazy after yesterday's rain) Interior was deep-cleaned - even the leather perforations and all the little chrome trim pieces were spotless Engine bay looked brand new without that "overly shiny fake" look some places do They fixed two small rock chips for free because they were "in the zone they were polishing anyway" - class move Communication was excellent - they sent progress pictures + video walkaround before & after, texted ETA updates, and the owner Christian actually called me personally the day before to confirm my expectations for the level of correction. Price was fair for the amount of work (full exterior correction + 5-year ceramic + full interior deep clean + glass + trim). 100% coming back every 5-6 months for maintenance and will be doing my Girlfriends SUV here next month. If you're serious about car care and tired of $150 "wash & wax" places - go see these guys. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Niko is a true professional when it comes to car detailing…read more I initially found a Groupon for his services. After messaging him on Facebook, we quickly got my appointment scheduled and I purchased a ceramic coating and engine cleaning as additionals. His pricing is very fair, and I was more than happy to tip him and his crew a couple of extra bucks. They labored away for 4 hours in a 3-man team. Typically, my past detailing experiences have been subpar - the insides are usually drenched in unpleasant chemicals and some areas aren't properly wiped off. Let me just say that Niko went above and beyond and his attention to detail is second to none. He even went the length to take off my license plates and clean the dirt and grime behind that area. None of the insides were improperly wiped down, and the interior was clean, but not overpowering with the smell of chemicals. I won't hesitate to procure his services again.

This business owner operated his detailing business out of my residential property without my…read morepermission and continued doing so despite repeated requests to remove his business from my garage. I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.

The owner ended up scratching the car causing the body paint to come off. I was unsatisfied with the work done and asked the owner to repaint the car, which he ended up doing a very poor job on. He tried to blame me for already having the scratches there when I had bought the car new only a month ago. He also raised his voice at me and tried to accuse me of swindling him when I tried to explain my side in a calm and cooperative manner. He has students that are working under him right now so I understand there might be some mishaps along the way but that should be an excuse. I would be fine if they owned up to their mistakes but they instead projected their mistakes and anger back onto me. I still paid the amount they asked for but I want this to be a warning for all future customers.
