ROS used ceramic over the lesser grade that Alsip used. I don't want to bash the company in Alsip because I have no complaints, but ROS is where I'll go going forward. Excellent work and fair pricing. Get quoted from other places if you're going to spend the money, but give ROS a shot at the quote. I thought they were well worth it.

There was a small issue when Infiniti of Naperville took my car to ZTech of Naperville for window tints--they didn't provide the correct tint shade for my request (ZTech of Naperville was not at fault). Thankfully, the fantastic team at ZTech of Countryside stepped in, fixed the issue, and even hooked me up with a discount to make it right. Their level of customer service is second to none! If you like your car, want it to look good as good as it can then this place is not the tint shop for you. They slab it on and say thank you ma'am....but dont care if you like it or not. I had to pay for it before even looking at it....why? Because they know they did a poor job. The tints are cheaper material and shoddy technicians that cut and slap that cheap arse tints on hate their job. You are basically throwing 165$ for them to scam you because once they are on they wont take them off! * in response to the manager, the paper says up to three weeks and you never offer up any other tint products to install, not to me or any of the 3 other ppl that stop by. Be honest. oh wait.... your business doesnt know how. Look 3 weeks later still bubbles! They say there is a warranty but won't replace or redo shoddy install. It's not really the product that sucks it's the crappy slab job they call tinting with air bubbles, and poorly cut shape. There is about a 2 mm space between the tips of tint and the outline of my window. It is very noticeable when rolled down. Not to mention all the air bubbles and imperfections that will not go away...dispute their "little piece of paper" Just cough up the extra 100$ if you want to do it right.
