I worked with Edgar to set up an appointment to replace my windshield. They came out to our home and replaced the windshield on the spot. All the settings for the windshield speedometer remained the same which is great. They were very polite and did a great job. So, overall, I'm satisfied with the end result. Edgar was quick in responding and getting someone scheduled but the actual detail communication (ie specific time someone was coming was tricky for him to pin down. I told home I was home from 12 pm and never heard from him until after 3 and the third message I sent him stating it was unprofessional not to respond to my messages. Then, he was a bit vague about timing and still didn't get back to me when he said he would. I kept messaging him and finally he said a tech would be at my place in 45 minutes. Once the tech showed up, everything went great. The tech was very personable and installed my new windshield quickly. I just wish the initial communication would have been better. But, I can't beat a new windshield installed at my home for $275. I would recommend, with the caveat that you might need to be flexible about scheduling. read more

Disaster! Absolutely disaster. I contacted Mr. Glass for my right side mirror replacement. I thought after having 5-star review, I would get at least 4-star service but it was not even 1 star. The guy came to my house to replace the mirror instead he left the work unfinished and more messy. He could not install a new side mirror and did not even put back the original broken mirror. He kept on saying I am in hurry, I am in hurry. If you are so much in hurry then you should have not come! He did not even feel guilty about it. He just returned my money that I gave him to purchase a new side mirror. I have never encountered such a horrible service in my entire life. On top of that, when I texted him to solve this issue he kept on saying that, now he has watched the videos online and in videos they are suggesting to replace the whole side mirror assembly! What a nonsense! Why have you not watched those videos before then? By the way, for Honda HRV 2024 model you can replace only side mirrors and don't have to replace the whole assembly if mirror breaks. Because I inquired with a Honda dealer earlier and they had given me a quote to replace only side mirror. It was slightly expensive that's why I went with Mr. Glass.
