Thanks to the craziness of the Dan Ryan Expy, the windshield on my Honda Civic got a chip. That chip then turned into a small crack, which then spread into the width of the entire windshield, needing a replacement. I am pretty protective over my car and want to ensure I get the best service, so I did some research and came across Viper Auto Glass. I called them and they answered right away and were very quick to give a quote, which was very reasonable compared to a couple other quotes I received. They were able to slot me in for a next-day appointment, which was perfect, as I feared the glass cracking even further. It's also super convenient that they come to you - a mobile service! Viper Auto Glass texted me when they were on the way so I knew to be ready. They called right before arrival, which they arrived promptly, about 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. There were two guys who carefully got the windshield ready for installation. They unpackaged and cleaned the new windshield, then it was time to take my broken windshield off. They had all the tools to make it a seamless experience. They removed the trim pieces, then the windshield. Once the windshield was removed, then cleaned the surrounding area and applied the glue. They then placed the new windshield on, and reattached all my trim. They also gave me the option of adjusting my windshield wipers, if I wanted, but I opted against it, but that was definitely a nice bonus service. On top of this, while one guy installed my windshield, the other cleaned my floor mats, windows, and mirrors. It's really full service! Once the windshield was in place, they gave it a fresh wipe down and reattached all my items that I had mounted to the windshield, including my I-Pass, stereo microphone, dash cam, and rear view mirror.
