I had my car windows tinted and a pager alarm system installed cost me a total of $800 on a 1999 Honda CRV they recommend cash for a better discount so I paid with cash so when leaving the place I noticed the alarm Atena was hanging it was not mounted on the glass that's number one then number 2 heading home I armed the vehicle and I heard the horn beep so I left for work in the morning left my car at home took my company truck came home and I heard a beeping sound from the pager remote so I figured the alarm went off I walked to my car disarmed it went for a drive and discovered my car horn is not working they actually burned out because the alarm sensitivity was too high and the alarm kept on going off when I was not home I was working I don't understand why they wired the horns to the alarm system when the alarm system should of came with a siren speaker that girl at the shop said to me it does not come with the alarm I said what I told her that my horns blown out and I have replacement horns she told me to bring the car into her and she will replace the horns and install the siren speaker so I waited many hours finally got completed and then she tells me she got to charge me for the labor to install the horns when it's was their fault what do you think about that dummy me I paid the $50 charge beware and don't go there bunch of crooks and disonest people and don't know what the heck they're doing. I scheduled an appointment and they were very good with following up and making sure they had me all squared for my visit. They were busy but did a rather quick job. I was done in about 1.5 hours. When I returned to the car, I noticed they had not added the window gaskets very well. I asked the tech to fix the issue but he kept rambling that it was ok. I went in and asked for a supervisor who asked someone else to fix the problem. I also noticed they scratched by Dashboard but it was tiny so I did not say anything. Bought a vehicle with zero scratches on it. Drove down the highway after owning it for a week. Not a car on the road. Somehow the universe wanted to remind me that I'm not alone. BAM tiny rock hits my windshield and embedded itself in for a long ride. Called Safelite when I got to my destination. They quoted me $854.31 for the windshield and another $240 to adjust the lane keep assist camera. WHAT????? That's 1/30th of what I paid for the truck!!!! Called Aaron's auto glass. Was quoted $250 plus tax. Was also told that the lane keep assist usually doesn't have to be adjusted after a new windshield install. Made an appointment for 10 am Saturday. Showed up at 9:45. Was immediately direct d to pull into the garage, they had a new windshield for me waiting, just in case the tech couldn't repair the damage. The tech warned me that it on the larger side and very deep. He even pointed out that the rock was still stuck inside the glass. I needed up replacing the windshield and it came with a lifetime warranty!!! $275 after tax and the lane keep assist camera is still working perfectly. I highly recommend Aaron's to anyone needing new auto glass. Great local company. Better then my last safelite experience. read more

Once I was done with the funeral I headed there and not only was the price the most reasonable but it was done in a hour. After bringing in a car the day before because an employee told me that they were not busy and had no line, just to come find out that there is a 2 hour wait for two front windows to get tinted. I come back the next day at 8:30am because one of the workers told me to be here when they open... come to find out It says they open at 7:30am online but they didn't get there till 9:30am. Had to call roadside assistance for jump. Called Aaron's today and explained Issue to Nancy who was kind and understanding. She apologized and offered me $10 off the windshield repair I also planned to have them do. My partner took car to work today and long behold, it won't start again! Went here to get my alarm and remote start for my car and they said it would be fully armed I dropped car off at 9:30 am I called around 2:15pm asked if car was almost ready they said yes about 15 more mins so I headed there got dropped off when I got there they said they ran into and issue that the remote pager didn't work they needed another one that I would have to come back later on I had to fine a ride back home so I did I wanted till about 5pm called back asked if it was ready they said they where almost done I get there and car was done I paid 300 for this service I took the car home when my husband took a look they didn't install this alarm at all all they did was connect the alarm to the factory one only worked when the car doors opened alarm did not go off when I opened trunk nor the hood of the car I called the guy the next day and asked why they didn't run the wires to the hood or the trunk of the car they said because my car was an older model they couldn't which was a lie in the box itself the alarm system comes with pins to install on older cars they said it wasn't able to be done with that's a lie I took the car back and I was pissed by this point in time they seen I knew what I was talking bout and rather then fix the problem they took the alarm off and refunded me my money. I took my business elsewhere to mobile audio and alarm inc and they where able to install what I wanted with out no problems and put the pins in the trunk and hood to cover the full alarm system like it should have been from the beginning. Called to get an estimate for my windshield replaced, and was pleasantly surprised at the price... A few minutes later the repairman called me into the work area to explain a few issues which were not covered under the warranty.... I received a voucher for free tints from this location and I called in to make an appointment. I was told I didn't need one, to just come in. When I showed up I was told that I actually need an appointment and my car would now take 6 hrs to tint. They were able to get me out sooner, which I was appreciative of, but it looks like all the manager cared about was getting rid of me. I did a walk around on my car and was told I could not do that and had to go somewhere else to inspect the work that was done, mind you this was in freezing weather conditions. When I questioned why I couldn't look my car over the managers response was, "why does it matter? The service was free and there are cars waiting to get in." Only to find out when I left that there were no cars outside waiting. Understanding it was a "free" I was prepared to give the guys a tip for their effort but with this guys' attitude I decided to keep it instead. I specifically asked for 20% tints but come find out it's not what I got installed. I found out after I was stopped by police last week to get my tints checked and was let go because they tested out at 35%. I mean, if you don't like performing "free" services, then why give out vouchers for it or give the customer options of how they'd like the work done??? Don't get me wrong, they do good work at good pricing but little did they know I work in the same industry and they were our go-to vendor for windows. With treatment like this, they can forget about us sending them jobs or using them as a referral. read more

In June of 2017 I took my car here to get all except the front window tinted. The price was $165.00 and they make you pay before they do the work which is odd. The customer is not allowed to watch the work as its being done on your vehicle. The job took about 2 hours. So I'm informed my car is done, and I'm allowed to go on the driveway inside the work area. I find my engine running with the driver door open. I told the girl I want to inspect the job before I leave. I found a cut in the tint on the passenger back window so they pulled the tint off the window to redo it. Upon further inspection I found the tint covering the rear windshield also had a cut in it. The guy that works in the office said I had too many complaints, and they are going to refund my money. At which time a man started pulling off all the rest of the tints on my windows in an upset emotional fashion. What a huge waste of my time! They got mad at me for pointing out mistakes in their unprofessional work. I ended up taking the car to another place paying $189.00 and had no cuts in any of the tints. To sum it up Aarons window tinting price is cheap, but so is the workmanship. I would of rated this business a half of star if it was possible. read more
