Accidentally dinged/scratched my friend's car while they were away for a few days. I wanted to get it fixed before their return, and luckily Justin was extremely helpful in getting everything looking as good as new within a few days. In fact, the car looked better than it did before. Good communication, honest approach, high quality work. Give them a try. read more

I happened to drive past this shop one day and thought to get an estimate for some cosmetic tweaks to help keep a 2008 Lexus in presentable condition. Tango, the proprietor, explained what work might have been done better, and gave me some VERY detailed estimates which I brought home to discuss with my spouse. Oddly enough, our car was seemingly totaled just five days later, and I insisted they bring it to BC BodyCraft. Tango and his team restored this 2008 Lexus to like-new condition. While I was hoping Santa and/or Allstate would bring me a new Benz, our car was restored to perfection -- down to the clear / not-foggy headlamps,, a personal bugaboo. Tango and his team get FIVE-HUNDRED stars . Allstate has commended working with them; and we got a near-as-new car (but not a Benz; THANKS Santa), HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Bit embarrassed to admit this but I've been a regular client of BC Body Craft for 15+ years (accident prone?)! Service has been consistently excellent - clear communication, timely appointments, fair estimates that matched or exceeded final cost. Some visits involved insurance claims and others I paid out-of-pocket; all were handled with courtesy and professionalism. Their quality of work is outstanding. For a recent visit the staff managed to secure and prepare the part in advance so my vehicle was in the shop for just a couple of hours. I highly recommend BC Body Craft for any body work - large or small. read more

Thank you to Tango and the crew at Body Craft for a professional, on-time repair of an unusual rust issue.

Disable veteran - dismissed Discussion about small body work, took time off work, ask the owner/manager, same question. Full agreement on price and work. In fact, went over, explicitly my request for the work to be done two times. For the agreed price the owner said "yes". Wife, dedicated grade school teacher, picks up the car - notices something doesn't look right. Job was not done to the agreed. Went back, owner dismissed me. As a disabled veteran, I like to work with people of integrity. This is NOT a place to choose, unless at your own risk I've been working on cars, and have a classic car, for over 20 years. We were lied to. Fact. Response to this is entirely incorrect: Ron V, you are not the person who I talked to 3 times. Again I asked explicitly for the small rust marks to be routed out and then touched up. This specific requirement for payment was discussed two times, different occasions. Fact. I have done such things with my own car for years. Also fact, I never asked for perfect. You must be confused with someone else. I would never pay $300 for detailing, first of all, and I explicitly stated touchup only not full panels. As a disable veteran, I know what I said. Again, maybe you need to reread my statement, I've been a classic car owner for over 20 years working on my own car. I know it reasonable is. You got your payment, I did not get the work, it was misrepresented. read more

Seriously in tears!! Over a month ago my husband picked up (uber) one of the owners (or managers) friends from BC Body Craft, and he told my hubs that they do really good work. A week later we were t-boned and I called in to check if they'd work out a payment plan with our deductible. They told me to bring it in and they'd definitely work something out with us. Picked up our truck today and it's like brand new! they went above and BEYOND!!! Worked on small dents around the truck that I've been meaning to get to. They did a phenomenal job on the impacted part and they have awesome customer service. And they also offer towing services and sell cars. Stop by and chat with Ronnie (manager) and Miguel. Great guys with quality work!!! #mentionrayabruzzi And they thoroughly cleaned my truck inside and out... read more

I highly recommend this body shop! Tango is a very honest and professional guy! This is the only body shop that will be fixing my cars.

My car got fixed. I left In good spirits. As I drove my car around for a week, I realized that my windows wouldn't go down anymore, and my car wouldn't lock on the outside door. They told me they would fix it for me (since my car was working fine prior to bring it in... it's their job to fix). I took my car in twice, both times I was there for an hour. They managed to fix 1 of the 3 things that wasn't working. They told me I had to drop it off so they could have my car all day... fine. I drop it off early morning yesterday. Ive been calling them non stop today to get an update on my car since I didn't get a rental (because I used my rental when my car was getting fixed for two weeks) So now we are at the end of day 2 with no word on my car... AND no one to keep me in the loop since I've called numerous times and no one picks up their phone. read more

Was hit by a texting driver. Brought my car to bump city, they replaced my rim tire and running board. Redid some damaged wiring to my tail lights. Everything is working great and they did an amazing job. Awesome workers who are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain the work that had to be done. Would recommend Bump City to anyone who needs body work to their vehicle!!! read more

Being prompt and timely does not seem to be of value. I'm sitting here starring at a sign that says "thanks for letting us serve you...our aim is to please and satisfy you." Meanwhile, I am now being told that I need to wait another hour beyond my scheduled pick-up time to retrieve my car? Mind you, this is after they were already 30 minutes late opening the day I saw scheduled to drop off my car. read more

Yeah I joined Yelp just to write this review. Because usually I'm not a review-writing kind of guy. But sometimes a business performs so exceptionally well you feel obligated to let people know. BC Bodycraft is one of those businesses. The short story: dude blows a red light and smacks into my car hard. Not just any car, but my beloved 2004 Acura RSX Type-S. A car I've kept in pristine condition, with only 45k miles on it. Insurance adjuster says it's "totalled". I talked to a couple body shops before swinging by BC Bodycraft and talking to Ronnie. This guy brings it, the energy and the knowledge. This is no trivial undertaking, pages of parts and sourcing work goes into a complicated restoration like this. Balancing cost/benefit between new, aftermarket, or used parts to find the best value & bang for the buck. I felt like Ronnie was my advocate, putting safety first while being practical and efficient. When I got the call it was ready, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the result was excellent. You'd have to go full-on CSI to really see any difference between how the car was before the accident, and how it looks now. My family and friends were stunned. So a big shout-out to BC Bodycraft for being pros and restoring my world. Thanks! read more

I just picked up my car and it looks beautiful. A huge tree fell on my car and dented the whole back and side of my car. I spoke with Ronnie and he made the whole process easy and smooth. He even had enterprise there waiting for me when I dropped my car off. I am very happy and extremely satisfied with the work and service. Thank you Ronnie! read more

BC Body Craft is the ONLY place I've taken my Infiniti FX35 for body work. They are skilled and courteous professionals, who work in an expeditious manner. Ronnie, Jr., Ben and the rest of the crew always make my car look spectacular at pick-up time. Highly recommended body shop! read more

Tango and body craft did an exceptional job on my Subaru. It was badly damaged when I brought it in and looked like a new car when I picked it up. I can't say enough good things about this body shop. I will recommend them to everyone I know. read more

You hear alot about suspect shops and folks are always warning about extra services, etc. I took my Nissan Murano to BC Body Craft, and the experience was excellent. Both Ron and Ben were pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful -- they explained the ABC's of cost and what it would take to return my car to beautiful. They even provided guidance where insurance was concerned. Admittedly, I was a bit lost. Because of them, I got my car back (tip top) and I saved a ton of $$. From here on out, my go-to for all things autobody! I highly recommend BC Body Craft . read more

Very glad I chose BC Body Craft to work on my truck after rear-ending someone. Miguel was very friendly and helpful in securing an estimate and understanding it along with the process of working through insurance. They finished my truck pretty quickly given the damage and she looked amazing when I picked her up. Thanks Miguel and BC Body Craft for making this such an easy and pleasant process. I'll make sure to take my truck back for any body work. read more

BC Auto was recommended to me by a friend, so I figured I'd give them a try. My first attempt at service was in April, I had an accident in my work vehicle, so I contacted BC Auto to arrange a tow and estimate. I scheduled the tow, however no one ever showed up and when I called back to ask about the delay there was no record of me calling. Needless to say, I was angry (I moved on and arranged service with another shop). Maybe this was an anomaly, so I decided to give them another try. I called on Oct 23rd and scheduled an appt for Oct 28th with Ronnie.... I'm on my way and call to verify the address. The gentleman who answered the phone tells me Ronnie ain't there!!!! Needless to say, I am PISSED. He tells me that I can make another appointment or take my business elsewhere!!!! No problem.... I will take your recommendation and move on. From the reviews I've read, it appears the actual body work at BC Auto is good, but the customer service is awful. **NOTE TO THE OWNER at BC Auto: the customer service issues should be addressed. I don't need to honk my own horn but believe me, my satisfaction would be a huge win for your company. ** read more

I had a rather tricky fender bender, but bc bodycraft fixed my Jeep quickly and well. They were ahead of schedule in fact. The car looks like new. Because they are State Farm preferred providers, and my insurance is through State Farmm, the paperwork was very easy. Hopefully I wont need to use these guys again, but if I do need body work I will definitely go back here. read more

Ronnie and his whole staff is great and they do a wonderful job. My mom recommended me because she have used them plenty of times. After getting hit, I stopped in on a Saturday right before closing time to get an estimate, without an appointment. I was greeted by Miguel who immediately went to look at my car & review all that had to be done. I discussed some scratches I'd been meaning to get buffed & Miguel told me he'd have those fixed at no extra cost. He is such a nice person & a pleasure to deal with. I dropped my car back off the next day & met Ronnie & went over the details. Ronnie is very nice & had Armando give me a ride to pick up my rental. Both Miguel & Ronnie told me the schedule of what was to be done & when I could expect to pick up my car. Miguel phoned to let me know the day the car was ready & the time I could come. They were polishing, waxing & detailing the inside. My car looks brand new! The paint job on the passenger door was a perfect match & all the scratches were fixed. Miguel went over everything they did when I picked up my car today. I'm thrilled with how fantastic my car looks. Miguel & Ronnie are such a pleasure to deal with. They both offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend this body shop. When you get your car back, it looks like it did when you first purchased it. read more

Weird nonsense. Was involved in a fender bender where the offender's insurance was fronting the bill. I took my vehicle to this place and they were friendly enough, took pictures, and said they would send the info in right away. Two days later I called the insurance company with no word from the body shop; I called the body shop and they said there was an issue and they had to resend the estimate (mind you they had my info and could've called me if they actually caught this little oversight); two more days later still no info was sent to the insurance company. I ended up taking my car to Abra on Ogden in Berwyn, where they were incredibly professional and prompt. If you want to deal with bullshit take your car here. read more

My truck was shot up and I took it to B C. I was literally greeted at my car. I only told Ron the owner my name one time. He reassured me that he would take good care of me. Each time I called which was like 3, he remembered me and was very nice! He took very good care of my truck. When I went to pick it up, there was a lady at the desk who I hadn't met but she was very knowledgeable about me and my truck. When they brought out, I took from like it had just left the show room!!! IT LOOKED BEAUTIFUL!!! . All I can say is if you need auto body work and a smile go see Ron!!! read more

Great body shop, great work, great customer service. I have been here numerous times over the years to get multiple cars of mine worked on. Every time I get my car back, it looks pristine and it always comes back on time. Ron, the manager is a great guy who takes care of his customers and goes above and beyond what I've ever seen at a body shop. All of the other workers that I have had contact with have all been pleasant and professional. They've worked on everything from a minor fender bender to a replacing half of my car. Their prices are very reasonable and I refer BC Body Craft to all my family and friends who need body work done on their cars. They will even help you out getting a rental car if you need it. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I ever need body work done in the future I will be bringing my car back here. read more

I really like this place. After experiencing headaches at way too many other auto places, I finally found one that knows what they're doing. Ronnie? was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend. read more

BC Bodycraft personnel, especially the manager, are topnotch! I forgot my cell phone and left it on the chair in the office, and when I came back for it 15 minutes later it was gone. Fortunately, Ron informed me that they had closed circuit cameras and we were able to see who had picked it up and left with it. It was actually the next customer who came in! Ron took the time to call the police, and long story short my cell phone was recovered intact. The other personnel were also very sympathetic and helpful. This took a lot of time off from their busy schedule but they didn't mind. They really have the customer's interest at heart. I salute BC Bodycraft, I will be their customer for life! read more

I was delighted with the professional job Ron & Charlie and their crew did with my SUV. A long gouge on a new (to me) car is a sad, sad thing. I asked them to make it look like it "never happened", and that's exactly what they did. It took a little time, but I told them I was in no hurry, and when I got the car back, it was not only done perfectly, but they completely cleaned my interior and exterior! I really appreciate that attention to detail. Thanks, Guys! read more
