Artemio was a great help in explaining the ins and outs of the detailing process, and he and his team worked a miracle on my car performing a paint correction. They were able to remove and correct several paint errors from some recent body shop work, and the car looks next to show room condition now. A friend of mine saw the car after the detailing and asked if my (17-year-old) car was brand new!! Looks like I've found my one-stop shop for all my auto detailing needs. When I first messaged A Plus about a detail for my vehicle, it was a Sunday and Art answered me almost immediately. He provided me answers to my questions and I was able to set up an appointment. I brought my car in this morning and I was impressed with how Art showed me the different products he would use on my car after asking me to show him the issues. I came back hours later to find an amazing looking vehicle. All of my dog's hair was gone, the paint had an amazing glossy finish. He showed me a video of how he removed a scratch from the door. My goodness, where do I begin? I stumbled upon A Plus Auto Detail during a frantic search for a reputable detailer to fix another shop's HORRIBLE excuse for a paint correction. I initially went to Detail Doctor up north to fix holograms a body shop put all over my black Wrangler and this detailer returned my Jeep with even worse holograms! Art took time during the initial consult to walk around my Jeep with LED lighting and point out all the swirls/ scratches still in my paint that you can't see in the sun; it looked even worse than I thought. I sent the initial detailer video of this and immediately received a refund because he knew he didn't do a proper paint correction. When I brought my Jeep back to Art and his team, they took time to skillfully remove not only the holograms but literally MOST of the swirls/ scratches in my paint. If you know anything about black paint, that is not an easy task. And to top it off, he did this at an extremely reasonable price. I am so grateful; I literally smile every time I see my Jeep and get compliments about how shiny it looks. Art remedied an extremely stressful situation and taught me so much about paint correction and maintenance in the process. I brought in my 2017 Explorer for a detail. The paint was starting to get some scratches or swirls from all the cheap car washes I've been through. Art did an incredible job on the truck. The paint looks like it's brand new again. The inside of the truck is also spotless. Lucy was great to work with for scheduling and billing. Very personable and helpful. Somehow I left my spare keys at the shop. I got a call that evening, and Art went out of his way to drop my keys off for me. That type of service is very hard to find these days. I had my Tesla Model 3 for 4 weeks and it was rubbed against the garage entrance. Some of the white paint from the garage rubbed off on the car and nickel-sized area of the paint was chipped off. I reached out to Art on a Friday afternoon and was able to get me in Saturday morning. He buffed out the white paint marks and added some touch up paint to the chipped paint. Overall, it was an amazing job and I'm glad I don't have these white marks grabbing my attention every time I get in my car. You wouldn't know that there was ever any issue in that area. read more

My 2012 truck (white) had a lot of fine scratches from going through the carwash frequently. I hired A Plus to do a total detal, inside and out. To begin with, the engine bay was detailed to look like new. It looks fantastic now! Art, the owner, did the paint correction, using an LED light to make sure that he removed all of the swirl and light scratch marks. It's really hard to see on a white truck but he DID get all of the marks out and then applied some space age sealant called EXO. Now it's like my entire truck was dipped in RainX or something, the truck SHINES and when it rains or gets wet, the water rolls right off. The inside was detailed, very, very well. All of those impossible to get areas, the fine spaces between plastic on the dash, the seams of my seats, etc., all got cleaned perfectly. My only regret with having A Plus wash, fix, wax and detail my car is that I didn't have them do it sooner! HIGHLY, HIGHLY reccomended and will use again and again. Thanks A Plus! read more

This was one of the worst experience I had. I took my car there to get my car in for a paint correction. I was very excited to get it done but they fell short of getting the job done. I spoke to the technician and he said he couldn't clean up left over rubbing compound because he was afraid of burning the clearcoat. My hood sill had orange peel on some areas. I didn't make a close inspection until I got home and noticed that the technician buffed too hard on my passenger side underbody side spoiler and burned through the clearcoat. He never informed me of his misteak. I was very upset and it ruined my whole evening! I spoke to the owner Art the next day and all he had to say was sorry and never offered to fix the damages. Instead he said he knew where could I could get it painted for cheap. I didn't I had to for their misteak. Anyway I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there! Done moving on!!! read more

We just picked up our 2012 Hyundai Veracruz from A Plus Auto Detail. This SUV spends a lot of time hauling around our 4 grandkids so it had gotten pretty messy and dirty inside. Plus, the paint had lost some of it's shine after 6 years. All I can say is "WOW!" Art and his crew did an amazing job! The car looks at least as good as it did when it came off the showroom floor! Our first experience with Art was for detailing our BMW X3. My ten year old Acura had spent most of its life in the city and looked much worse for it. The typical wash shop detailing, even more expensive ones, did nothing to help its condition. After spending all too much on those over the years, I found A Plus on the internet. I explained my issues to the owner and showed him the chips, scratches and paint imperfections that I was hoping to do something about. He explained his process and was very straightforward about what he could fix and what would require body shop work. We agreed on a price and timeframe, and he came out to my residence to spend a day diligently working to restore my paint.
