Went here today for the first time, and I'm happy with the results! I got the platinum package which ran me about $30, so the price is not bad at all. Although there was a line (I'm assuming because I went midday on a Saturday), once I got in they worked pretty quickly. My car was filthy both inside and out, I haven't had my car washed in probably a year. I'm talking pet hair, mud, dirt, dust, crumbs, trash, all of it was gone. I really didn't think they could do such a good job so quickly. The cherry on top for me and why I give this place 5 stars is: my car battery died and they jumped my car for me I get a lot of anxiety when my car has problems, but they took care of it right away and I'm so thankful. read more

Came in around 5:30pm on Monday since my car was full of salt and I was out within 5 minutes. I just asked for the exterior car wash and was charged only 6.99 which is a deal for a hand car wash in this weather. The desk lady was very friendly and the car cleaners did a good job on the vehicle except that when they were pressure washing the wheels and wheel well they just gave it just a 1 second spray and moved on and another thing I would suggest for improvement would be pre rinsing the car to remove salt instead of jumping straight to using the mitt with soapy water to avoid scratches to the paint. Overall solid experience and convenient. Would recommend for a quick inexpensive maintenance wash but not for someone that wants their paint perfect. read more

Quality of service: 5 stars Customer service: 3 stars I purchased their "showroom" interior/exterior detail on Groupon; initially very excited. I was able to call and make an appt that week; the detail itself only took a couple of hours. The car looks great, inside and out. One of the knobs in the side of my driver seat (to adjust seat) was popped out of the seat - it easily popped back in and they explained it must have popped out when they removed the seats during the clean. This is where things got strange, my passenger mirror was not mine and a replacement that didn't even fit my car's mirror frame. I went inside and the front desk attendant said she would get the manager, came outside with no manager, she said it fell off during the drying process with the air hose - my car is 10 years old so no big deal, understandable. The issue I have is they were not going to tell me and allow me to drive off - poor business practice. If your standards for clean are low, this is the place for you. Residue from their cleaning products are left all over my driver side and passenger side. There's still dust where there shouldn't be if it were properly cleaned. They added some type of gloss, but it looks like they slapped a coat and called it a day. Giving it an uneven look and very poorly done. They're supposed to be open at 7:30AM, but they officially opened their doors at 7:40AM. The workers started to show up after 7:30AM! I have been going here for several years and never had a problem. Yesterday was different, they helped themselves to all my loose chane I had stored in a change well built into the car. They also didn't clean the back seat and back cargo area. I feel like a fool because I tipped them pretty good too. I brought my black Escalade in . On 8-29-2019 to get clean . They removed all my stuff out of my cup holder. Then put it back after they got done cleaning . When I went into my truck. Notice on my change was gone. They told me the guy didn't see it . That's bunch of BS! Because he had to see it to remove all the stuff out of my cupholder. . I might as well have gone to an auto wash since they scratched my car anyway. I bought my brand new 18 Dodge Challenger here to get my car washed about 14 days after purchase, so it was still showroom condition. Upon inspection there were very obvious swirl marks on the driver's side everything, especially the driver side mirror. As you can imagine I was livid that my brand new car got scratches at a CAR WASH! Decided from that point on that if you want something done right, you got to do it yourself. I know that a car wash review is not exactly exciting, but this one is really really amazing. I can honestly say that I couldn't find anything to complain about if I tried. Never had a cleaner car. They have some good deals too. Regular wash is $12.99 but I got the unlimited wash pass for $19.99. You can get the exterior cleaned as often as you want for a month, but for additional $6 they will clean the interior. You cannot use it on the weekends but I wouldn't want to anyways because they are extra busy. My car is black and since I moved I live in an area where road construction has been going on for months and my car get filthy often. Been going here for some time but they have been dropping the ball lately. The first strike was when they didn't put back the plastic covers on back passenger floor. For compensation, the manager gave me air fresheners which I threw away. The second strike just happened when I drove off but couldn't find the key. I knew the key was with me since I was able to turn on the car. It took me 10 minutes to finally realized they had placed the key OUTSIDE under the windshield wiper. Who does that??! Decent service- I had my Corolla detailed here and initially I thought they'd done an excellent job. However, after a closer look, I noticed a few things-like the handlebars above the seats weren't touched. I said something and the guy cleaned the one above the driver seat only. The radio screen & the radio buttons had probably been wiped but whatever gooey stuff my kid left on the screen & buttons was still there. They missed a few things while vacuuming underneath the drivers seat. Overall they did a decent job. I think they would've corrected everything had noticed these problems while I was still in the shop. However, by the time I noticed, I was nearly home and didn't think it was worth the travel time to take the car back. I'd go back because they were very friendly. Ever since buying my 2018 Chevy Camaro, I have gone to one other hand car wash that did a horrible job on my car. This is the second time going to one, months after purchasing my car. I was kind of nervous to see the final result but when I saw it, I was amazed. The guys there really do a great job detailing and washing your car. I purchased the "Super Wash 3" which was totally worth the price. No spots were missed on the exterior and they vacuumed the whole interior including the conditioning of the leather dashboard. I'm very sceptical about any place I go to for the first time, but Mr Kleen didn't disappointed me. After thorough research on Yelp and Google I've picked up this detailing spot based on 2 reasons: 1) it was recommended by my friend who had job done there 2) couldn't find better price, and I've checked a lot of places My appointment was at 8, car was in between 8.15-8.30. I had complete interior detailing. Guy was very thorough with his work, didn't rush and cleaned car well. It took a little more than 2 hours. But they advertise an early bird special and today as I was paying I was told my car (large suv) was not part of the promotion. I had been coming to this car was because of the quality and the promotion. When I asked when the promotion was taken away I was told "I literally just hang up the phone with the boss" I understand I am not to tell anyone how to run their business, but changes like these should be announced ahead of time, maybe something like "starting January 1st......"
