This place works efficiently and fast. For $20 the end product is complete and thorough. I've taken my car in for full detailing a couple times. Only down note is that your appointments are a month out for deep detailing due to their high demand. But the deliver ahead of schedule and keep u up to date. Ok I am now changing my review because after what happened they refunded me $3. All I wanted was for them to honor their online prices. So I am satisfied. So I changed this review to 4 stars. I am giving this place a two star because I attempted to come in for there early bird special and ended up having to pay $6 more than what I planned. I arrived at 9:30 (the special ends at 10) and made it in by 10:05 because of the line (this is not there fault), however I only took the chance of making it in after 10 am because their pricing online for this same wash was only $3 more. When I arrived inside I noticed that the wash was priced $3 high than online. Supposedly the prices changed this week but no one has changed them online yet. So I ended up paying $12.99 for a regular wash that is priced $9.99 online after planning to only have to spend $6.99. The cashier refused to honor the pricing online. For this I give this place a 2 start as the customer service is horrible. I had to pay the $12.99 because they had already started washing my car. I will not be coming back here. read more

This place does an awesome job cleaning/detailing the car!! If the line is not too long then it is def worth a visit to pamper your vehicle. The soap they use gave my SUV a nice glossy look for days until it rained again. Prices are reasonable and the staff who work there did a great job. Great job on detail and ceramic coat I took my new used car to Mr Kleen 4 months ago, because they offered a deal. This place is really busy. The guys that detailed the car did an amazing job. It looked like NEW. I was skeptical of the ceramic coat/wax. Well, 4 months and a thousand miles later, and water beads on the car like new. Don't go here they scratched my car twice the first time I talked to Sam the owner he was hesitant to wax out the scratches but then I told him I come there a lot with both of my cars an now today 3/17/18 I went again to get my car washed and noticed a scratch on my car that wasn't there before I got there it looked like one of the guys that work there used a key on the back of my car to put a deep scratch. So I talked to the owner Sam again and he told me never to return so I won't be returning there please if you value your car and don't like scratches don't go here. My fiancée bought me a Mr. Kleen Groupon last year just before the pandemic. It expired in June 2020. I finally felt safe in March 2021 to wander out of my house and they were nice enough to honor the amount paid to Groupon and with a small additional fee I got the full detailing inside and out. I got a Groupon for this place and called for an appointment. They scheduled me for one day and time..4 weeks out. I call the day before to verify and after putting me on hold she comes back and tells me that my appointment was a week ago? What?! Same girl I spoke to 4 weeks ago. We had an in depth conversation about their service, expectations, the appointment, the date and the time. I was told one thing and they scheduled me for another. I've taken the day off work, got no courtesy call from them and got absolutely no resolution. She could care less and basically said I would need to reschedule or move on. This place is bullshit. Piss poor customer service and I can only imagine that there detail service is along the same lines. Everything happens for a reason. I have to think I am being spared their sub par detail service. Simple Terrible Wash and Worse Customer Service. Keep in mind my car is a 2016 and White. After inspecting their work I asked about an oil stain and dirty windows from re-used towels which was quite evident and employees just shrug their shoulders Like Sorry we can't?! I have found leftover dust on my dashboard today and one other time before. I really wish they wouldn't just throw away anything that's not bald up paper. I just picked up my car after having the show room detail done to it. They did an absolutely beautiful job especially inside removing dog prints on seats and arm rests, the car looks brand new inside and out. It's rather far from where I live but I used a Groupon coupon and it was a very good bargain. I highly recommend this place. Beware of this company. They are unprofessional, have bad attitudes and are extremely negligent with your car. They pull up my car in the outside in the dark. I asked to see in the light as I spent over $150.00 to have it cleaned. I pull in the garage and notice the missing items and asked them to find them. They did even look for them. In addition, they throw away the wheel locks ( that were in a leather bag and original packaging and leather bags that came with the car's original equipment. All was empty except for the very important wheel locks and roadside emergency equipment that was in the trunk and should be at all times. The owner is on vacation and the Manager not only was not there... I asked to speak with him and still no response back. They also didn't bother to look for the wheel locks - I had to myself to no avail. This is quite dangerous to drive around without wheel locks if you have a flat tire. Very unacceptable service - don't bring your car here! Oh, by the way I have a key they threw away from another car... Note when business is negligent and don't bother to follow up on negligent issues that can cause a danger to the driver is a big red flag... Poor business ethics, Poor Service and extremely negligent. read more

I came in for a complete wash and also a clean up in my trunk because I had some throw up in there. I asked up front how much they would charge for the clean up and they said they won't touch my car because it has throw up. Mind you it wasn't a lot of throw up and it was in the trunk without carpet, only plastic so it's easier to clean. I even offered to pay extra so I could have it cleaned and the lady said the workers will "talk sh*t" and she doesn't want to deal with them. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I arrived at 7 PM tonight and they closed their doors and told me they were closed for the night, even though the sign on their door and their hours online list 8 PM as their closing time. Went to get a showroom detail last week and received excellent customer service. However, I would not take my car back to be detailed. The car was cleaned well, but it was not a showroom detail. There was dirt in the ashtray, smudges still on the upholstery on the roof and visors of my car, and the console was not vacuumed. Mae(the receptionist) corrected most of it, but I definitely did not receive a showroom detail. She was outstanding though which is why I gave them the 3 stars. read more

Please don't believe the website. It's first come first serve for car wash only. You have to make an appointment for detailing and the next available appointment is at the end of May. I asked if they could just shampoo one seat and was told that it would put them behind schedule. Even though I was there at 6:37. They did a great job on the exterior even if I had to pay extra after purchasing their best platinum wash for them to remove what looked like tar from the street. They removed most of it but said they'd charge more to remove it all over. The interior, however, left something to be desired. I spilled my coffee a little this morning and there were areas I could clearly see were sticky from where it landed. I have leather seats so it was clear which areas weren't cleaned or vacuumed. read more

Had an AMAZING experience here. I was trying to sell my car but for over a month I barely had anyone looking at it. I got a detail done at Mr. Kleen, posted new pictures and received an immense amount of traffic. I ended up selling it for almost ask price. The detailer took time going thru my car thoroughly. The areas between my seats and the center console (where I thought were impossible to get to based on my experiences at other car washes) were completely spotless. The damage from the salt on my rugs were cleaned to look almost brand new. The exterior was polished and shinny. I was beyyyond impressed of the before and after. It looked (and smelled haha) like a new car.. The staff was extremely attentive and had a great attitude!! I live downtown but the drive was well worth it. It was an absolute pleasure coming here. I would give it 6 stars if I could!! I will definitely be coming back!! read more

Buyer beware of Mr. Kleen 'complete interior and exterior detailing package' or buy your coupon directly from Groupon. I called Mr. Kleen before buying a Groupon coupon for interior and exterior detailing service, the owner, Hari, said not to buy the Groupon coupon because he would honor the Groupon price when I come for the appointment. I dropped my car off for about 6.5 hours, and the only thing that was done is the interior detailing and exterior wash only (no polish or wax was applied on the car at all). All the exterior scuffs, scratches, swirls were still there, the paint even looked fuller that at drop off, plus they fried my driver seat leather. All my windows were dirtier than when I dropped the car off. Upon arrival to pick up the car, Hari insisted that I paid before showing me my car, it was more about the money than providing satisfactory customer service. I showed my dissatisfaction right away, but I just couldn't believe that I was being scammed. Upon getting my bearing, I tried calling the owner, Hari, for several days before I could get a hold of him, he instisted that they detailed the exterior and that he had it on camera. I should have insisted on going to see the camera, but decided to count my losses and not waste any more time on the shenanigan (lesson learned). I don't need a camera to determine that the car was not clayed, polished or waxed as advertised and sold to me. Stay away from this business or buy your coupon directly from Groupon, that way, you have a better leverage because you can leave honest review on their Groupon page, which they covet (they're more inclined to provide the service as advertised/detailed on Groupon).
