Left my car splotchy with Armour All, guess they forgot to wipe it down. My backseat was not vacuumed at all. First and last time here.

We got the gold tier for $24. Nothing too extraordinary but will get the job done. Exterior cleaning: - for the most part they did a great job cleaning the exterior and didn't leave scratches. However they didn't completely get the smudges off the sunroof. - they also cleaned the wheels Interior: - wiped down the dashboard - power washed the car mats - vacuumed the seats - not super thorough but visibly cleaner! I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel I have to warn others. I took my car here for a wash expecting a clean vehicle, but somehow it came out worse than when it went in. After the wash, I noticed fresh oil splashes on both of my car doors -- yes, oil, after a car wash. Not only did the wash completely fail to remove dirt and grime, it added a mess I now have to deal with. I'm honestly baffled and frustrated that a place designed to clean cars could cause this kind of issue. Save your money and go somewhere else -- anywhere else. Great services and I inquired about a full detail. The gentleman checked the car and suggested a "ceramic coating!" Which was $10 extra. It definitely, was worth it. I don't know why I went back after the last incident. Where the worker didn't know how to drive manual... I brought my car herw before when the owner use to drive the car to the wash Bay. They worker didn't know how to get it in gear and force jammed the shift knob to the point of disconnecting the shift linkage. They will blame you for the car being broken already. This is about my third time going there. Today noticed he went up on the price. I paid for a Bling Bling wash which is 36$.They list all these things such as, Ceramic wax, dashboad and etc. I never go back to them again. my windows are dirty dust still on the dash board and trash is still on the side of my seat. Horrible service, I was waiting for 30mins and when I was about to pull in the garage a lady comes in screaming that she had been waiting before me although she was parked along the sidewalk with NO TURN SIGNAL OR HAZARD LIGHTS ON. She claimed that I needed to leave because she was there first. I explained to the employee that I pulled in because none of the cars I saw had turn signals or hazard lights on indicating they were pulling into the car wash. One of the cars that was parked (or in line ...can't tell because no lights were on) was even standing on the sidewalk smoking a cigarette and went back into his car, again not turning any lights on, car was completely off. How am I supposed to know that they're in line for a car wash when cars are completely off and parked on the sidewalk?? Anyway, the employee then screamed at me that i needed to leave and get back in line. He made me reverse and pull out stated that I would not be serviced. Very frustrating that I was refused service after waiting for 30mins when in reality, a better system needs to be established by this business. read more

Took my car to get the complete wash, meaning the inside & outside. I received my car within 4 minutes of just getting there. Seems like it just got rinsed with water from the outside. The inside the carpets got vacuumed but my dashboard was still dusty, my cup holders are still dirty & sticky, when you open the car door you see the footsteps still on it. My screen was still dusty. For $30 to get a compete car wash was super disappointing. I could've just done it myself instead if I knew it would come out looking like that. read more

I took my car for a wash, one of the guys found cash that I must have dropped in the car on the side of the seat. He came in the waiting area just to give it to me. I can in on Monday and there is a ladies special of $3. My crossover is considered an suv and the cost is $15. So technically it should be $12. I got charged $15. Did I do the math correctly? Bling bling got the job done. I wasn't sure of what to expect, but they make good use of their small space rolling two lines of vehicles through. Waiting area has a tv playing games and you can see the full process if you like. For the car wash options, the inside treatment was very good, got all the debris and such I had gathered over the last year out. The mats still had the more stuck on stains of course, but I understand that really requires some more in depth shampooing which I may opt for next time. I'm not sure if I'll ever fully "detail" my Honda, but if the base treatment is this good, I expect you'd get what you expect with the fuller detail options. read more

Had a great experience at Bling Bling Auto Spa. The workers were attentive and was greeted by a warm welcome upon entering the service and waiting area. The waiting area was very clean and had snacks, plenty of seats, and windows to watch my car being cleaned. Pricing is by far the best in the area. I always prefer hand washing over automatic bays as it is least prone to scratches and damages. Will continue to come here ! Thanks again Note: I've seen reviews here indicate they don't clean the interior. If you only ask for an exterior clean, they will not clean the interior. I wish I could give this zero stars. My car went in dirty and came out dirty. I paid for their Bling Bling Wash which was supposed to clean everything and nothing got cleaned. I even pointed it out to them, they acted like they were going to clean it, so when I went back to the car a second time it was exactly the same. At that point I was over it. I really don't know where to start with explaining how disappointed i am after this wash. I've been coming here for a few years now and have never really had a bad experience or much to complain about. Certain things are missed or don't meet the expectations of what they claim to provide per specific washes but nothing worth writing here for. Until today at least. I used my loyalty card for a free wash today as it was my 6th one and was told at the counter the wash is only eligible for the gold wash. The card states it's a free bling bling wash. The man asked me if i wanted to pay for the extra services for that wash and i said no because the card says it's a bling wash. He informed me it was misprinted and i told Him it wasn't my fault. I'm beginning to think he still went out there and told the team it was a gold wash because wtf is this!? Terrible job and that is definitely my last time going back and would advise you all who continue to pay for this service to do a double check before leaving. I came him for the first time today. I was greeted by 2 employees that had huge smiles on their faces. I immediately felt welcome. Their prices are reasonable and they took great care of my car. They didn't rush through the wash. Bonus: free shampooing if my mats! It is so clean and organized...definitely different from your average car wash. Was in dire need of an interior detail (someone tracked cat feces into my car.) This was the closest auto spa to me and no appointment was needed. Despite the bad reviews I decided to give them a shot. They did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. Professional and to the point - I drove in and they knew exactly what I needed. Told me my car would be ready in 2-3 hours. The cashier rang me up 2 hours later and told me to inspect my car and let him know if I wasn't satisfied. He even walked with me to my car to make sure I was satisfied with the results. (Don't be afraid to tell them spots they missed or what you're not satisfied with, the only way to help a business like this get better.) I saw a few yelp pictures and was expecting some missed spots. Surprisingly I couldn't find one dirty spot in the interior of my car. My interior looks brand new. They even gave me a car wash on the house that I didn't ask for nor did I pay for; great gesture. Pricing - I got the full interior car detail for $80. Shampoo'd seats, vacuum carpets, washed carpets, cleaned rear trunk, deep cleaned all the cracks and crevices. Reasonable and competitive pricing, all other places I've been to I was quoted $100-$150 for the same results. Overall, will be back and highly recommended. read more

I have a fuller's monthly pass, so I haven't had a hand car wash in awhile but the inside needed a vacuum and a wipe down. MY car came out looking the same. They didn't even wipe down the dash or anything else for that matter and the rims were still dirty and did not shine. I was planning on going for a detail, but I was so disappointed, NO WAY.... $22.00 plus $5 tip for nothing, Fullers cleans my car. rims and shines all my tires. next time I'll save my money and vacuum myself. After returning home for about 3 weeks my car was partially covered with hard and stubborn bird caca. The gentleman at the Bling Bling Spa did a great job getting my car to look like new. I did have to speak with the manager/owner about my problem because the 1st dude thought it was cement but my car was literally parked under a tree. Nonetheless, the manager/owner dude had the right the solution that didn't damage my car. They are 1st come and 1st serve so I got there a little after 8am and I was the second person in line. So, I had a BIGGG oops moment this past weekend and I wish I had taken before and after photos to show you how great Bling Bling is. I accidentally backed into a giant vase sitting on the street in Wicker Park, and got yellow paint all over my passenger side door. I was devastated. I took it here and they were able to wax and buff almost everything out! I had one deep scratch but the owner gave me another business recommendation to get the scratch and small dent out. Absolutely appreciate their speedy yet quality work (was in and out in probably 15 minutes tops), and the owner was so kind. First of all I went because my car was dusty on the inside so I wanted to get it clean overall they finish in less then 15 mins by the time I got home and look I notice they didn't even wipe the inside, it was still so dusty!!! I hate to leave a bad review but I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and after COVID , the service has not been the same . I came last week and they did an ok job but they tried to over charge me and say that my car was a midsize suv when I have a small car . I asked the supervisor and he apologized for the inconvenience and changed it to the right category. I came in today and i got the mini detail package . They tried to over charge me again for the car size and they said it didn't come with a wash only detailing of the inside . I asked the supervisor and he made sure to let me know the person told me the incorrect info . My problem is not all with the customer service, it's with the job it's self . I paid $50 to have extra detailing done and trash was left in my car and spots were missed while cleaning . Unfortunately I won't be returning . read more
