This place truly could not have chosen a better name for its company. After leaving, me and my car felt like I had just been to the spa. In order to explain to you the true feeling of bliss I experienced, I need to tell you a story. All of us make mistakes when we're younger. When I was a few months younger than I am now, I ate a lot of Taco Bell. I'm talking once, twice a week maybe during the pandemic. It didn't matter if it left me feeling sluggish or with the famed "hot hole," I simply couldn't get enough. Little did I know that all good things must come to an end. I ended up getting a stomach infection, and let me tell you, the hot hole I had experienced before was nothing like I had with this sickness. One night, I was in so much pain and ejecting fluids from so many orifices that I had to call an ambulance. I managed to crawl down the stairs of my apartment and lay face down on the street writhing in pain in a pile of my own (let your imagination run wild here). I took that mess with me into the back of an ambulance. This place could clean even that mess up. Wherever your imagination is at, I can assure you that reality was worse, and I am confident this place could clean up the mess from one of the lowest/messiest points of my life. I wouldn't be surprised if the hospital took the ambulance here actually. Anyway, this review ended up being a bit more vulnerable than I intended! Moral of the story, get your car cleaned here, especially if you want to feel clean and tidy afterwards. read more

I frequent this car wash, I would say about at least once a week, sometimes they do some mediocre work, sometimes they do good work. I still always tip pretty generously. Today I took my car in to get the Bling Bling package wash. I was left very unsatisfied with the work, as I was watching my car get washed I noticed that one of the guys just passed a rag on the rims, and as I looked closer they weren't even washed. In addition to this, the mats in my car were put back soaken wet and the part above my rear license plate, under my camera, wasn't even washed. I only noticed this because immediately after leaving I checked my car. I have included pictures to reference. When I called, one of the owners told me "what do you want me to do about it?" After I had explained what my car looked like he said all he could do was offer a "discount" .. Super embarrassing because I had recommended them to all my friends, and now when asked have to show them pictures of the bad work so they know not to go. read more

My 2019 Avalon was here yesterday evening. The wash took every bit of 7 minutes. You got to be kidding me. The service was HORRIBLE and the car was still DIRTY. There is no way you are charging 20$ a wash for less than subpar service. Then the one in charge had the nerve to say he will refuse service in the future. Really??? You have NOTHING to worry about. I will NEVER have my car washed there ever again!!!! The car wasn't even vacuumed completely and no that's not a detail!! I read the previous reviews and decided to still try them. I got a wash plus interior condition and floor mat shampoo. For $45 it was basically an interior detailing. They did a great job, took about 35 minutes and got me in without an appointment. This place is the best!! I've tried a few places in the city and they have been the best at everything! They even have a great menu of options for cleaning your car!! This place is AMAZING! I have NO idea where these negative reviews come from. Because I have had nothing but excellent service at this place. I live in the neighborhood and tried it out after my husband told me how fantastic this place was. Boy, he wasn't kidding! I've been here 4 times now for the bling bling. It's almost like having a mini detailing for your car. There's always multiple people working on the car (inside and out) and the results are awesome. Can't say enough good things about them. Also, everyone has always been super friendly at this place! Haven't tried the shampooing or detailing services yet, but that's definitely on my list for the future. read more

I have been coming here since they opened. Never had a problem until my last visit. After leaving and heading to the health club I noticed that my muscle milk brand power drink was missing. It was a new unopen container. My bottle water was also missing. I did not wait and headed back to the car wash. I asked for the manager. I told him that my muscle milk had been taken. We looked through the garbage cans and did not find my drink. He assured me that their guys would not take something like that. He said it was my fault that I should not leave things unattended. I should have taken it with me. He said because of covid his guys would not take a drink. I insisted that it was an unopen container and it was now gone. He asked me what I wanted. I told him the cost of the muscle milk and a future free car wash. He got indignant. Told me that he would not do that. At that point one of the workers came in with the muscle milk conatiner that was empty with the cap off. The manager gave me the cost of the muscle milk and told me to leave and not come back again. Not sure where to start. I use to frequent Bling Bling, they were great in the beginning, but their work quickly became hit or miss. Usually miss. The owner pulls the typical tell me so I know and I can fix it but, how many times can I tell you your workers are doing a subpar job before you actually manage them and they put out good quality? I really wish I would have listened to my gut, but they are within walking distance. I took my car in last Sunday for a full detail. I called ahead to ask if they would have time and they said yes bring it in. When I dropped my car off there was no one there. They owner looked it over, I pointed out some scuff marks on my door from my foot kicking it open and a salt splash and asked if they could get that out and he said yes no problem. He asked if I wanted the engine washed and I asked what that was for and how much would it be? He smiled, never answered my question, and said okay come with me. I was confused but whatever; he gave me a quote of 215, and said it would take about 5-6 hours. I have a 2019 which I take for regular washes, there really wasn't too much work to do, I thought 215 was reasonable. Before I departed, I remembered I had a 20% off coupon and inquired if I found it would they take it. The owner said yes no problem. I felt really good at this point and went on my way. After three hours, they called and said my car was ready. Bird poop still on my mirror- owner said it was in the paint, my husband scratched it off with his nail The door scuff marks I inquired about were still on the door The glass heads up display was wiped down with the same cloth as the leather seats and dash was treated with. Fingerprints all over my trim Windows smudgy Crumbs in the council The owner said, that they got busy that is why all these things occurred, he also said that for 178.00 (the coupon) we got a deal. First of all, if you quoted me 5-6 hours but were finished in 3 because you got busy, you did a rush job. Why not do the job I paid you for, since you had three extra hours to finish it? Second, did you just admit that because I got a deal you did a crappy job? But wait there's more: I get home and my floor mats were soaking wet piled in my trunk. My WeatherTech Mats are nice and shiny and slick- I imagine they put tire shine on them which is super safe while I am driving. I am going to say they are ruined at this point. My inside door frames are not clean. I gassed up my car today and they sealed the gas cap with wax. I had to find something to pry it open at the gas station. AND the inside around the guess cap was not wiped down. Please save your money and don't go here. You think they will be better and that everyone has an off day. Truth is the owner is nice but doesn't care as long as he is getting your money. I have to figure out what my next move is because I am highly dissatisfied and no, I will not take it back so you can fix it. I'm done waiting for you to fix it, fix your people, and actually manage. I recently brought my vehicle to bling bling to wash and shampoo the interior My wife had spilled milk on the floorboard of the passenger side last year and the carpet was super stinky not to mention I have a 5 year old that smeared melted chocolate on the back seats as well as put salt all over the seats and floor boards from kicking them with his snow boots I love my vehicle but was seriously thinking of trading it in because it was so disgusting inside . Took in my car for a wash and they didn't even clean my windows at all I literally still can see my kids handprints on them and to top it off they didn't even clean my center console!! I brought my SUV in today for an exterior wash only and noticed the gentlemen from cashiering walked out to the wash floor and started doing touch ups on various vehicles ensuring every car was washed as detailed as possible. Then he waved me over and told me I had small paint particles all over my car which I knew about as I accidentally had spray paint flowing into it. If he didn't noticed it n gave me suggestions, I would've never knew there was even an option to get this issue resolved. Do not recommend! They washed my car very clean but ended up leaving swirl marks and scratches all over my car with the rough rags they use. I always washed my car myself but due to the weather, I had to let them wash my car. My car went from sparkling like a mirror to having a ton of swirl marks. read more

Disappointed, After driving up and waiting about 15 minutes I was finally greeted by an attendant who asked what service I wanted, I asked for the "bling bling special" which was 35$ this included most of the services advertised by the auto spa, he took my keys and told me it would be done in 20. After leaving and coming back my car was parked on the street "finished" Its a good thing I checked it before leaving because it was just sad, my back trunk was filthy as if they didn't touch it at all, the windows were smudged and dirty, and the inside of my car was half-assed vacuumed,, The special included a full car detail, air freshener, and more all of which were either completely left out or done to the bare minimum, the air freshener wasn't even included. When I asked why I didn't get what I paid for I was told "you're supposed to ask for it" which doesn't make any sense because I had already paid 35$ plus tip. And to ice the cake there was a scratch on my window that wasn't there before I entered the shop. For the 35 dollars I paid I got a lousy, disappointing job, I was expecting so much more from the special, not to get ripped off and scammed out of my money. Took my Honda Accord Sunday morning 12/22 and the service was terrible. They took less then 10 minutes to do a gold wash that is only a fast past with soap rag and quick pressure wash water off and a interior vaccumm that left garbage under the seats. Took my car today for a wash today inside and out paid $17 bucks. Had to go back immediately because they didn't clean the inside of the car. Took it back the owner had thw workers ''clean" it and returned to the car and it was just as dirty as before. I had to get a clorox wipe and do it myself. The owner did not check and make sure things were good or offer me anything for having to come back due to an unfinished job. This was a way better car wash when it had previous owners.
