First, I don't typically write super long reviews but this local business deserve some recognition. I recently decided to sell our car; while the vehicle is in good condition it needs a little TLC. Of course, I jumped on Google and Yelp and started my search. And while plenty had good reviews, it was actually quite difficult to get a quote and all of them required me to drive leave my car or wait for hours while the car's being cleaned. Well, all EXCEPT for Dan's! Dan's page was one of the top results since it had 5 star reviews, still, I wasn't convinced. I looked at all the pictures on this page and thought to myself, "these are some high-end cars, no way they're going drive all the way to clean my car or even if they do it's going to be too expensive". Well, I was wrong. I called the listed number and spoke with a nice gentleman named John. I explained exactly what I wanted - to clean some stains on the seats and the carpets vacuumed. John was able to give me a very reasonable quote within minutes and said they could even drive to where I'm located and clean my car within hours! I received a text about 30 mins before technician's arrival and another text when he arrived - who happened to be Dan himself! Now I'm going to stop "talking" and give you a couple of minutes to check out the before/after photos.. Good work speaks for itself and it's true they go above and beyond for the clients. Our car is not high-end, classic, or luxury, it's just a normal car. However, Dan treated the car as if it was. After the detail, the car looked amazing, smelled amazing, and I'm even a bit hesitant to sell it now that it looks brand spanking new! Oh btw, there's small gift at the end of the service! This local business was established to make auto-detail an easier experience for clients - they come to us and we get to stay at home or work and carry on with our day. The time-saving factor alone is worth the money, not to mention the amazing job they did. TL;DR - I'm not taking my business anywhere else! Dan did a great job with my Civic. I had a couple exterior scratches and I had a wine spill in my rear carpet, so I got the presidential package. I didn't get real good before/after pictures but they did a great job in a short amount of time as well. Most of the scratches and marks came out except for one deep one, which probably needs more extensive repairs - and all the stains on the seats/carpet were out! It was rough scheduling the appointment as well as figuring out a good location since the bad weather recently, but he was flexible and we made it work. Let me start by saying Dan is an extremely nice and personable guy. Unfortunately the detailing and and service for both cars was brutal. I paid $800 for a BMW X1 and an Acura MDX. The secret service is a mediocre cleaning at a ridiculously high price. Dan came back to work on the cars, for what I assumed was to fix the original job. He charged additional bc of tree sap. Keep in mind my car really doesn't move from the garage but, OK tree sap. Some thing new to the detailing industry apparently. Easily removed with a citric based cleaner. Dan claims he opted for a solvent and it took a 2nd visit. Incredibly disappointing and over priced. There are too many better alternatives for a fraction of the money, including a dealership. read more

Hey Dan, please stop sending me spam. I never asked for it, I never signed up for it, I never authorized it, and you don't offer an "unsubscribe" option. At no point until after the work was "completed" did I realize the quoted price included only an interior detail because a) he neglected to state as much; b) I had specifically requested, in writing, a quote for a full interior/exterior detail minus the engine bay; c) I've never in my car-owning life encountered a situation where the default understanding of "I want my car detailed" was "interior only;" and d) at $210 each for two cars -- a total of $420 -- the quoted price was AT LEAST equivalent to what most detail shops charge for a full interior/exterior detail. I had bitten my tongue until now chalking up the experience as a possible miscommunication, but when you then have the nerve to start dumping unwanted crap into my e-mail inbox already brimming with spam, all bets are off. read more

Dan is professional and punctual. My SUV was filthy. I had one $20 interior clean since I purchased it in nearly three years ago. Now I do vacuum and clean it, but it was filthy. A preschooler and I spend a lot of time in it. There was baby pouch food on the ceiling, exploded wine, a few large coffee spills in the front seat. I thought the carpets had to be thrown out. The interior looks new and smells fabulously! He came to the garage where I keep my car and spent 3 and a half hours cleaning it. They come out to you so it's a tad more pricey, but definitely worth the convenience (I saved at least as much not having to take an Uber back and forth to get my car). My backseat was COVERED in dog hair and I, literally, had not cleaned the interior of my car since I got it 6.5 years ago (embarrassing, I know, but the truth), and it is like a brand new car!!! Dan came out to detail my M235i with Suntek PPF and apply ceramic coating. I told him I was looking for someone who had experience dealing with this type of paint protection film and I could tell he knows what he is doing! The car looks amazing. He was also prompt, professional, and left almost no evidence of him having washed the car (very little water), which was baffling.
