Not sure what's going on but hoping they aren't closing permanently. I'm always looking for places to do a more thorough wash of exterior/interior than you can get at any drive through. This place passed the test: I was pleased at how well the mats, interior, and exterior were cleaned out and looked close to new, there's a bit of a line/wait in an awkwardly crowded space/exit but it's worth it, I'll add this to the list of places to go for a relatively cheap and fast cleanout! read more

They did an excellent job with interior and exterior wash for a great price. My car was filthy with debris from a tree and sap after a storm. They got every bit off and it looks great. There was no one there when I got there around 8:30a so it was all hands on and they finished very fast too. Definitely would recommend. read more

I went to the auto spa today on Western because I had a mark on my new BMW that I could not wipe off. My car is always stored in a heated garage, and I did not know why there was such a mark on my door panel. I tried to remove it at home to no avail. I did the interior and exterior clean package. It looked spectacular. It was efficient and at around 20 bucks, it was very reasonably priced. The lobby is clean and efficient. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They were able to remove my door mark by buffering. The car looks amazing. Very pleased with the customer service and pricing I received. I cannot recommend enough. read more

Very mediocre job. I went to this location with high expectations as all the reviews were rated highly. I attached some photos of the before and after of the clean. I requested my vehicle to have an interior and exterior clean along with tire shine. My floor was very dirty at first, but they left it cleaner. There were some things that weren't wiped down, which is okay, but as stated before, service seemed to be rated highly so I had high expectations. For the amount priced I thought it was a fair job. However, next time I do come, I will be getting just an exterior wash. My car was dirty, covered in dog hair, and with lots of dog drool stains all over my leather seats. I couldn't stand driving my car in this condition anymore so on my way home, I saw this place come up on Yelp. It had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. As I sat there waiting, I had a nice chat with the owners mom, super nice lady with good advice on life. Anyways, back to the car, which looked GREAT and the guys really hustled to get my car looking clean again. I had A LOT of dog hair & stains, and for a quick interior clean, they got most of it out. Location: located near little Italy, peaceful street and you just drive into the place to meet the people who will handle your car. Service: there's a chart right at the entrance that tells you the services available and the cost. I found it very helpful to plan what I needed done. The job: the guys listened to me, took the car seat out so make sure they don't miss a spot. Did a great job with both interior and exterior cleaning. They took about 20 minutes. The last three months the quality of service has left the building. I take four vehicles there monthly and most times twice a month, I have pointed out the problems where they consistently miss cleaning the car and rims and especially the rims and under the car. I have referred a number of people there and family there, They just lost a good customer today. read more

I had good hopes from the great reviews I read but unfortunately, my car looks clean but isn't. Having gone camping and parked in the woods recently, my car had some spots of sap on it. I paid $14 for the outside of the car only but they ended up cleaning the inside too. I didn't want them to do so because only one person was wearing a mask but didn't notice. There ended up being four people in my car cleaning and three that drove throughout my visit all without masks. It's my fault for not pointing it out when my car was finished. A bit of the sap came off but the spots are all there. I was trying to avoid the waiting room with five people in it and all the unmasked workers so I hurriedly got into the car rather than look at the car closely. It's hard to find a good car wash in the city, so I'm glad I found this one. They had big signs out on the street, so it was easy to locate the entrance. When I pulled in there were 3 cars being washed and I was acknowledged by one worker within a minute or two. They quickly finished the cars in front of me and they got started on mine and they meticulously and efficiently cleaned my dirty truck. They sprayed it down and then they dried it off, shined the tires up, and i was done. The entire wash took less than 15 minutes and my truck looked great. Holy crap, these guys are incredible. My car was filthy, like no wash in a year plus with dust on the outside that desperately needed cleaning so I could see clearly while driving and everything. I think there were no less than 5 guys working on my car and they were all hustling with no corners cut. I was watching the whole time in awe. I can't recommend this place enough. I have been coming to Luxury Auto Spa for about 6 months now. Martha the lovely woman at the counter is so helpful every time I come in. I usually get the interior exterior with a spray wax and that leaves my car beautiful. I recently had an issue with someone getting sick in my car. I won't get into details but you can imagine the horror. I did a little immediate cleaning but took it the next day to Luxury auto spa for a Full detail. Not only did they take care of the mess but they made my car brand new again! They started with the undercarriage and engine cleaning. Then wheels and exterior. They applied wax by hand and left my car looking like a grand baby piano. Now for the interior they cleaned it from top to bottom. My carpets, glass, roof and every square inch of my car was brought back to show room ready. I think it was even cleaner then when I got it from the dealer. For the price this is an extraordinary service. I will remain a loyal client of Martha for years to come and invite others to check them out. I never usually leave reviews but this is long over due. Overrated place. I paid over $40 plus tip for a very mediocre wash. Waiting area was nice and clean though.

I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately it wasn't it for me. All the great reviews had my hopes high. Customer service was great. The ladies are very friendly! I went in for an interior/exterior cleaning and added spray wax and tire shine. The shop is located right on western which is a bit much when traffic is heavy. You literally have to hold up traffic to get a place in line. Long story short, my car was just not clean after leaving this place. I had salt caked on my floor mats due to the winter and I assumed since I payed for interior cleaning as well they would get it up but that wasn't the case. I needed to buy the service for shampooing floor mats. I definitely would've but wasn't informed. I just feel like as soon as you opened my car door for an interior cleaning, that should have been the first thing they asked if I wanted to add on. More money for them. Next my interior wasn't even clean. I saw them wiping down the inside of other vehicles and once again assumed my vehicle would get the same treatment but that wasn't the case. They barely vacuumed because I still saw salt everywhere. Overall I won't be returning. Not worth the long wait and sub par wash. I specifically said, "The one thing I actually need is this smell gone." The guy at the front responded reassuringly, "Not a problem, that is easy for us." Everything looked shiny and clean on the outside, BUT when the perfumes and chemicals wore off, the protein smell was not gone at all. Also, they BROKE the driver-side air vent.
