Even though he had previously agreed over the phone. The painting quality is extremely poor. Bubbles and defects are everywhere. He dropped bondo crusts everywhere on the adjacent panels. Refused to admit that he did not do the clear coat. I was asked to pick up the car even before the paint is dried!! When I touched the bumper the white paint even stuck to my fingers!! It is totally a fraud!!

Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. Why three stars, well if your car is a bit rounded at the bottom, or has a hatchback, it misses those areas a bit. They do try, a guy comes out with a brush before you go through and does a quick wipe down of the back, however there are always some corners missed. I'll be bringing my car in for the real deal later this week, at least it won't look that bad, the humans at the car wash won't be swearing at me in Spanish when it hits the wash lane.
