Avoid this business, no matter what services. They are totally fraud and also operating as the body shop without license. I sent my car there for a rear panel repair. The store was list as a body shop but I was not able to know that it was just a car wash store without body shop license. The owner was not honest. He claimed that he needed more parts for the repair, sent me a fake receipt and demanded additional $150 for the additional parts, but refused to show me a photo to prove that he really made that repair. Even though he had previously agreed over the phone. The painting quality is extremely poor. Bubbles and defects are everywhere. He dropped bondo crusts everywhere on the adjacent panels. Refused to admit that he did not do the clear coat. I was asked to pick up the car even before the paint is dried!! When I touched the bumper the white paint even stuck to my fingers!! Terrible car wash.. Charged $25 and asked for a tip before they even got started. I only came here because I like to support local businesses and gave them a shot. They used AJAX DISH SOAP on my vehicle. Basic wipe down on the interior. No coating on the vehicle. They left hairs all over the interior. I'm not happy with the service. For a very reasonable price, it appears to be possible to get a car wash...by hand! Really happy with the job they did and how fast my car was serviced and returned. Everyone was very friendly and the neighborhood was nice. I would recommend sitting areas for patrons while they wait, they had chairs on the inside of the establishment and it made it seem like it was a break area for the workers. Multiple people smoking multiple cigarettes while washing car in an enclosed garage. Because they are doing the inside of the car, they are constantly opening the doors, so my car REEKED of smoke after (as did I from waiting inside the garage) - so much so that I started looking for a cigarette butt that maybe they had dropped inside the car? The price is now $12 for inside/outside of a regular car, however apparently they consider a station wagon to be a "small SUV", which increased the price to $17 - not such a good deal, especially as I'm going to have to find an air freshener now. Cash only facility. Wash inside and out for a great rate and at a reasonable time frame, depending how busy they are. They'll even scrub/vacuum your car mats and make sure your car is dry before you leave. They work hard year-round. TIP these guys, don't be cheap. They do share a lot with another business so it can get really crowded really quick and rather confusing. After 1-2 visits you'll see how they work. I decided to get a car wash here yesterday for a few reasons, mainly A) my car was so winter grimy I had to roll my windows down in order to properly see to turn, B) this place is practically spitting distance to my house (and that's how we measure things where I'm from), and C) it's a great deal that doesn't involve letting giggling teenagers half-wash your car as a fundraiser! $8 CASH ONLY car wash by hand inside and out, unless it happens to be Wednesday and you happen to be a lady, which it was, and I am, in which case it is only $5! How can you beat that? I say you can't, really. I wouldn't even wash my dad's car when I was younger for $5, so power to these guys for putting in the hustle to make that profitable. Open 7 days a week, 8 am - 8 pm Monday-Saturday, and I believe slightly shorter hours on Sunday. When I pulled in, there was a line of cars, and a team of about six guys in groups of two working on three car washes at a time in various stages. The car just before the garage gets the inside of the windows and windshield wiped, dash and cupholders wiped, and floor mats vaccuumed or washed, depending on the material. The car inside the garage is being soaped, washed, and rinsed, and the car pulled outside into the alley is being squeegeed and towel dried. You hop in/out of your car to pull it forward as you move through, or the wash guys I'm sure will also be happy to do it. It's a car wash garage, so there's nothing fancy: a few wooden chairs that may or may not be out of the splash zone to wait while your car is being washed, a very large bag of Budweiser empties indicating a "work hard, play hard" kind of vibe, a calendar from the local Mexican favorite Nuevo Leon, and the random chatter of the garage guys in soaked sweatshirts over a loud radio. It'll do for 20 minutes or so while you loiter around. All in all, I was quite pleased to see I still had my "Go-Kart" (as I lovingly refer to my Scion) underneath all the layers of dirt, salt, and filthy-car-shame that rinsed off of it, and will definitely return on some lovely summer Wednesdays for repeat discount washes. read more

I tried giving this place an opportunity to earn my business but like the saying goes, three strikes and you're out. Strike One: Like other posters have mentioned they smoke there and the scent attaches to your interior. Strike Two: They asked me to move my car to the alley so they could dry it and allow another car into the bay, I get that but don't yell at me if you don't like where I parked it. Strike Three: Two of the guys drying the car started chatting and when they would finish their conversation they would pick up in a different spot leaving unattended spots on my car. Took my car to get detailed. I showed up and my car has multiple deep scratches on the hood. They denied it and only want to discount $25. The whole service was $150 and it was a terrible job. On top of that I am waiting for his employee to come back with my keys because he "went to lunch with them." Apparently he can't even call him because he doesn't have a phone. Cons: They are extremely slow - commit at least an hour here. Some of the workers smoke and the scent might get into your car. They continue with the drying process in the alley which is dangerous, I almost got hit by a passing car. Pros: The people working here are genuine but I do not think I will go here again. read more

I went to this car wash once, since I just moved to the area. The guys did a fantastic job. I went on a Wednesday, which is all day ladies get a car wash for $5. Can't beat that! I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because upon arrival I was quoted $5 but since I have a crossover, I was charged more at the end. They didn't honor the price $5 even though they didn't warn me the wash would cost more because I had a larger vehicle. It was still very reasonably priced compared to some car washes in the area. read more

On 4/15/16 I went to get my truck washed. I found this place near by my job, during my lunch break. I didn't know they only took cash. So I ended up walking down one block to the Bank to withdraw some cash. I come back and they were pretty much done with my truck. I hop in my truck and something told me to check my middle compartment since I saw the arm rest was moved which covers that middle compartment to see if my laundry money was still there (Ziploc bag of $20 worth of quarters). Come to find out one of the guys took it. (Before this happened while I waited in line I removed all my belongings from the cup holders and such into that middle compartment and that Ziploc bag was there as well) So I hopped out of my truck livid and I demanded for the guys to give me back my Ziploc bag of quarters. Of course all denied taking anything. I told them "I'll walk away just put my money back where you took it from and I'll be on my way" still nothing. So I threatened them with not leaving until I got my money back and or I would call the cops. The "manager" ended up giving me $20 in cash back whom was also the one that said when he opened the middle compartment didn't see no Ziploc bag of money. My thing was why did he even open that compartment when there was no reason for him to open it in the first place. He looked so nervous and suspicious because I'm sure they thought I wouldn't notice my money missing and or that I wasn't going to speak up. They took my shit and I will NEVER EVER go back. And to top it off I tipped them $10. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else and that is why I wrote this review. read more
