Immaculate service! Drove by and saw this place next to the auto body shop. I've had a few old stains in the back from my dog and no matter how many times I tried to vacuum I always have dog fur. They did a really really nice job cleaning the seats and removing the fur. I didn't think the stain would come out but it did. Honestly felt like a brand new car when I left. They were very nice, they filled my tires. AND they had a bag of my stuff and as I was putting things away I didn't realized I had left a few bucks that they had put in the bag. I just think the company has very honest and hard working employees and I appreciate the work they did on my car. They also were reasonably priced compared to other shops in the area. I would recommend to others and plan to go back again when I need another car detail and wash. read more

My cat peed in my leather seats. I shopped around for different shops and arrived at this one, I was told they would be able to get the pee out no problem. Unfortunately, I had to take the vehicle in multiple times over the past 2 months and the smell was not out bc they don't have the appropriate machine for it. And I was not allowed a refund, would recommend for basic car washing but not car detailing. read more

DO NOT RISK DAMAGE TO TOUR CAR BRINGING IT HERE! First time taking my car to this place. I usually go to Ruby's Car Wash on California ave. . Much better value and attention to detail there. Not to mention my car has never need damaged there. The door handles on my Suburu Forrester have a chrome finish. After the wash (I don't know what products they used) the finish on my handles was peeling off. See pictures below. I contacted the owner who would not take responsibility for the damage. They didn't even open the trunk to vacuum inside. I know because there was left over sand from a recent kayaking trip. For $25 plus tip you are better off taking your business elsewhere and not risk your car being damaged by these people. I Intend to file a complaint with the BBB. read more

Ima dork I know it ...I am one because I left my passenger window open and of course there was a thunderstorm Overnight straight rain until the morning. So I had a water in the car ‍.... I had appointments in the morning I only had time for and on my lunch I hit Northside car wash they shampooed and cleaned out the water preventing the mold or Damon odor to settle in my newly obtained car. They cleaned the entire car and armor all'd everything.... I didn't think I needed to ask them not to use that slick stuff on my weather-tech mats but I know next time... (now they are slippery uggggh) So the customer service is on point which is the most important, the job well done is 2nd... literally don't have no complains. This facility is attached to their body shop and therefore this review is about the services offered at both entities. Body Shop: Amy, my beautiful Prius, was injured in a hit and run in Lincoln Park. I needed a body shop, fast; one that wouldn't rip me off and is flexible with my hectic schedule. Enter the Northside Company. Nasser gave me an instant quote and explained the process to me in an easy to digest manner. He would require a deposit, order the part, paint it, then I stop by so he could install it. He was flexible with the deposit amount and method of payment. The work is seamless and is guaranteed. He took very good care of Amy and although I hope to never have to use him again, I will come back if I need to. Car Wash: Very friendly staff who are accommodating and honest. They take pride in their work and I am enthralled about the quality they produce. They have a tidy and spacious waiting room for you to relax while your car is under the hose. My car was so dirty and dusty and plagued with scratches. I had a full detailing and my 2010 looks sparkling and like new. They buffed out the scratches so well that I am not going to spend the extra money for a body shop. Call and make an appointment; you won't be disappointed. I came in on a groupon, and Joel was able to fit me in first thing in the morning for a detailing. He gave me a heads up when it was almost ready so that it was ready by the time I came back. He then explained every part that they were unable to get and why (mostly the most stubborn stains) however, for what I paid, I felt like I got a great value for what I paid and I can tell that Joel is very passionate about his business and cares about his customers, and has a great eye for detail. He even threw in a free air freshener and offered me some nice incentives to come back. Based on this, I will be back and would recommend them to my friends. read more

Had a great experience at North Side Car Wash! I decided to walk in and wanted a car detailing. The guy there was very up front about the prices and even agreed to do a detail minus the engine clean since he said I didn't really need it. I definitely appreciated the honesty. When I got my car, everything looked great, but the person who cleaned my car noticed a couple of extra spots that were missed on his own (after I had already said they did a good job) and came back out to touch those areas up. I thought the level of detail and the customer service was outstanding! I do think the price is a little higher than other car detailing places, but they definitely take their work seriously and do a great job. read more

Took my car in for a full detail. Looks great. My only gripe is that they put Armor-all/tire glaze on the floor mats. They were super slippery for a few weeks and the glaze got on the bottoms of my shoes and then on the brake and gas pedals which was really dangerous. Anyway, I recommend and will use again but will give specific instructions regarding the floor mats. read more

They had been there for a while and I figured it would be a couple hundred dollars to fix at a body shop. He offered to fix them for $50, and it looks great! I took my mom's car to be detailed before she sold it to her grandson, so she wanted it to be perfect. I choose Morth Side because I had heard great things about them even though they are farther from my house than other places. I'm glad I did because Sean was able to get me an appointment right away and he even gave me a ride home even though its farther than they usually go. I picked up the car and it looked like new, which is amazing because its a 2004 and hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Sean #2 did the work on my car and made sure everything was perfect. Both Seans were wonderful to work with and talk to. I will most certainly be bringing my car here for a detail and I highly recommend them if you want your car to look like new! read more

There's a lot of conflict between the staff and you can tell because they are always yelling at each other and shaking their heads but put all that to the side, everyone here works as a team and get the job done. Professional and did a really nice job. Our car got flooded while parked on our street during a heavy rain and the floorboards got soaked and were starting to smell. We were charged about $90 for a detailing and the results were great. The car smells clean and the interior looks impeccable. They even threw in an engine cleaning as well. I took off a star only because it was sometimes hard to get someone to answer the phone there. read more

Northside did a great job cleaning the interior of my car. They were fair, detailed, timely, and did great work with seats that definitely had seen better days. I would be sure to use them again. They did leave some extra cleaning stuff on certain parts of the car, but that is easily wiped away with a paper towel. read more
