After driving in my last trip more than 3500 miles in 2 weeks, my car was a disaster outside and inside. The NorthSide car wash team cleaned my car ( inside and outside) like was brand new. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend this business! read more

Brought in my 7 seat Range Rover in, so it was a big SUV. Having grown up in a family car wash I naturally have a higher standard. These guys did not disappoint! They took their time, did not rush the drying and overall had my car shining bright! Also got to speak with one of the owner after he did a great job, super nice guy, and I 100% will be back. Thanks so much read more

Immaculate service! Drove by and saw this place next to the auto body shop. I've had a few old stains in the back from my dog and no matter how many times I tried to vacuum I always have dog fur. They did a really really nice job cleaning the seats and removing the fur. I didn't think the stain would come out but it did. Honestly felt like a brand new car when I left. They were very nice, they filled my tires. AND they had a bag of my stuff and as I was putting things away I didn't realized I had left a few bucks that they had put in the bag. I just think the company has very honest and hard working employees and I appreciate the work they did on my car. They also were reasonably priced compared to other shops in the area. I would recommend to others and plan to go back again when I need another car detail and wash. read more

DO NOT RISK DAMAGE TO TOUR CAR BRINGING IT HERE! First time taking my car to this place. I usually go to Ruby's Car Wash on California ave. . Much better value and attention to detail there. Not to mention my car has never need damaged there. The door handles on my Suburu Forrester have a chrome finish. After the wash (I don't know what products they used) the finish on my handles was peeling off. See pictures below. I contacted the owner who would not take responsibility for the damage. They didn't even open the trunk to vacuum inside. I know because there was left over sand from a recent kayaking trip. For $25 plus tip you are better off taking your business elsewhere and not risk your car being damaged by these people. I Intend to file a complaint with the BBB. read more

My cat peed in my leather seats. I shopped around for different shops and arrived at this one, I was told they would be able to get the pee out no problem. Unfortunately, I had to take the vehicle in multiple times over the past 2 months and the smell was not out bc they don't have the appropriate machine for it. And I was not allowed a refund, would recommend for basic car washing but not car detailing. read more

THIEFS!!! Beware!! do not go here. they damaged my car and stole property when cleaning it. funny thing is all that was in the car was trunk and car liner and floor mats. left without floor mats and trunk liner. They claim I never had mats read more

Ima dork I know it ...I am one because I left my passenger window open and of course there was a thunderstorm Overnight straight rain until the morning. So I had a water in the car ‍.... I had appointments in the morning I only had time for and on my lunch I hit Northside car wash they shampooed and cleaned out the water preventing the mold or Damon odor to settle in my newly obtained car. They cleaned the entire car and armor all'd everything.... I didn't think I needed to ask them not to use that slick stuff on my weather-tech mats but I know next time... (now they are slippery uggggh) So the customer service is on point which is the most important, the job well done is 2nd... literally don't have no complains. Even the slippery mats -I mean they are clean & leaves / rain damage gone. read more

This is hands down the best car wash I have been to ever. The prices are very reasonable and they HAND WASH the car and really pay attention to every detail when they are cleaning. I would recommend coming here for all your car wash and detailing needs. I will definitely be back - these guys have great customer service! The top of the line full service car wash includes exterior cleaning and hand drying, interior cleaning, rims, and windows! read more

Almost perfect at a great price. I would have said perfect except just a little too much Armor All. It was sprayed everywhere leaving some areas streaked. Easy for me to wipe away. So, just a very small recommendation. Great job. read more

Northside did an excellent job detail cleaning our van. It was a very challenging job and took many hours of effort, they cleaned it very carefully and accurately. Best of all, the price was very reasonable and they were very pleasant to communicate with while my car was being worked on. I would definitely take my car there again and would highly recommend Northside for high quality car detail cleaning. read more

Came fir an interior detailing. Complete under the quoted time frame. However did not remove the car seats and clean underneath. Tried very hard to convince me to do exterior detail on the spot, and did not seem to understand I was not interested at the time. read more

Pulled in the garage to get my car washed on a Saturday just before noon, took a look at the prices/services available on the wall and decided on the 'special' car wash. As I got my car ready to get washed, pulled up to who I assume was the manager on duty and inform him of my selection, I was told, "no sir, we're only doing details today." Who turns customers away on a Saturday afternoon? read more

My car was absolutely riddled with bird week-old bird droppings, so I drove in without an appointment Saturday morning and Sean was able to get it all nice and clean. All in all it probably took 15 minute in and out, and my car is ready for another week of bird bathroom breaks...! read more

I'm updating this to add a few more stars because the business owner took the time to talk to me about our experience with the Groupon - that was appreciated. And they honestly did a GREAT job on a claybar of our cars. We would come here again. Just without a Groupon lol. read more

This is my favourite car wash in the city! Sean is such a great owner and he makes sure that your vehicle leaves looking like a new car. Sean does a great job to ensure that all his customers are satisfied with the car wash. If you are looking for a place to wash your car in the city, I would recommend NorthSide Car Wash 10/10! read more

This facility is attached to their body shop and therefore this review is about the services offered at both entities. Body Shop: Amy, my beautiful Prius, was injured in a hit and run in Lincoln Park. I needed a body shop, fast; one that wouldn't rip me off and is flexible with my hectic schedule. Enter the Northside Company. Nasser gave me an instant quote and explained the process to me in an easy to digest manner. He would require a deposit, order the part, paint it, then I stop by so he could install it. He was flexible with the deposit amount and method of payment. The work is seamless and is guaranteed. He took very good care of Amy and although I hope to never have to use him again, I will come back if I need to. Car Wash: Very friendly staff who are accommodating and honest. They take pride in their work and I am enthralled about the quality they produce. They have a tidy and spacious waiting room for you to relax while your car is under the hose. Overall, this neighborhood gem is essential to Albany Park and I will be back. Thank you gentlemen! read more

Excellent car wash with great service. Sean is took car of me and also helped me out with the tinting of my car. Definitely found my "go to" car wash in the city read more

Worst place ever, don't come here. Save your 12 Dollars. Or 10. Whatever you pick. This ppl are slow, they don't know how to wash a car. You're better off washing it on your own. Or just go to another place. read more

My car was so dirty and dusty and plagued with scratches. I had a full detailing and my 2010 looks sparkling and like new. They buffed out the scratches so well that I am not going to spend the extra money for a body shop. Call and make an appointment; you won't be disappointed. I will continue to go there for my regular car washes too read more

I came in on a groupon, and Joel was able to fit me in first thing in the morning for a detailing. He gave me a heads up when it was almost ready so that it was ready by the time I came back. He then explained every part that they were unable to get and why (mostly the most stubborn stains) however, for what I paid, I felt like I got a great value for what I paid and I can tell that Joel is very passionate about his business and cares about his customers, and has a great eye for detail. He even threw in a free air freshener and offered me some nice incentives to come back. Based on this, I will be back and would recommend them to my friends. read more

Splendid job! Did a very good job and the owner or manager was very nice and polite. As I was leaving, I noticed some marks on the windscreen. They promptly corrected that. Will go back again. read more

Had a great experience at North Side Car Wash! I decided to walk in and wanted a car detailing. The guy there was very up front about the prices and even agreed to do a detail minus the engine clean since he said I didn't really need it. I definitely appreciated the honesty. When I got my car, everything looked great, but the person who cleaned my car noticed a couple of extra spots that were missed on his own (after I had already said they did a good job) and came back out to touch those areas up. I thought the level of detail and the customer service was outstanding! I do think the price is a little higher than other car detailing places, but they definitely take their work seriously and do a great job. read more

Took my car in for a full detail. Looks great. My only gripe is that they put Armor-all/tire glaze on the floor mats. They were super slippery for a few weeks and the glaze got on the bottoms of my shoes and then on the brake and gas pedals which was really dangerous. Anyway, I recommend and will use again but will give specific instructions regarding the floor mats. read more

Just left after coming in for a car wash...Joel helped me out, and asked if I wanted some scrapes on the side of my car taken care of. They had been there for a while and I figured it would be a couple hundred dollars to fix at a body shop. He offered to fix them for $50, and it looks great! Really glad I came in here, highly recommended, I'll definitely be back. Car looks great! Thanks again. read more

I took my mom's car to be detailed before she sold it to her grandson, so she wanted it to be perfect. I choose Morth Side because I had heard great things about them even though they are farther from my house than other places. I'm glad I did because Sean was able to get me an appointment right away and he even gave me a ride home even though its farther than they usually go. I picked up the car and it looked like new, which is amazing because its a 2004 and hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Sean #2 did the work on my car and made sure everything was perfect. Both Seans were wonderful to work with and talk to. I will most certainly be bringing my car here for a detail and I highly recommend them if you want your car to look like new! read more

There's a lot of conflict between the staff and you can tell because they are always yelling at each other and shaking their heads but put all that to the side, everyone here works as a team and get the job done. Hands down the best place to get my car wash and detailed!! They work quick and my car looks as good as new every single time! I love it!! Thank you guys!! Keep up the great work!! I don't live near the area but I always make the long trip down there because you guys work amazingly!! The service is worth the trip!! Great job!! read more

Professional and did a really nice job. Our car got flooded while parked on our street during a heavy rain and the floorboards got soaked and were starting to smell. We were charged about $90 for a detailing and the results were great. The car smells clean and the interior looks impeccable. They even threw in an engine cleaning as well. I took off a star only because it was sometimes hard to get someone to answer the phone there. read more

Had a GREAT Experience with Northside Detail Center. My car looks great and look forward to coming back. I highly recommend!

Exceptional service. I got my Infiniti g35 detailed here on a whim. The man even drove me home so I wouldn't have to wait hours there! I was very happy with the job they did and I wish I would have taken photos to post. I had severe smoke stains on my tan roof interior and they got it all out. I'll be back. Thanks guys! read more

They broke a part of my bike rack, which is fine, it happens. Of course, now I have to find that part. But instead of telling me, they hid the broken part in the back seat. I found out about it a few mins later and returned to the store to tell them not to be sneaky. Don't waste your money. read more

Got my car wash there over the weekend. Super friendly staff and got a good price to get my car detailed. It's a local spot and that's a plus. Only con was that there creador card machine wasn't working but that's about it. If you guys live in Albany Park make sure you support the local business. read more

Northside did a great job cleaning the interior of my car. They were fair, detailed, timely, and did great work with seats that definitely had seen better days. I would be sure to use them again.
