I just left from this place 10 min ago. It's 20 degrees outside. They honk the horn on my truck saying it's ready when it was second in line to leave. I walk over and the whole driver side was still wet. The air nozzle wasn't pressed on the cracks and water was still dripping everywhere. One guy looked at one of the dryer dudes like what the heck all this is still wet. The dryer guy gave zero f's and just walked away. I'm pissed cuz I dropped my tip before I even found out what a sht show this was. I ended up literally grabbing a towel and drying MY OWN truck myself. The inside was still fresh with splash marks on the seats and door panels. Floor wasn't wiped down. Door panels still wet. Doors were never opened to wipe dry. The trunk was soaked. This was a JOKE! I had gone here once or twice and they did a mediocre job, the line is short and I wa in a hurry. Today, about five minutes in they came up to me and pointed to my deflating tire. This happened after I got out of the car. No explanation for how they had done this, just sort of a ¯\_(ツ)_/ and then I had to wait over an hour while they put my effing spare on and then seemed to purposely slow the process for the other cars so I couldn't leave. I have been coming here for years for service specifically for the hand car was. Todag will be my last day here and the only reason they are getting 1 star is because you can't give 0 star. I was patiently waiting in line for 20 mins and all of the sudden a van comes and cuts me off. I went to explain to the driver there is a line that he needs to get into but he says he has an appointment and the car wash told him to cut into the line. I would give them zero stars- they broke my back windshield wiper the first time. I tried to give them another chance and asked them to get out spilled milk smell from the inside. I also told them I don't need a car wash just the inside cleaned. They washed the outside which I didn't want and the manager at the front desk said his staff didn't understand English. Apparently, I don't like to write bad review to the Business especially the local business. I been seen this business since they opened up and as you know the new business always bring good's job in their services. In the last 4th year, they did very poor job. This time I had to bring it up because I feel upset for the service. I got rip-off for what I pay for. I paid for the Platinum Car Wash Choice $26 today but if you come before 10am it's only $22. I did come in before 10am and waited in line to drive in the building. The service guy charged me $26 anyway because it passed 10am when I got into him and I got this kind of car wash job for my car. First time trying them out as I always pass by to and from work. Decided to give them a try this early morning since they were not busy and did not have a line. However, I was disappointed in the car wash. You would think them being slow and that they had just opened up at 7am they would have done a better job. I had paid for the Platinum service, which they have listed as "EVERYTHING". My windows also had streaks but did not come up on pictures. I guess "everything" does not mean everything. Starts off feeling good, goes downhill fast. Let's hope you don't run into an issue here because the manager will hang up the phone on you and ignore all your calls. I came to wash my parents car before their road trip and left beyond disappointed. If you're observant and like things to be done with care, avoid coming here. See pictures of how they left things in the car. These are just three quick photos I took. I left with the car soaking wet inside, in a rush to get home to my baby and wife needing help. I called the manager and he offered to wash the car again. Time is tight these days and I explained that I don't have time to wash a car twice but it would be appreciated if they washed another car of mine this weekend. He refused. I made him aware that I will post this review right before he hung up on me and told me to go ahead. I think it's fair to let others who are just as particular about their cars to make them aware to avoid this place. They all use dirty rags for windows and interior meaning you'll have to redo their work when you get home. Leave alone the fact that there was only one person before me and after me, no rush at all to take an extra 2-4 minutes to make sure the car looks better leaving than how it did coming in. Price: $42 for a standard SUV. It's $35 for a wash and wax and floor mats cleaned. They upcharge $3 for a standard vehicle, $5 for an SUV, and $7 for large SUV. I wouldn't mind these prices at all if the wash was consistently executed well for that price point. I can throw a gallon of dish soap/water mix on the inside and outside of my car as well and do it for $1. And then let everything dry and show the remaining dust and streaks everywhere. Go wash your car somewhere else. A gas station automatic car wash machine will get you the same result. I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones. But when calling back and giving the business an opportunity to fix the situation and them limiting to how they want to fix it in their best interest vs. the customers, it's fair to only share my experience. Place is rated good, probably a rare circumstance that happened to me, but the manager was dramatic enough to make me want to take my business elsewhere. read more

Service is inconsistent. Last 3 visits I've told the lady at the counter "no tire dressing please" when paying. Each time I had to stop the workers from putting it on. Unfortunately, the guy working on the passenger side already applied it. Tje tire dressing has actually stained the white paint in the wheel wells and along the sides of the car. Also, the overall service is inconsistent. Passenger side body mouldings around the wheels were still dirty, while the driver side was clean. Dead bugs still on the headlights and glass. For $20 and a $5 tip, the car should be fully cleaned and consistent all the way around. May give them another shot, still undecided. I remember when a hand car wash was something special, now it's like fast food, mediocre at best. read more

For the price, amazing. $13. I opted for a wash, of both inside and outside my car. Lol told them not to touch my trunk (my 2nd closet. Hahahahaha) Filthy could not begin to describe my car. I play a lot of volleyball, which includes a ton of sand. Food spills. Chicago sleet. I put makeup on in the car... Idk. I live in there. Lol so long overdue, but the workers were professional and immediately hopped right to it. In 15 minutes, months of car disrespect got completely turned around. I had some small items still in my car, which respectfully was moved to the side. My dash, cup holders, and seats: all worse for wear, made a spectacular turn around. I've had dried crusted dirt, in all sorts of crevices. Everything was really well cleaned. I did notice some residual dirt spots here and there. My rear seat carpets weren't cleaned as thoroughly, in comparison to my front seat floor (which have hard surface weather tech mats, and easier to clean.) But overall, I LOVE the work they did! For $13, I could see myself coming here regularly, over a drive-through wash. The things I've nitpicked over, are things that definitely would be covered in a detailing job, but I just wanted to stay transparent. Service was quick, professional, and efficient. Great full service car wash. Price is very reasonable for the service you receive. There usually is a bit of a wait - but they take their time with your cleaning - which is what you want, right? Very thorough, and the staff are very friendly. Clean waiting room, and a variety of car products for sale. They offer an early bird service for $8 for those who can make it. Second time here and thought everything was great until I saw a piece of my car from the dash was knocked to the ground, cracked, and scratched. The piece needs to be replaced now. Spoke to the manager and he just kept saying he knew that it happened but it wasn't his company's fault that they knocked it out of my car, cracked, and scratched it to the point of needing to be replaced. Excellent place, I've been here many, many times! If it's a nice day, expect a long line. If you can do it, get in before 8 am....less of a line and you get an Early Bird Discount. I've been here a few times and let me tell you this.. they do a decent job! Every time I'm here I always get the same results. Let's start at the initial rinse. Can't mess that up! They start to wash the car and use the same bucket and hand towels to rinse the cars. The problem with this is that the bucket and towels could get small rocks on them and you start to question when and if do they ever swap the water and soap with something fresh. They NEVER clean my rims right.. NEVER!! I always have brake dust on them after the wash. The rims get about 75 percent clean. They do a decent job on the body but when they apply the "spray wax" they simply do it really quick and barely apply any. The guys the start to dry off and spread the spray off which is odd cause they don't use microfiber clothes and instead use cotton towels. Ehh whatever! At this point!!!! When the guy was cleaning my windows he must've pressed the LOCK button and closed the car. I was super annoyed and they wanted to jimmy my car and I told them hell in cause it's a brand new 50k car. I had no choice and at this point the manager gets involved and opens my door. There was no damage so thanks god but the fact that it happened was dumb. Take the keys out of the car like other spots do. The owner did not apologize or even offer anything to make sure that I would be a satisfied customer and ensure I return. The guys who deserve credit are the guys who vacuum and put the final touches in the inside of the car. They seemed to care the most with there jobs. I drive out the place annoyed cause they locked my keys in the car, never apologized by anyone or the owner, and still had dirty rims lol. I gave them two stars cause they do half way decent wash but I will never return to this place due to the poor customer service that I was given. For this situation, a sorry or even a free air freshener would've been okay but to get nothing was really disappointing. Lost a customer! read more

I scheduled a shampoo only and hit the guy with a wax at last minute which he accommodated. He did an exterior job when only expecting an interior job per appointment. Check both sides of your car before leaving. The side you sit on gets washed right before your eyes; unfortunately the passenger side doesn't get much attention. After coming back Anna and the gent from the counter came outside and touched up the uncleared parts. They stood by their service. Il give them aNother try. Went back with another car.... same crap wash as first car. Sorry, but the place is backwards; instead of cleaning / vacuuming first, they do it last. They do a terrible job. I had to go over the interior of my car myself afterwards. Dusty dash, top of steering wheel and radio panel. Didn't vacuum the back seat because there were car seats, they could have vacuumed in between them at lease. Got in my car and my floor mat was missing, they laughed as they put it back after I told them it was missing. The one on Elston in Forest Glen is MUCH better. read more

I take my cars for wash there regularly, (own 3 cars). I noticed last week that when I went in for a car wash and my floor weren't vacuumed. So I let it go as I was a bit tight on my schedule. I went in this morning got a platinum car wash and noticed that the floor weren't vacuumed again. Went to the back seat to fix my mat, also noticed my back windows and my back seat weren't wiped or cleaned. As I complained to the manager on duty he said I needed "deep detail" on my car wash, so I took out "armor all" spray from my dash and showed him that I didn't need it. He refused to listen to me. So I asked them to read what is listed on "platinum card board" to follow the guidelines. He said that next time I come in he will give me a "discount" on the wash. Wait a minute, I just paid for a wash, why should I have to pay for unfinished job. As I told the owner and he told the manger to drive in my car from another door and the manager refused to listen to the owner and walks away. Poor management skills!
