Here's my timeline and experience + pictures. Make your own decision. 3/17/26: I went through the Fuller's wash at 5550 S. Brainard. When I came out, my front right fender had been deeply scratched through clear coat and paint, and my gas cap door had been ripped off. I found the damage later that evening after finishing dinner. That same evening I was able to retrieve my gas cap plate after they closed, finding a worker on his way home. (no management to speak to). 3/18-20: out of town on business 3/20/26: on my return home I called management of the Fuller's to report what had happened, and cancel my membership. The owner had no comments on next steps, no remorse and made it seem like it was my fault this happened. 3/21/26: I went to local dealership and body shop to have damaged assessed (which I'm still working through), and now totaling over $1,800. Not including rental car needs, time or headache. That afternoon (3/21) I wrote and submitted an online notification to Fuller's corporate website, sharing the same information as here. I haven't heard anything back. In closing: I suspect there is some clause we sign as customers of Fuller's that limits their responsibility of damages. In my opinion, this is above and beyond. We're not exactly talking paint swirls. I would have expected more from what I initially thought was a good name. This has been my experience. Make your own decisions.

Just look at the reviews on Google to see how horrible this place truly is. A class action lawsuit is being discussed with a lawyer.

This one has way more stalls. You do have to use tokens to access the vacuum cleaners. The self service takes credit cards, easy to turn on and off for service. The force of water is good, if you squeeze the trigger you get more pressure. I recommend buying some microfiber towels to dry your vehicle. It's much more effective because we all know those air dryers that are usually at car washes suck.
