Since I'm a Yelper, I was a little bit skeptical of coming to Fuller's Car Wash because of the mixed reviews, but I chose it because it was the only place nearby that was open at 2 PM on a Sunday. I called for pricing and learned that, since they closed at 4 PM, that I would need to come in ASAP for them to fit me in that day. I dropped off my car and explained/showed him where the vomit was (by this point I had already done a lot of scrubbing myself so it wasn't visible--it just smelled). I explained that, although I was paying $125 for the full interior shampoo car cleaning that I wanted particular attention paid to those areas because smell was the main issue. I was a little worried they would be able to give as much attention as needed because I had been told on the phone that the interior cleaning required 2-3 hours and he had a little less than two hours. I came back before closing, paid, and picked up my car. At first I was really impressed by the job they did because it looked very clean. However, I did notice a few things they missed in the cleaning after closer inspection. It didn't look very neat because of drips of water, missed fuzzies, and I'm confident they didn't clean "every crevice" like they claimed because they missed the seatbelt and spot between the side and seat where there was still a little vomit residue. I would have been fine with the job that was done if it cost less than $100. But if it costs $125, I'm expecting a lot more. I think three stars or "A-OK" rating is perfectly appropriate. Am I okay with the job they did? Yes, I am. Would I come back? I wouldn't rule that out. They got the job done.

Even though I was told I was next and was next in line, they began washing cars parked next to me! This is a very decent car wash especially for self service. I paid about $6 something. It has…read moreeverything that the Lyon car wash in Darien has except for that tri color foam. This one has way more stalls. You do have to use tokens to access the vacuum cleaners. The self service takes credit cards, easy to turn on and off for service. The force of water is good, if you squeeze the trigger you get more pressure. I recommend buying some microfiber towels to dry your vehicle. It's much more effective because we all know those air dryers that are usually at car washes suck.
