I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

When i originally talked to the crew they told me they'd use a 4-5 year ceramic coating, and that they'd use the proper amount of steps on the paint correction to get rid of scratches. They told me they'd had worse than my car, which only had spider scratches. I had the hood painted, and dents pulled by Perillo's auto body shop, and the car sat in my garage alone before it went in. I would have paid more i i felt like these guys were terrible, but the limited reviews were good. There were no dents at all on my car and Perillo has pictures of the completed job. I asked the gentleman who i dropped it off with to have the guy working on my car to call me before they started work. They never called. I picked it up on a cloudy day, and was really excited as I've wanted this done for a while. It looked shiny, but i couldn't see the paint well for scratches. They also told me upon pick up they used a 2-3 year coating. I saw the dents a day later, and I have a camera in the car that records non stop through the cloud. No one came close to my car. I saw three dents in a cluster on the drivers side door. No car door can do this where they were positioned. I can see the moment where they are hovering over the damaged part of the vehicle on my camera. Went to location to talk to owner about it and he denied it, said he does quality control. Obviously not as it has dents that weren't there, and scratches weren't removed through paint correction. The only good thing they did was wrap the hood. I asked him to get his guy to PDR the car, they said they don't have a guy in house. Owner said he'd pull the video to confirm that his guys weren't responsible, a week later no contact. They do high end cars, it's a shame they don't treat everyone's car the same as they do their contract with Chicago Motor Cars. Next time I'll pay more, and go with a crew with more reviews. I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place!
