I've had two cars tinted by this man and I am Very happy with the out come of both. The first was a year and a half ago Frankie did my 08 TSX. He tinted 8 windows for $150. Great deal! Every one wanted $100 more. A year and a half later the tint job still looks Wonderful. Now I just brought in my wife's Honda Element and he tinted all the windows and it's Awesome. Very clean, no bubbles. AGAIN I'm very Happy. Both he was very polite and very quick for the amount of work he does. Yes I'd recommend him And YES I will continue to do business here. So I call them & get the price. $110.00 make the appt & When I get there they look @ the car they then change the price to &145.00 because my wagons back small widows are considered two full windows. I made an appointment to have my car windows tinted unfortunately when I arrived there was nobody there. I called Frankie and he was apparently out eating lunch. When I reminded him of the appointment, instead of apologizing and rushing over he simply said he would be there when he was done which would be around 40 minutes. I pushed back a bit so he agreed he'd be there in "15-20 minutes". I drove a long way to get there and wanted to get this done so I agreed to wait. 45 minutes later, no sign of Frankie and no messages. I gave up and went home. This does not appear to be a well run operation and the owner does not respect his customers' time. read more

Dropped off my truck Sunday morning to spend the day with my family. I called and Frankie told me he can do it right away. I was a little skeptical on getting them done since I just moved here from Arizona so didn't know if they were as good as down there. Came in and he had a few cars waiting to get done. When he did my first car everything was great,but my second car he had his employee to do it and I had to back for repairs.. when I told him that when I wanted to do my girlfriends car he got mad and hung up on me and I just wanted to make sure he is the one doing it so my girlfriend doesn't have to come back for repair from downtown. My husband took his car to get the window tint twice. The first time he ran late due to construction and Frankie told him that he missed his appointment and he should reschedule it again. My husband admitted that he ran late and made another appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment, my husband called Frankie to confirm his appointment and was told to come in at 11:30am. After driving 20+ miles in down pouring rain, he was told that he does not have an appointment for today. My husband asked why he confirmed the appointment over the phone earlier, Frankie became very rude and disrespectful towards my husband. You should not treat your customers this way. There are many window tinting services in the area and we would be more then happy to take our business to some one else. Must AVOID this place!! read more

Horrible customer service. Brought in my new 2015 wrx to get PPF or a clear bra. Was told they would put the Xpel brand but got a crappier brand instead. The quality of the work was horrible as it didn't even look seamless. A lot of the pieces looked like a child cut it and just pieced it together. To make matters worse my vehicle was damaged upon installation. Lots of razor cuts were found in corners of the headlight, hood, bumper, side mirrors that basically went through the clear coat. The way they applied the film was unprofessional, the film was peeling in the corners, stretch marks were everywhere on the film, dirt was stuck underneath the film, fingerprints were underneath as he didn't use gloves to apply it . They told me they would fix it, so I left my vehicle there for the second time and was told it would be done by that very same day. Late in the afternoon I got a call telling me that it would have to be kept overnight since he wasn't done finishing up the finishing touches. So I left the car there overnight and half of the next day. Went to go pick it up and saw that nothing was done except the two side mirrors which was worse than when I left it. More razor cuts was applied on my paint and some parts of the front didn't even have film on it. Basically I paid this guy 750 to do a half ass job and damage my car. Owner tells me that he ran out of film and would have to take my car back when he gets it. Also told me to give him a call to ask when the film would arrive (isn't that his job?). So I basically just went along with it but that same day I went to a different shop to get it inspected for quality. The shop told me they should have not used the razor unless to crop out little pieces. They also said that they didn't have to even press hard to cut the film. So I went back on Monday 9/21/2015 which he said the day that the film would arrive. But like always he said no it hasn't arrived. By then I just wanted my refund back as I didn't want him to touch my car anymore. But he said no refunds because he has already bought the film that supposedly cost $1000 , so basically he wont give me back my money for a work he hasn't completed and for supplies that's he's supposed to have stocked ready. When I also asked for my vehicle to be repaired for the damages he caused he says he will do it himself and buff it out. I told him that you can't buff out damage to the headlight and plastic trim. But he keeps on insisting that he will. The damage to the hood isn't also fixable since its in the corner and goes deep to the undercoat. He tells me not to worry about small things like this, even though I brought in the vehicle in pristine condition and got it back worse than me just letting wear and tear. If I could I wouldn't even give a star to begin with. Avoid the place if you want to avoid basically having your vehicle turn up like mine. He keeps insisting he has worked on better cars than mine but that doesn't give them an excuse to basically treat my vehicle lesser. So I would have to get my insurance involved and the BBB if this doesn't get resolved. read more
