Even if you refuse to accept liability, there is no way to back out of the car wash and turn away. You are trapped and must move forward. Waiver or no waiver, their equipment damaged my car and they should repair it. Interestingly, this is not the first time this car wash has damaged my car. A few years ago a piece of trim popped off but the dealership was able to replace it for $20 so no big deal. I have been through this wash hundreds of times since then. They really need more than one attendant, who only stands at the non member line, when they are super busy at the entrance. Dryer isn't as good as when I first signed up. The membership is a deal if you like a clean car and go weekly. I tend to go every few days and have the jet package at $40/month.
