Always have done a great job keeping my car clean & is very quick (a few minutes) and simple to use.

Been going here for over a year to wash my Lexus IS and it's super reliable for both summer and winter options. Self-Service bays and door closing Touch-Free are available. There is only 3 bays here so I try to come during off hours if I'm using self-service as it gets pretty busy, a lot of auto enthusiasts use this place from Corvette's to your Cadillac's. They've recently added air drying hose this summer I believe to this location. The only thing to make this a 5-star place is it needs foam polish guns as an alternative to brushes, but I will be a returning customer regardless. read more

It is tricky to enter if you are driving east on Roosevelt, so be careful. Also, there isn't a car dryer in the self-service bays. But otherwise it was all good. Lots of options, except "dry", on the self-service machine. I like having a scrub-brush, although I didn't need it today. Everything worked well. Fair price. I'll definitely return. read more

I've gone to this car wash for a decade. Always swore by it. I do not recommend it if you have low profile tires. They changed something recently with the wheel wells which ended up damaging the rims on both of my cars. I talked to the owner who shrugged his shoulders; said he didn't accept responsibility; and that I didn't drive in properly/straight. Yes, suddenly after 10 years I don't know how to pull in straight. So I go to Delta Sonic now. Worth the extra time and money not to have my wheel rims damaged. Spotless is probably fine if you have regular tires/not low profile tires. (Though I wasn't crazy about the owners attitude.) Otherwise, buyer beware. read more

I really like this car wash since it's touchless and has an air dryer. It's super simple to follow along with the prompts and cleaned my car well. The times I've went, there was a friendly and helpful employee standing outside to make sure the dollars went into the machine easily and he sprayed my tires before I entered the wash. If you are looking for friendly service and a simple car wash (I do the $9) it does the job. If your car is super super dirty, then I would recommend using the section that allows you to scrub your car with the self service brushes. Overall a great value! read more

$6 for basic car wash... that does not include drying!??! Stopped in when it was dark out. The automated machine is not very intuitive and the description of each level of wash is not very clear especially at night. Must of missed the fine print that the basic car wash doesn't include drying... After reading some others' reviews on Yelp, I will assume that's the case. Go to Crystal Car Wash up the street on Harlem instead - $5 for the basic wash, better clean, AND IT INCLUDES DRYING!!!! read more

So, love hate relationship with this car wash. One time, it stole our money. The auto payment booth took the money and then didn't actually put on the wash. We had to pay twice in order to get it to work. So that was frustrating. So, I decided to go back with my car and try it. Well, when you have a 2008 Ford Focus, it's too boxy to actually get your car cleaned. So I always leave with dirt on it. So frustrating. But it's convenient. It's close to home. So, I'll just pay the cheapest price and deal with the dirt. read more

The good news is that the attendant is helpful, I've never seen the machines out of order, and their vacuums are perhaps the best that I've tried in the area so far. The touchless wash? Skip it. I had to ask for a refund after sending my car through twice (the ultimate or ultra and the lustra). It wasn't very dirty when I arrived. But I left with the dusty that was on the car transformed into an oily caked on mess. It was unbelievable. Zero dirt was removed from the car. While the matter of a refund was solved quickly, I didn't appreciate having my intelligence toyed with first. In the end I was informed that others have reported the same problem. Prior to that I was first told he couldn't see the dirt, then that it was too dirty for the touchless wash and that I should've washed it by hand before going through the touchless. I was offered use of the hand wash on the house before I requested a refund instead. It was highlighted that this self wash offer was generous, despite the fact that it defeats the purpose of going through a machine. The cherry of my annoyance is that this same guy previously recommended the touchless wash and touted how amazing it was a few weeks prior when I inquired about the self-wash . *exhale* Despite that little event, the attendant was incredibly helpful in the past. But I won't be back for anything other than the vacuum, considering I'll need help cleaning this oily mess off my car. read more

The service is always friendly (although don't count on someone being there all the time). They have multiple stalls for those that want to get out and wash their car. They just recently renovated the 2 automatic washers and they now include a dryer! Prices are very reasonable and they often run specials for holidays. Note it gets very busy on the weekends. read more

This place is great. The building and lot are kept very clean and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. They give free tire cleaner for Automatic Wash Customers (if the guy isn't out there you just have to look for him and ask for it). The wash does a good job and for a fair price. It's totally touchless so it won't scratch your car. I don't trust tunnel washes. Those brushes and tracks make me nervous. 9 different options in the Self Service Bays and they are kept clean and the brushes get rinsed out everyday (Although I recommend rinsing them before every use to remove dirt and damaging particles from the car before). And if you have an issue with something and no one is around to help you, you can call and leave a message and you will be taken care of. They also have money saving options both at the location and also online at spotlessautowash.com. You can join an email list and they will update you on sales and promos without sending you constant junk mail. Great small business that really wants to keep you as a customer, and that shows. They also have another location on the other side of Forest Park at 7343 Roosevelt Rd. Same Stuff over there. Overall it's a well maintained aesthetically pleasing business with lots of greenery and flowers and it feels comfortable, very well lit at night as well. Open from 7am til 10pm. I do not know about its past, but I am so sure about that I will never come here back again. You can pay with your credit card, but they will charge you $10 every time even though you had push the STOP button. The machine showed me that it cost $4.25, but when I check my account, it charged me $10. I have to say, do not come, or if you still want to come, pay with coin. read more
