Really happy to have a high quality- $5/Free vacuum- car wash in Forest Park. The owners really put a lot of time and money into this facility. I look forward to signing up for the monthly wash club. *Update* I signed both of my vehicles up for the Wheel Deal monthly wash club and couldn't be happier with the value. I can't recommend this car wash enough read more

When they first opened it was good. Prices were and the wash was great. Now the prices almost doubled the used to be great, now a tiny wind is better than that. The vacuum is hit or miss. Customer service? What customer service there isn't any. 1 star is just about right. Time to look and find another car wash. read more

Oooh how I love this car wash. Coming here is part of my mental health care. Seriously. It's a chance to vacuum every inch of my car's interior with free high-powered vacuums in a tidy lot with plenty of rubbish bins, free air for the tires, then zip through the was for under $10. Sometimes, to treat myself and my lovely colorful car, I upgrade to the fancy $20 option and it's really hearty! read more

The pricing at this place is getting ridiculous. The "light wash" which is basically rinsing off your car used to be $5 when I started going here. Then it went up to $6. I get it. In inflation. I washed my car here about a month ago and was shocked that it was $8 for the quick rinse. I didn't feel like driving around to a different place so I went back again today and it was $9 for the same wash that was $8 about a month ago. It's just not worth it. That is the last time they are getting my money. I'll be driving to a car wash further south on Harlem that's half the price. read more

Issues with too much tire shine. Emailed company. No response. Tried to cancel membership- no response. Charged me anyway. Had to go through my cc to block them. read more

I do love a good car wash, and I think I've found my new local favorite! Great location, FREE vacuums, $5.00 basic wash was both economical and thorough, plus no wait! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Vacuums are efficient and powerful. 3 lanes to enter meant no wait this week. Rolled right along and had a great experience. I will definitely be back. Photos are from my car, mid-wash! read more

Been there since they opened, used to be great....quality control going down hill. Screen that tells you what you purchased hasn't worked in over 2+ weeks now it's Jan 27th in Chicagoland. How do I know which wash I paid for? C'mon management. Not a happy customer right now read more

The car wash itself is fine. But my back wiper arm was broken completely off, I showed the attendant. He took pictures and I filled out the form to have it replaced. Two and a half months later nothing. I reached out twice still no response. Bad business! read more

My car was dirty after a long move so I went here, followed instructions and paid premium ($18) for a wash and dry, they insisted it would all come off and low abs behold it did not. Will be going elsewhere. What a waste. read more

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP! You wont be able to cancel! We have tried for 2 months now!!!! No one has gotten back to us!

Stop running customers card 30 plus times if it doesn't go through the first or second time. Maybe your service is no longer needed or wait until the customer comes in and have them pay. My card has been ran an excessive amount of times and I don't understand why. Cancel if payment isn't received. Simple. Also no one answers the phone but someone is able to keep trying to run my card. That's crazy. I called 15 plus times no one has answered or returned my call. read more

So.. what happened here? Photos included. I just paid 15 dollars for what looks like a good car wash. And their "system" completely missed my entire back and and even the sides of my truck are hardly washed. I don't get it. I'm giving two stars because I'm hoping this is a one time mistake. read more

BE WARE !!!!!! once you get a membership you can't cancel it. I have tried for 5 months. Scam.... No one responds to emails or calls. No one is at the car wash that can help you. I finally had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to stop. read more

They washed my car and there was dirt on the bottom of my car. They claim that it would cost more to get the tree sap off when it was regular dirt and they did not want to scrub it and off. With the prices they charge and the want a tip. Do ur job I do not recommend this place get and 8.00 car wash. Every one want you to patronize? There business but the don't do quality work for the price. One star rating. read more

WARNING: Despite all of their signage advertising free vacuuming, this is not the case. According to one of the Supervisors, because of Coronavirus. That's fine-- but how about POSTING BEFORE YOU PAY that you are paying full price for half the services being purchased? Very, very convenient for them. If you bought a car wash (like me) not needing a wash, but SPECIFICALLY for access to the vacuums, you're s-outta luck. read more

I liked this car wash. It was certainly a quality job for the money plus they have free vacuums. I will definitely be back.

It's an okay car but I got a membership and I've been trying to cancel it for the the past 3 months and it still keeps charging me. I've wrote emails and tried calling and never gotten through. It just came out of my account yesterday. I'd like a refund! read more

Broke off the windshield wiper on my car. So unprofessional - no incident report, no call back as promised. Handwritten promise note to investigate - nothing. What a joke of an establishment read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! On my way to the mall I decided to run through this car wash to get a quick wash. I was guided in the wash by the attendant on duty at the time. While my car was going through the wash I felt a jerk, and realized that the car in front of me stopped and my car was pushed into it. I couldn't really see that well in front of me because my front window was filled with soap. After that I felt another jerk and realized that I was hit from behind from the car in the back of me. Boy was I furious! Upon exiting the wash, the car in front of me pulled to the side and the lady exited her vehicle, I pulled up next to the lady and exited my vehicle as well. Upon exiting my vehicle I noticed that two other cars were parked and the drivers were out of their vehicles saying that they hit one another. So yes while in the crystal car wash 4 vehicles collided into one another. All 4 of the vehicle owners went to the attendant to file a complaint and we ALL were told that we probably caused this because we stepped on our breaks while in the wash (REALLY?)We asked to speak to a manager and the young man that looked liked he was every bit of 16 told us that he was the manager (we did not believe that) he then changed his story and told us that he was not the manager and if he did call the manager that the manager would basically say "oh well" to what happened. While talking to the attendant another man overheard us and walked over to tell us that the same thing happened to his vehicle while he was in the wash also. After demanding to talk to the manger the attendant would not budge so we called the police and filed a report due to the damage that was done to everyone's vehicles. I will NEVER come here again and I would advise you to do the same. read more

It's hard to find an automatic car wash that has dryers that'll actually dry your entire car/truck. This one does it well and their vacuums are awesome. Definitely my new go to spot. read more

I've gone there twice, paid for the $10 wash and both times my car came out streaky with dried soap water on both sides of vehicle. Save your time and money read more

I commute to Naperville from Oak Park, and due to lack of car washes in the area would always go out of my way for a Delta Sonic, which was decent, but just OK. Crystal Car Wash is above and beyond: The free vacuums are SUPER powerful, and they have this high tech high pressure air you can use to get in the crevices of your car where the vacuum doesn't reach. My car looks amazing after one wash, and I'll definitely be signing up for the monthly membership on my next trip. Highly recommend. The owner and his dad were on site during my visit and were very personable, and helpful. Not to mention everything's brand new, and clean clean clean! read more

Just okay. I paid for the full wash $18, and car was spotty all over. Had to completely wash by hand to get all the spots off the car body and windows. Will definitely not go back. read more

Beware, I went through the wash and came out with a cracked windshield. Crystal car wash refused to pay for repairs. I'll be following through with the small claims court. If you want to avoid this type of dilemma I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I used to go to this car wash probably once a week because it is near my home. Today the man managing the cars going into the car wash put cars back to back. I was already nervous with how Close he made me put my car to the car in front of me. As we were going through the car wash the car in front of me got stopped by the conveyer belt however it continued moving my car forward. Then my car continued to bump into their car three times as I was honking my horn for the people to shut off the conveyer belt and help. After we got out I had severe damage to my car, particularly the front camera. The man who was working there was very unhelpful. He refused to give us his name and claimed he was the "manager". He claimed that it was not the car washes fault and that it was "human error" claiming that one of us must've either breaked or shifted our car into drive. Neither of these things happened. We eventually called the police and had to do a full report. We will get to the bottom of this. Please take my advice and DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Not the best wash I've gotten for the price I pay. I recently relocated from Michigan and was excited to see a nice carwash where I could get a monthly pass. For $40 a month, I wish I could say it would get my car totally clean after each wash but it doesn't... I've had bird poop on my car and even after 2 washes, it's still there. Going to be cancelling. read more

Wow. I am really surprised by the reviews on here! I paid $18 for a high end wash and it looks like my car was never washed. I won't be giving them my business. read more

Blown away by the state of the art equipment and customer friendly layout. I've never seen such detail and money invested into a car wash.
