I took my suv there monday to have them wash the outside only, and they broke the defrost on my rear window, the defrost is inside the suv, and I told them to wash the outside only, they promised to pay for the repair, and told me to go to a shop that they know, I went there they fixed it but I paid for the repair, I went the next day to show them the bill to get reimbursed and they refused to pay me back, I dont recommend this place! avoid this car wash they do a poor job they dont care about your vehicle. read more

These guys do a great job! The line of cars waiting to be washed is always long, which tells you how good this place is! Go early in the day for a shorter wait time, and if you get in before 11:00 you get $3 off your service. All washing and drying is done by hand, so it's way easier on the finish of the car than the drive-thru type car wash. And they wipe down the doors and dashboard, wash the mats and vacuum the interior. The young man behind the counter was extremely polite and professional, and good at his job; kept those cars moving and greeted each customer. They also do detailing and hand waxing. One star off because they didn't vacuum the back of my car and there were a few water droplets and streaks on the back exterior window, but that will not stop me from going back. Do not take your car here! They don't care about the cars while they are washing it. The 1st time I went there they locked my keys in the car. I didn't go back for over a year. Tried a second time while they were slow and my gears got stuck and I was stuck in the car wash for 45 mins. Now a trip to a mechanic. When talking to the workers there no one wanted to help or talk with me. I contacted the owner. Did not want to take any accountability or even give me a refund. Not to mention the BIRD CRAP that was still on my car after they "finished washing it." As inspecting the inside of the car. Not cleaned well. The car looked awesome and they also did a fantastic job on the inside as well. At pick up there were no unexpected surprises with cost, they charged exactly what they quoted. The guys inside do a decent job but there's no management of the line that forms in the street, resulting in altercations over who's next etc. Not the neighborhood where you want to engage in a disagreement. This is my go-to car wash place. They have different discount opportunities through out the week, make sure to try to take advantage of them. I don't know all of them, but I know you get a discount if you bring your car in the morning and Tuesday is ladies day.They have great customer service and they always do an awesome job. read more

Absolutely terrible place for a wash. Don't waste your money and time here. Needed a quick wash. Came out with Salt spots all over the body. And dried soap once again. No excuse for high volume of clients. There where only 4 cars total. read more

This place has excellent service to justify the pricing but the wait time is definitely long. Total time waiting outside plus during the wash took 90mins. Thats excessive considering they have 3 bays & each bay holds 5 cars. I understand they want to pay attention to detail but they would get a lot more business if they figured out a quicker system, still quality work. read more

I am very disappointed in this shop, especially because I have been a patron for a long time. But recently I took my car to get a wash and they knocked off the knob for my power switch in the car. I called them immediately after I left because I am so anal, I noticed it immediately. So they said it was like that when I brought it in and I said it wasn't! Then they were like bring it in so we can see it! I drove all the way back for them to do nothing. I've been going here for years just recently moved to Palos Park. When I'm in town I still get my car washed there. Never had an issue before they always did a great job. I've always recommended them to friends and family. After my experience Today it will be the last time. I decided to get my car washed there today and one of their guys put a scratch and a small dent on drivers door. I know my car pretty well. I know without a doubt that dent wasn't there before I entered there shop. Usually when you make a mistake you fix it. Not them they denied it left and right. The manager told me "if I could make that scratch and dent and prove that it was them they would pay for it." Are you serious? Way to run a business! Went here for years for weekly car washes. Felt they did a good job for the price. Unfortunately over the last several months customer service gone severely downhill. I took my 6 month old vehicle for a complete detail this week and was told the job would cost $80 more than the quoted phone price due to the tar on the body. I asked the woman in charge to show me the damaged areas and she yelled at me saying that's what's quoted. I requested the employee who looked the car over, come out to answer my question and was told "No. He's busy". She continued to yell out the door at me that the price is what it is as I left. They have lost my business forever. I should also note my car looks great after being detailed elsewhere for much less money and I was treated with respect. read more

I got my truck washed today. The carpet was half vacuumed, the mats were wiped on one side in the back, all the liquid they sprayed on the inside of the front window was not wiped off, and to top it off (they must have thought they were not getting a tip). I looked in my truck and still gave a tip. I was not happy at all been dealing with this car wash since 2002. I saw something on the inside of my window when I pulled up to my house, I grabbed a kleenex to see if it was lint. It was not lint it was two boogers on my window. If your looking for a fast wash without a lot of attention to detail. This place is great. If your looking for a throughly clean car, this place does not meet my requirements. They are so concern with speed that they neglect to dry the car completely. They don't clean the windows. They just wipe them off. They also do a really poor job of cleaning rims, unless you have chrome wheels. Overall, they are really fast and your car will be cleaner than when you arrived but they don't pay attention to detail. Once you look your car over you might feel like you over paid. I went specifically for a car wash because birds had pooped on my car. This place was conveniently located and they usually have a long line so I stopped in for a $16.50 wash to include the hand and air dry, tire dressing, etc. The workers told me I'd have to pay an additional $15 if I wanted them to remove it (after rubbing it in his fingers) #gross. I parked and went in to talk to the owner who initially said $20 then dropped the price down by $10. So on top of the $16.50 I'd already spent, they still were trying to charge me extra. Noooo way was I going to come out of my pocket and pay extra and the owner didn't help much. I would never go back to this place. The place I usually go to charges about $7 and it would have been removed with no problem, even if they would have had to re-wash the car. (The truth of the matter remains that it was half done the first time and they didn't want to re-wash the car.) I gave them the most politest smile I could muster and informed them that I wouldn't be back. On the flip side, they have a comfortable waiting area/sandwich shop..... Oh, and did I neglect to mention they broke a piece of something off my window and the owner advised me to get some glue, smh! read more
